The letter called on the Singapore Government to withdraw the unreasonable charge against the Falun Gong practitioners. The letter exposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Attachments to the letter included the "Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China" by David Matas, international human rights lawyer, and David Kilgour, former Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific) for Canada, a report by Edward McMillan-Scott, Vice President of the European Parliament, on the CCP organ harvesting, and further information on the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong.
