Solemn Declarations From Non-Practitioners

A "solemn declaration" is a person's public statement declaring to the world that whatever he or she has done or said under duress or deception that was against Falun Dafa is null and void. Most of these statements have come from Falun Dafa practitioners in China who wished to express regret that, in the face of physical torture and brainwashing, they had signed documents renouncing Dafa and guaranteeing not to practice again. Also, as more and more people in China learn the truth about how they have been deceived and lied to by the Jiang regime, many non-practitioners are also submitting "solemn declarations."

When I visited my mother in the labour camp, the jailers forced me to say things slandering the Teacher of Falun Dafa. I felt very upset, and think that doing so is against the law of the universe. I hereby declare that all I said against Falun Dafa is null and void. I will become good and I won't swear at others.

I am an elementary school student; because the wicked people tricked me, I signed my name on the school's "petition" against Falun Gong. I am a family member of a Falun Gong practitioner (I personally do not practise Falun Gong). Because I didn't know the nature of the evil people, I signed a "guarantee statement" for my Falun Gong family members, before the 16th Party Congress. Later, through practitioners' clarifying the truth to me, I realised that I was wrong. I hereby declare all those "guarantee statements" I wrote for the practitioners, null and void.
