The Chinese Communist Party Excels at Fabrication and Deception

The world was shocked by news of the brutal acts committed in the Sujiatun and other concentration camps around China. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) reacted three weeks later with denial, which was to be expected. The CCP regime hastily published "Interim Regulations for Human Organ Transplant Technical Practices," but the regulation will not be effective until July 1st, which means that before this period many Falun Gong practitioners may be slaughtered.

On April 4th, 2006, the Falun Dafa Association and the Minghui website founded the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG)" (Abbreviated "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution"). This action dealt the CCP a fatal blow. This is because ever since the CCP regime began persecuting Falun Gong, many of the big international media, with bribes from the CCP and enticement with monetary interests, only want to make deals with the CCP for financial gain. They also wish to curry favour with the CCP for other advantages. These media are not willing to nor dare to offend the CCP. After the CCP destroys or covers up evidence, it may invite these so-called international media to hold so-called investigations CCP guidance and supervision. One can imagine that these media will not be able to find any evidence, which will in turn help the CCP generate propaganda to deceive the world's people.

Fabrications and deception are routine for the CCP. They are what the CCP is good at. What I have personally experienced fully supports this conclusion, bringing to mind some incidents I experienced while being illegally detained in a forced labour camp in Baoding City, Hebei Province.

In the summer of 2002, the guards there tried to force the Falun Gong practitioners to accept so-called compulsory "reformation," that is, force them to give up their beliefs. The Baoding City Forced Labour Camp resorted to beatings, humiliation, cursing, shocking with electric batons, sleep deprivation and many other brutal tactics to torture Falun Gong practitioners. It was also their attempt to reach the goal of its so-called "reformation" quota through threats and lures.

To participate in the so-called physical exercise competition that the provincial labour camp system organised for "reformed" Falun Gong practitioners, the Baoding Forced Labour Camp used common criminal inmates in place of "reformed" Falun Gong practitioners. They told false stories about when they were sent to the labour camp, when they were reformed, etc. The labour camp, under Zhang Guojiang',s leadership, won "Second Prize" in the so-called competition. Later, all the involved inmates were rewarded with reductions in their sentence terms. The inmates had learnt how to deceive people in the labour camp. They had tasted "the sweetness of deceit," so it is hard to say what they would do after they were released into society.

It is the same for other labour camps. In 2001, one Falun Gong practitioner who was transferred here from the Kaiping Forced Labour Camp in Tangshan City, Hebei Province told a similar story. In late 1999, more than 300 Falun Gong practitioners were detained there. The labour camp's living conditions were very poor. The toilet room could only accommodate six people. Five of the six water faucets were broken. The practitioners had to get up at 6:00 a.m., but the guards only gave the practitioners half an hour to do their personal hygiene and get ready. Because of the long line of inmates waiting to use the toilets, the practitioners could not use the toilets and had no time to brush their teeth and wash their faces. They took no showers for the entire winter. They would be satisfied if they could have cold water to drink before they went to work. When the labour camp learnt that the upper government officials would come to do an inspection, it immediately remodelled the toilets and installed the showers. However, during each shower, hot water was provided for only one minute, so the Falun Gong practitioners had to hastily take a shower with cold water. Many of the facilities in the labour camp are just for show purposes to outsiders.

In the winter of 2000 it was heard that upper government officials would come to check the food supplies for the inmates. The guards at Kaiping knew that all Falun Gong practitioners do not tell lies, so the guards, ahead of the time, had the practitioners gather in a secret place. They were forbidden to go back before the inspection officials left. According to what the ordinary inmates said, the guards had them memorise a weekly food menu, in which the foods served were all different from day to day, as some forms had to be filled out during the inspection. One of the old inmates told the truth. That earned her a beating! Ever since then, people made trouble for her for no valid reasons. After this incident she did not dare to tell the truth again.

I have considered another issue recently, namely why some of the practitioners detained in the labour camps were transferred to several other labour camps. Does the CCP do this to deceive people? Even the labour camp guards do not know where some of the practitioners were transferred, which creates a favourable condition for the CCP to kill the practitioners, or provide those evil hospitals with the living individuals for organ harvest.
