On September 16th, 2007, the Second Asian-American Health Expo was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 50 groups attending. Local practitioners took this chance to introduce Falun Gong to the public.

| Demonstrating the exercises |
Practitioners demonstrated the exercises twice in the morning and afternoon. They passed out many informational materials and kept playing the exercise instruction video at the expo. Practitioners also played a slide show that depicted the spread of Falun Gong around the world.
Many people came to the practitioners' booth and asked for detailed information. Ms. Chen from China told the practitioners that she always wanted to learn the exercises and has been looking for practitioners for a year. She was very happy to find them at the expo. She believed that the Chinese Communist Party tries to control people's thoughts, which is why it persecutes Falun Gong.
