Internationally renowned artist, Zhang Cuiying, was in Cork this week to exhibit her work. The painter and calligraphist is famous for her association with the Falun Dafa movement. [?]

Zhang Cuiying also spent eight months imprisonment in a Chinese labour camp for following her Falun Dafa beliefs.

She is currently on a world tour with her work, [...]. Zhao Ming, the Trinity student who was recently released after two years incarceration by the Chinese government also attended the exhibition. Zhao Ming has since returned to Ireland to live and complete his studies.
