Since the villains who followed Jiang's Regime began persecuting Falun Gong, they have used every base means and constantly escalated the intensity of the persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. However, all of their lies, brainwashing, violence and torture failed, and now this group of villains is at the end of their wits.

Although Jiang's followers used the state-run media as its mouthpiece to constantly make up lies and to block the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong, their lies are being exposed one after another. Once the public learns the truth, they will condemn this evil persecution.

Jiang's followers have employed at least 40 different methods of torture against Falun Gong practitioners, utilizing techniques and methods from ancient to modern times, both from China and other countries. Falun Gong practitioners who live according the principle of Truth, Compassion, Tolerance were forced to endure this abuse. Jiang's follower's crimes are being widely exposed in the international community. The villains who follow Jiang's Regime are facing international condemnation. Amnesty International went on record in 2001 to label Jiang as a "human rights scoundrel."

In order to fulfill the directive to "annihilate Falun Gong in three months," Jiang's group used deceptive tactics, brainwashing and torture, among other base means, to force Falun Dafa practitioners to renounce their belief. Some practitioners wrote the "guarantee statements"* under extreme pressure, but once they were released they quickly published statements on Clearwisdom Net, to announce the guarantee statements they wrote under coercion to be void, because their mind was not clear at the time they wrote them. Brainwashing classes, which employ high pressure, prolonged sleep deprivation, lies and torture, cannot shake genuine Falun Gong practitioners' determination.

Jiang's base methods used in his persecution against Falun Gong cannot stand under broad daylight. He dares not tell the people of China the truth, and he even censors the facts from high Party officials outside of his political clique. He fabricated reports and lied to government officials at all levels, to make them his accomplices in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Jiang has always used the public security and the national security system to create chaos and frame Falun Gong. Intelligence activities by the police and security officers have never stopped. They sent spies who pretend to be Falun Gong practitioners to spread false rumors among the practitioners, in an attempt to create chaos from within. They also committed crimes and then claimed to be Falun Gong practitioners, in order to turn public opinion against Falun Gong and tarnish practitioners' reputations as well as to collect information to be used against Falun Gong.

Two examples of this happened in early October 2003. The Shanghai National Security Bureau threatened and unlawfully detained Taiwanese practitioner Lin Xiaokai for 20 days. On November 1, they abducted a female Falun Gong practitioner named Li Xi who had planned to study in the U.S.A.

The National Security Bureau also committed crimes against Falun Gong practitioners from other countries [where they can practice Falun Gong openly] who were working in China. Taiwanese practitioner Wang Xiuhua traveled to Shanghai on January 2, 2003, on a business trip. The authorities detained her at Pudong Airport and Shanghai National Security Bureau personnel took her away against her will. She was unlawfully detained for 28 days. After their abduction was exposed, many people condemned the Shanghai National Security Bureau.

News sources tell us that Jiang's followers are currently planning another campaign to strike at overseas Falun Gong practitioners by implicating their family members who live in China. The Security Bureau is attempting to manipulate Mainland Chinese family members of Falun Gong practitioners living overseas using coercion and threats, so as to turn some practitioners overseas into becoming a source of information about Falun Gong activities overseas. The National Security Bureau also coerced and threatened practitioners who went back to China to visit their families, in an attempt to make them become spies.

Falun Gong practitioners live by Truth, Compassion and Tolerance. They have no political agenda and are not interested in political conflicts. The National Security Bureau treats them as a political organization and uses espionage in an attempt to cause trouble among the practitioners, but their efforts will be in vain.

Jiang's group lost the people's trust through the persecution against Falun Gong, and they are seeing their futility. Right now, they are in an embarrassing situation and live in constant fear because they are afraid of being held accountable for their crimes. Jiang, Luo Gan, Li Lanqing and other main perpetrators responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong have been sued in the courts in several foreign countries. A database of criminals who are involved in the persecution of Falun Dafa [Fa Wang Hui Hui website ] has been created and a list compiled with the names of those who have participated in this persecution. This list has been sent to many governments and civic organizations. These perpetrators will have to answer to justice wherever they go. Goodness will be rewarded and crimes will be punished. People who persecute Falun Dafa have committed enormous crimes. Jiang's group and his accomplices and evildoers will be held accountable for their crimes in the near future.

* "Guarantee Statement": A statement to declare that he or she is remorseful for practicing Falun Gong and guarantees not to practice Falun Gong again, not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and never again associate with any Falun Gong practitioners.
