On the evening of December 31st, 2010, practitioners in the Osaka region held a candlelight vigil outside the Chinese Consulate to protest the persecution of Falun Gong in China and to commemorate fellow Chinese practitioners who lost their lives during the persecution. The practitioners meditated continuously during the 4-hour event.
