Jiang's Regime Issues the Latest New Law: "Learning Dafa Is Considered Committing a Crime"

On January 24, 2002, Da'an City's government authorities of Jilin Province held a leadership conference above the "bureau" level. During this conference, a command from Jiang's group was delivered, "Learning Dafa is considered committing a crime, and the practitioners will be sentenced once they are arrested." To carry out this latest decree, each work unit has to submit a list of names, set up quotas and prepare for illegal arrests to reopen brainwashing classes. Right now they are plotting strategy. It is known that this action will last into April.
