On March 20th, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners from Western Australia participated in the first William Street Festival, which was held in Perth. Practitioners, dressed in golden practice suits, demonstrated the exercises and performed the waist drums and a dragon dance.

Many people stopped at the practitioners' booth and took informational materials. Some of them learned the exercises and commented that they felt a strong energy field while doing the movements.
Practitioners' waist drum performance and dragon dance with the music “Falun Dafa Is Good” delighted the crowd. They took photos and applauded. At the festival, several thousand people saw the beauty of Falun Dafa through the practitioners' performances and booth.
