| United Kingdom: Practitioners in Edinburgh Commemorate Six Years of Persecution [22.07.2005] |
On July 20th 2005, the official starting date for the Chinese Communist Party’s campaign of terror and persecution against Falun Gong, practitioners in Edinburgh held an all-day appeal outside the Chinese Consulate. All over the world, commemorative activities called for an end to the torture that has taken the lives of over 2,600 innocent practitioners.

| Germany: Berlin Candlelight Vigil in Memory of Gao Rongrong [19.07.2005] |
On the 16th of June 2005, Gao Rongrong lost her life in China through unimaginable, brutal and inhumane torture by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). On the 7th of July, Falun Gong practitioners from Berlin and Leipzig gathered at the Breitscheidtplatz and held a candlelight vigil to commemorate her murder.

| Latvia: Appeal at the Chinese Embassy for an End to the Persecution Against Falun Gong Practitioners [16.07.2005] |
Falun Gong practitioners in Latvia staged a peaceful appeal at the Chinese Embassy to raise public awareness of the six years of cruel persecution against the practice in China. Many people accepted flyers from the practitioners. After hearing the facts about Falun Gong, they expressed their sympathy to the persecuted practitioners and hoped that this persecution can end as soon as possible.

| France: In the Square of Human Rights in Paris, French Practitioners Promote Falun Gong and Expose the Persecution [16.07.2005] |
On the 3rd of July 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in France held activities to promote Falun Gong and expose the persecution on Human Rights Square right opposite the Eiffel Tower. Tourists from all over the world queued up to sign a petition calling for an end to the persecution. Some of them got a practitioner to teach them the Falun Gong exercises on the spot.

| Italy: The Murderers of Gao Rongrong Must be Brought to Justice [10.07.2005] |
After hearing that Gao Rongrong has been cruelly killed by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, Falun Gong practitioners in Italy went to the Chinese Consulate to peacefully appeal and demand that the murderers be brought to justice. Many passers-by expressed their indignation at the sinister behaviour and terrible human rights abuses of the CCP.

| United Kingdom: Before the G8 Summit, Falun Gong Practitioners Peacefully Protest at the Chinese Consulate in Edinburgh [09.07.2005] |
Before the G8 Summit, more than twenty Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Consulate in Edinburgh on 4th July. The practitioners were protesting against the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) brutal persecution of their fellow practitioners in China, especially the murder of Gao Rongrong.

| Germany: Appealing during the German-Chinese Rule-of-Law Dialogue [07.07.2005] |
On June 21st and 22nd, the annual German-Chinese Rule-of-Law Dialogue was held at Hamburg’s Chamber of Commerce facilities. High-level German and Chinese governmental officials arrived for this meeting. The Ministers for Justice of both countries were also in attendance. Falun Gong practitioners appealed outside the entrance to the Chamber of Commerce.

| Germany: Chinese Consulate General Visits Frankfurt [06.07.2005] |
On 23rd June, the Chinese Consulate General to Germany visited Frankfurt. This is the biggest Consulate General in Europe. Opposite the consulate, people from human rights organisations and Falun Gong practitioners held a protest activity to remind the CCP and the German officials who were attending the opening ceremony to pay attention to the many human rights abuses in China.

| Belgium: Protesting at the Chinese Embassy for those who Murdered Gao Rongrong to be brought to Justice [04.07.2005] |
On the 26th of June 2005, Belgian practitioners held activities outside the Chinese Embassy to protest against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for the killing of Falun Gong practitioner Gao Rongrong. Practitioners held banners reading “Bring the Murderers of Gao Rongrong to Justice” and “CCP: Stop Persecuting Falun Gong Immediately”.

| Germany: Four Years of Peaceful Appeal at the Chinese Consulate in Hamburg [04.07.2005] |
On June 23rd 2001, practitioners gathered at the consulate with the aim of letting people know about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution that is being waged against practitioners in China. At that time, the official death toll was 234 practitioners. Four years later, the consulate appeal is still there but the official death toll has increased to ove 2,600.

That day was United Nations Day in Support of Torture Victims. Practitioners in Munich and nearby areas gathered at the Chinese Consulate to protest against the six-year genocide and the use of hundreds of brutal torture methods against innocent Falun Gong practitioners. They demanded China to stop the persecution immediately.

Female Falun Gong practitioner Gao Rongrong was so badly tortured and mistreated in China that she died on June the 16th 2005. On Saturday June the 25th, Norwegian Falun Gong practitioners held a demonstration at the Chinese Embassy in Oslo. They called for the murderers of Gao Rongrong to be brought to justice for their crimes.

Falun Gong practitioners from several cities in the U.K. once again gathered at the London Chinese Embassy on 25th June to hold a press conference, protesting against the CCP for torturing Chinese Falun Gong practitioner Gao Rongrong to death and demanding that the murderers be severely punished. Dutch practitioners appealed at the Chinese Embassy in The Hague, calling for the severe punishment of Gao Rongrong’s murderers. Passers-by were greatly shocked by the disfiguring of Gao’s face with electric shock batons and her death that followed later. They told us that they will carefully read the leaflets and find out more about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

The Barcelona Chinese Consulate opens to the public every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On these days, you can always find western Falun Gong practitioners there. They distribute leaflets to the Chinese people who are in the queue and tell them in Chinese: “This is for you. Falun Dafa is good.” They also demonstrate the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.

On the 6th and 7th of March, Dafa practitioners in Finland held a two-day activity in Helsinki. This activity included a peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Consulate calling for an end to the Chinese Communist Party’s brutal persecution of people who follow Falun Gong’s principles of “Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance”.

| European Practitioners Appeal during a European Union Meeting despite Freezing Weather [02.03.2005] |
European Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the EU Congress Hall to stage an anti-torture exhibition and remind the EU and the world that the Chinese Communist regime have not let up in their campaign of genocide against Falun Gong.
