| Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Gather at the Chinese Embassy to Protest against the Sujiatun Concentration Camp [20.03.2006] |
On March 16th 2006, German Falun Gong practitioners from Berlin gathered at the Chinese Embassy to protest against the recently discovery of the Sujiatun concentration camp and for the killing of Falun Gong practitioners and the removal of their organs. Some pedestrians looked closely the display boards and took fliers.

On March 16th 2006, Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Bratislava to protest against the recently uncovered incident of organs being removed from practitioners in Sujiantun secret concentration camp. Many passersby stopped to ask questions about Falun Gong and the persecution.

| Norway: Hunger Strike to Protest the Atrocities at the CCP's Sujiatun Concentration Camp [18.03.2006] |
Practitioners unfurled banners and distributed leaflets to passersby to expose the crimes being committed in the concentration camp. They also collected signatures to call for an end to the persecution. Many people signed their names to show their support. An older woman expressed that she would help Falun Gong practitioners contact international human rights organizations.

The practitioners' re-enactment of torture methods used by CCP agents attracted many people's attention. A banner read, "CCP's Sujiatun Concentration Camp kills, does human organ trafficking and cremates bodies". Many people were shocked at the news. They never expected that such brutal persecution is still happening in this day and age.

Around noon on February 26th 2006, firecrackers and waist-drums woke up Paris from its slumber. A grand parade to support eight million withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) attracted people’s attention. It was also in support of the relay hunger strike initiated by Chinese human rights lawyers, calling for the CCP’s disintegration.

| United Kingdom: On the Streets of London to Expose the CCP’s Secret Concentration Camp [13.03.2006] |
The practitioners set up an information table and posters exposing the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong. They told passers-by how the CCP commits unimaginable human rights violations against Falun Gong practitioners. Some people signed a petition condemning the CCP's crimes and supporting the brave people who renounced their membership.

| Czech Republic: Introducing Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution in Brno [11.03.2006] |
During its fifty six years of dictatorial and cruel rule, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has started many campaigns at the cost of over eighty million human lives. The last and still ongoing campaign aims at the Falun Gong meditation group who base their lives on three cardinal principles: Truthfulness Compassion and Forbearance. Practitioners of this cultivation way from the Czech Republic met in the Moravian metropolis Brno, to inform its citizens about the persecution in China.

| Russia: The Whole World Should Condemn the Crimes of Totalitarian Communist Regimes [09.03.2006] |
Having suffered greatly under Communist control, the Russian people warmly welcomed a resolution passed by the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) on January 25th, condemning the human rights violations committed by totalitarian communist regimes. Before the vote by PACE, many Russian citizens risked minus thirty degree weather to deliver this pleasant news to other people and appealed for support for this resolution.

| Belgium: Falun Gong Warmly Welcomed by High School Students and Teachers [08.03.2006] |
Practitioners were once again invited to a college in Belgium to give a presentation to four classes of high school students. The students watched a demonstration of the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. At the end of the day, the practitioners were invited to the staff room to talk with some teachers and the school principal about the day’s successful activities.

I told the students in my class about the human rights abuses against Falun Gong practitioners in China and they made posters about the persecution and hung them on the school walls. Most of the lecturers learned the exercises. The principal asked me to teach him the exercises and give a big presentation.

On Saturday February 18th there was an exhibition depicting the history of the CCP and the content of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, an editorial by the Epoch Times newspaper. The people of Malmö signed their names in support of the eight million Chinese people who have quit the CCP.

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, has been practised in Lerum since 1999. There are practice sites where new practitioners can learn the exercises for free and others can practise the exercises in a group. The practice of Falun Gong has received a lot of support and appreciation in Lerum. Many people there have experienced benefits from Falun Gong.

On Sunday February 19th, an event was held in Edinburgh to expose the brutal history of the Chinese Communist Party as well as some of the recent crimes that the CCP has committed against the Chinese people inside and outside of China. This was a good opportunity for Falun Gong practitioners to highlight the inhumane persecution of Falun Gong.

On February 25th, 2006, several practitioners gathered in Bradford in the north of England to let people there know about Falun Gong and tell them about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners taking place in China. Inquisitive passers-by continually approached to chat with practioners and sign the petition in support of Falun Gong.

A three-day International Health Exposition was held at the Saint Petersburg International Exhibition Centre. Falun Gong practitioners in St. Petersburg were invited to participate in the Expo. They held two seminars to introduce Falun Gong, along with a demonstration of the five Falun Gong exercises, which was highly acclaimed by the organisers and the public.

On February 18th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held a Falun Gong information day in Ansbach, a beautiful small town in Bavaria, Germany. Although it is a small town with a population of only a few thousand, local people came in streams to sign their names in support of Falun Gong and often stopped to find out more.

Before the 12th Winter Olympics was held in Torino in northern Italy, many European organisations and individuals made it to this beautiful mountainside city to participate in a grand parade organised by the Italian Centre for quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on February 4th, 2006, to mark the figure of some eight million withdrawals from the CCP.

On Sunday January 29th, 2006, two Falun Gong practitioners from the South East of England took part in the annual Tough Guy competition. The two runners used the competition to spread the word about the persecution of Falun Gong. A third practitioner filmed a three hour video of the race, as well as interviews and other footage.

Bodo is a beautiful seaside city in the north of Norway with a population of nearly 50 thousand. On Saturday February 11th, 11 Falun Gong practitioners altogether, including 3 little practitioners, came to the busiest part of Bodo city centre to introduce Falun Dafa to local people and tell them about the persecution of practitioners taking place in China.

It has been a tradition of Germany’s Free Democratic Party’s (FDP) Upper Bavarian Division to hold monthly seminars to discuss issues such as foreign politics, economy, and human rights. On February 7th 2006, the seminar held in Munich had China’s Human Rights as its theme. Mr. Kritzler, representing the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), and Mr. Thierack, representing the International Human Rights Organisation in Munich, were invited to give speeches. |

| Germany: Protesting Against CCP Violence and Supporting the Global Hunger Strike Campaign for Human Rights [18.02.2006] |
On February 11th in Munich city centre, Mr. Solomon and Mr. Yuan Zhang carried out a 24-hour hunger strike to strongly condemn the CCP’s gangster violence in attacking Falun Gong practitioners Dr. Yuan Li, and also to support the renowned Chinese human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng’s hunger strike to protest against CCP human rights abuses.

In early 2006, a practitioner made a presentation to several classes at an elementary school to tell the children about the persecution and the torture of Falun Gong practitioners that is taking place in China. The pupils also got to know the story of a little Chinese girl through a painting entitled "Homeless" by Daci Shen, a Chinese artist who lives in New York. The children hoped that everything would turn out fine for the little girl in the end.

On the morning of Saturday 11th February, Slovakian Falun Gong practitioners visited Piestany in the middle of western Slovakia. They went there to let local residents know about Falun Gong and the cruel campaign of human rights abuses that has been waged against the practice by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for almost seven years.

The practitioners performed a Lion Dance, played instruments, danced and sang. They also distributed fliers to let people know about the persecution of Falun Gong.

To let tourists know about Falun Gong and the persecution happening in China, the practitioners give out leaflets and other materials at tourist hot-spots around the city. Many people who visit the historical part of Salzburg are often surprised to see a huge Falun Gong display board. Whenever we practise the Falun Gong exercises, there are always tourists passing by. We give out leaflets in Chinese, English, French and German. We also noticed that the Chinese tourists would often take photos of us. In order to show them our respect for the practice, we started to display the following sentences in Chinese: “The Pride of Chinese People” and “The Whole World Says Falun Gong is great!” |

For the first time, crimes committed by totalitarian communist regimes were looked at from the European point of view and condemned. On January 29th 2006, Bulgarian practitioners gathered in front of the National Palace of Culture in downtown Sofia. The event marked the start of the Year of the Dog. Falun Gong practitioners were the only ones who celebrated the Chinese New Year in Sofia and pleasantly surprised the citizens of the capital by wishing them “Happy Chinese New Year”.

On January 26th, the eight Falun Gong practitioners who were unreasonably arrested by Thai police bowing to pressure from the Chinese Embassy to Thailand arrived in Norway. They were excited to set foot on this land of freedom; however, they said that tens of millions of other Falun Gong practitioners are still subjected to cruel persecution.

Berlin Falun Gong practitioners erected an information booth at the Breitscheidplatz. The information booth was used to help more people learn about Falun Gong and the six years of persecution that practitioners have endured. Practitioners had the opportunity to have many good discussions with people of all ages who wanted to hear more about Falun Gong.

Though it was freezing cold on January 14th 2006, in order to expose the evil persecution of Falun Gong taking place in China, practitioners set up a table with leaflets and other materials in the southern city of Speyer. The persecution of Falun Gong, initiated by the Chinese Communist regime, began on July 20th 1999 and has lasted for six and a half years.

| Germany: Collecting Signatures for the Rescue of Renzheng Jiang [22.01.2006] |
Mr Renzheng Jiang, his wife and two small children were deported to the Peoples Republic of China on March 7th 2005, because the German authorities did not believe that Falun Gong practitioners were in any danger in China. Barely a month after returning to China, Jiang was sentenced to three years in a slave labour camp located in Benxi City.
