On July 21st, 2007, a few non governmental organisations, including the Epoch Times newspaper, Sound of Hope radio station and “Save our Loved Ones” organisation held activities at Dam Square in Amsterdam to support the twenty-four million brave Chinese people who quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organisations.

Ms. Wu Lan, a volunteer from the Service Centre for Quitting the CCP, said, “Quitting the CCP is an urgent issue for every single Chinese. It is also very convenient to quit. At the Epoch Times’ website, you can use an alias or a nickname as long as you make a declaration to quit.”

A volunteer from the Service Centre for Quitting the CCP said, “At least eighty million Chinese people have been killed by the CCP. Five thousand years of culture has been destroyed. During its reign, the CCP has sustained its power through suppression. We support these people who quit the CCP. We need to let them know that their decisions are supported, even in the West.”

Falun Gong practitioners also came to the event to tell people about the CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Seeing the torture methods and atrocities of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners, passer-bys were stunned into indignation. “This absolutely can not be tolerated. It must be stopped immediately”, they said.

Having looked through every single exhibit, a lady from Latvia said, “The Communist Party is evil. It took away my grandfather, robbed me of everything in my home. I am very happy the Communist Party’s days are numbered. We can live together in free countries.”
