Martigny is a village in the mountain region of Switzerland with picturesque scenery, annually holding activities in the Five Continents Festival (La Fete des 5 Continents). This festival was to present a trading market of different cultures. In the square of the town centre, many stands were erected like a small forest and lots of passers-by stopped to take a look. As for Falun Gong practitioners, this was a good place to have people understand Falun Gong and the persecution in China.

On June the 15th and 16th these two days in 2007, Swiss Falun Gong practitioners still erected a stall to participate in the Five Continents Festival. They adopted many ways to clarify the truth, displaying boards, demonstrating the exercises, distributing truth material and collecting anti-persecution signatures.
Honest, kind people always accepted Falun Gong truth material. Some amongst them read material at once and actively signed to uphold Falun Gong; some were interested in the exercises demonstrations; the others concentrated on listening to the introduction of Falun Gong. A young mother narrated the content of boards to her two children, leading them to sign against the persecution.

Some people said, ”Falun Gong is good.” while they passed the booth; some yelled “Oh, Falun Gong!” from the distance. Currently, several persons in this village decided to be Falun Gong cultivators. We can see that more and more people step on the way of cultivation to experience the merits of Falun Gong.
