| Germany: European Divine Land Marching Band Displays Its Elegant Demeanour in Berlin [17.02.2007] |
This was the first time for the European Divine Land Marching Band composed of Falun Gong practitioners to make its appearance in Berlin. The melody of "Falun Dafa is Good" and the banners reading "Stop Persecuting Falun Gong" informed people of the theme of the parade, and also inspired people's concern over the human rights issues in China.

| Sweden: Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance International Art Exhibition in Motala [12.02.2007] |
From the 23rd to the 28th of January, people in Motala could see a section of the “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance International Art Exhibition”. Two local newspapers and a Radio Station went to report on the exhibition. There were also three art classes from the upper secondary school who were brought there by their teachers.

Practitioners in Salzburg held an art exhibition. Nearly 30,000 people attended, including locals and visitors from Europe. After visiting this art exhibition, many people were really indignant about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP.

Falun Gong practitioners were invited to take part in the Cambridge Multiculture and Sports Festival. In the festival, practitioners showed local residents what Falun Gong is and informed them about the persecution by the Communist regime in China. The Mayor of Cambridge complimented Falun Gong practitioners on their contribution to the community.

| United Kingdom: Striking Performances at the Cambridge Multicultural Festival [23.11.2006] |
On Saturday 18th November 2006, Cambridge City Council invited Falun Gong practitioners to its Multicultural and Sports Festival as representatives of the local Chinese community. Practitioners put on a powerful show of dancing and music. The hall was packed. The show started and finished with a demonstration of the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.

| Greece: "Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance" Art Exhibition held in Athens [15.11.2006] |
On the evening of November 1st, a “Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance” Art Exhibition lasting twenty two days opened in Athens, the capital of Greece. Forty works by artists, who are Falun Gong practitioners from all over the world, were exhibited in a city centre Art Gallery and they attracted many visitors. Similar exhibitions have been held in over seventy countries in Europe.

On September 25th, 2006, a 'Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance Art Exhibition” was held in Ceyrat in central France. La Montagne (the largest newspaper in the Auvergne), The Ceyrat Infos (a local newspaper in Ceyrat) and The Info (a free newspaper) all carried reports about the art exhibition.

| Switzerland: Exposing the CCP's Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong in Front of the United Nations [02.10.2006] |
During the second session of the UN Human Rights Council, a five-day sculpture exhibition was held in front of the United Nations in Geneva. They raised awareness about the persecution among passersby and distributed leaflets about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

On September 9th, 2006, volunteers from the German Centre for Quitting the CCP held a Nine Commentaries (an editorial published by The Epoch Times newspaper) picture exhibition in Bayreuth. The pictures focus on the CCP persecuting the Chinese people during different political movements.

| Holland: Photo Exhibition Held in Amsterdam's Chinatown [16.09.2006] |
Falun Gong practitioners held a photo exhibition in Amsterdam's Chinatown on September 9th, 2006. They exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and at the same time supported the 13 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

| Proclamation for Cambridge Falun Dafa Art Exhibition: “Honouring Falun Dafa” [16.09.2006] |
On August 15th, 2006, the "Truthfulness, Compassion & Tolerance” art exhibition was held in the Lord Rank Room of Wesley House in Cambridge. A proclamation was written for the exhibition by practitioners who organised the event and signed by Mayor of Cambridge Robert Dryden and Cambridge MP David Howarth, who also gave a speech at the opening ceremony. On June 21st, 2006, Ms. Melanie Fleck, VP of the Austrian Art and Cultural Society ARS CARA, opened the three day Austrian Arts and Cultural Exchange Society “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” Exhibition at Castle Oberkapfenberg. The opening speeches were very profound, as the speakers were deeply impressed and moved by the beauty of the paintings, and even more appalled and moved by the unimaginable inhumanity of the persecution. In addition, a musical performance lent a deep ambiance and special clarity to the event. |

On June 16th, 2006, the Austrian Arts and Cultural Exchange Society ARS CARA opened the 7th International “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” Art Exhibition in Austria. The bank in particular opened new opportunities to reach people and let them hear about the true situation in China.

There were many visitors for the opening ceremony and a song was performed by a choir.

On August 15th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held an exhibition of paintings with the title "Truthfulness, Compassion & Tolerance” in Cambridge. The opening ceremony was attended by MP David Howarth, Mayor Robert Dryden, Ms. Joanne Gray of Cambridgeshire Council, Mr. Jim Stirmey of Wesley House, a Cambridge city councilor and several local artists.

| Austria (Part I): The First “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” Art Exhibition Held at Castle Kornberg [21.08.2006] |
The first of Austria’s ten planned “Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance” art exhibitions was held at Castle Kornberg, which is located in Austria’s State of Steiermark. Due to a newspaper article published a day earlier, many people visited the exhibition. Two ladies traveled over a hundred kilometres to see the artworks after reading the article.

From the 4th to the 9th of August, 2006, The "Journey of Falun Dafa” photograph exhibition was held successfully in an exhibition hall in Vladivostok town centre. Many interested visitors, who came initially to see the pictures, learnt the Falun Gong exercises on the spot. Lots of children also learned to fold paper lotus flowers during the exhibition.

In August, The Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance International Art Exhibition arrived in the famous city of Gent. This is the third time the exhibition has been held in Belgium. Bert Anciaux, the Minister of Culture expressed in his letter that he hoped the Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance International Art Exhibition would be a huge success.

From the 1st to the 10th of August, 2006, the fourth Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance International Art Exhibition in Finland was held in Kannelmki Library in Helsinki. Some of the artists have been illegally detained and persecuted in Mainland China. Library staff became the first visitors and afterwards they all said the exhibition was very good.

July 14th is Bastille Day, the most important national holiday in France. Falun Gong practitioners held performances and demonstrations of the Falun Gong exercises. Practitioners told spectators that while they are celebrating this national holiday together, a lot of Falun Gong practitioners in China are being brutally persecuted.

On that evening, the ancient city of Passau on the bank of the River Donau looked unusually beautiful in the brilliant sunset. People, in an endless stream, were attracted by the photographs and stopped to admire them. After learning about the truth, they asked to sign the petition to support Falun Gong practitioners in opposing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) suppression.

The second Finnish Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance International Art Exhibition was held at Galleria Oma Huone on Kalevankatu Street in central Helsinki. The venue for the exhibition was in the city centre and visitors came in a constant stream. The practitioners talking to visitors about the artworks and the background to the persecution were often kept very busy.

| Czech Republic: Introducing Falun Gong at the Cultural & Reggae Vibez festival in Hořice v Podkrkonoší [14.07.2006] |
In the picturesque enviroment of a stone quarry near Hořice, a Reggae festival took place between the 23rd and 24th of June 2006. On the 24th, Falun Gong practitioners arrived to let festival goers know about the torture and illegal organ harvesting taking placd in China's labour camps.

| Switzerland: “May Goodness Win!” – Second Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance Art Exhibition Shown in Basel [11.07.2006] |
An exhibition by a group of artists who practice Falun Gong was held at Kannenfeldpark, a recreational park outside the city of Basel. Thirty-three seperate artworks were on display between May 20th and the 28th 2006. Many practitioners from German-speaking Switzerland and Southern Germany were of great help and the exhibition was a resounding success.

On June 15th, leaders from 25 European Union countries were assembled in Brussels to conduct a two-day summit meeting. Falun Gong practitioners held activities in front of the European Parliament building to call upon the European Union for help stop the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit.

Some of the people in Bonn had already found out something from the media about the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) removing organs for transplants from criminals on death row, but they never imagined that the CCP would treat in the same way such a group of innocent people who are just persisting in their own belief.

On May 16th, the Austria Post published an article titled “Chinese Art Exhibition in Burg Schlaining”, recommending the “Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance” International Art Exhibition held by Falun Gong practitioners to its readers. During the exhibition, many impressive paintings from a different China were displayed. All the artworks displayed are from the hands of Falun Gong practitioners. This exhibition was displayed in the US and Canada first and now it has come to the Europe. |

| Germany: Berlin Citizens Startled to See Reenactment of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) Organ-Harvesting [12.06.2006] |
The practitioners simulated the organ harvesting that the CCP uses against Falun Gong in China. The simulations caught the attention of many passersby. In order to help the people of Berlin learn about the truth as they hurried by, practitioners used a loudspeaker to briefly tell people about the genocidal persecution against Falun Gong in China.

From May 30th until June 5th, 2006, the first International Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance Art Exhibition was held by Finnish Falun Gong practitioners in Helsinki. Vice President of the European Parliament Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott saw the news about the exhibition on TV. The next day, he took time out of his busy schedule to visit.

The Mayor's speech praised China's traditional culture, respected the moral values of "truthfulness, compassion, forbearance" advocated by Falun Gong, and condemned the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He also hoped that the photo exhibition would bring the truth to more people. After the speeches, Falun Gong practitioners candidly exchanged views with the Mayor and reporters.

| Russia: "The Journey of Falun Dafa" Picture Exhibition is Held in Nizhegorodskaya Oblast [29.05.2006] |
Throughout the two weeks exhibition, many local residents went to the event. Among them were the students from Nizhegorodskaya Oblast Music School and the members of a youth football team, who exclusively organised a group to view the exhibition. Over one hundred young students learned about Falun Dafa through viewing the photos on display.

The Swedish people have learned Falun Dafa since 1995. Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, taught the practice personally in Sweden in April, 1995. To help more people understand Falun Gong, Mr. Li made five speeches, about three hours each, including three in Gothenburg, one in Stockholm and one in Uddevalla.

From the 14th to the 16th of April 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Ukraine held an art exhibition entitled “The Path of Compassion and Benevolence” in Chernigiv, a beautiful and old city in the north of the country. The exhibition included photographs introducing Falun Gong’s spreading around the world along with sculptures and paintings by Falun Gong practitioners. The exhibition attracted the presence of people from all walks of life in Chernigiv. Among them were actors, students, lawyers, government representatives and journalists. The art exhibition became a good chance for practitioners to tell people the truth of Falun Gong. |

Horror, disgust, astonishment and bewilderment were in the faces of the passersby. A recorded female voice explained the crimes committed by the communist regime in China, talking about how Falun Gong practitioners are cut open while still alive and organs are removed from the living body to be sold to the very lucrative organ transplant business.

On the bank of the beautiful Neva River and just opposite the Smolny Palace is the St Petersburg Artist's Association Exhibition Hall, where the first “Russian ‘Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance’ International Art Exhibition” was held. It is an international art exhibition of figurative painting, sculpture and traditional Chinese painting.

| Germany: Introducing the Book ‘The Persecution of Falun Gong’ [30.04.2006] |
On the 2nd of March 2006, a public introduction to the book The Persecution of Falun Gong was held in the cultural centre of Braunschweig city in Germany. The activity was co-hosted by the local student human rights group and the author of the book Manuel Horth. The event lasted about two hours. Horth made the opening speech and then read out a few selected extracts from the book. Some of the people attending the activity were Falun Gong practitioners who had personally experienced the persecution in China. They shared their stories with the audience. Jack Aura played the piano. The musician is a member of “Playing Music for Human Rights” international group. He has been actively involved in opposing the persecution of Falun Gong for many years. |
