The People newspaper of Leipzig carried an article reporting the news that the wife of a Chinese student abroad has been kidnapped because she practises Falun Gong. Zhentong Zhang is calling on all kind people in Germany to help and make great efforts so that his wife and eight year old daughter can re-unite with him.

Iceland's Biggest Newspaper Publishes a Falun Gong Practitioner's Letter Exposing the CCP's Atrocities [26.06.2006]

"The special commissioner of the Parliament deemed illegal Iceland officials’ treatment of Falun Gong practitioners during Jiang Zemin’s visit to Iceland in the summer of 2002. Four years have gone by. Yet it is still critical for the Iceland authorities to correct the mistake made, for example, by adopting a clear stance on the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) recent atrocities of human rights persecution. The CCP regime, which has claimed sixty or eighty million lives during peacetime, is allegedly profiting from organs harvested from living people".

Danish Newspaper Politiken Reported on the CCP's Trade on Organs Harvested from Living Falun Gong Practitioners [25.06.2006]

"... a high-ranking official in China officially admitted that most of the organs were harvested from the executed prisoners. The current law in China regulated that organ donation must be proved by the agreement of the prisoner himself. But it has been little known whether the regulation was enforced".

Danish Newspaper Berlingske Tidende Publishes Article Detailing European Parliament VP's Strong Condemnation of the CCP's Organ Trade [23.06.2006]


Denmark's Berlingske Tidende published an article on June 17th 2006 entitled "Strongly Condemning CCP's Organ Trade". The article stated that the vice president of the European Parliament, Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott, met two Falun Gong practitioners during his trip to China and learned about the CCP's crime of live organ removal. He strongly condemns the CCP's systemic crimes. Mr. McMillan-Scott pointed out that the CCP regime is tyrannical and very brutal. It is important for Europe to recognize the true nature of the regime.

The Epoch Times: World Should Shun China, Says EU Vice President [21.06.2006]

Vice-President of the European Parliament, Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott, visited China last month and has declared that, if what he was told there is true, "the civilized world should shun China." In an official statement to The Epoch Times, Mr. McMillan-Scott said he visited Beijing to investigate allegations that Falun Gong practitioners were being used as live donors to service China's massive organ trade.

Associated Press Report on Falun Gong Protest against CCP Organ Harvesting Outside the European Commission Headquarters in Belgium [19.06.2006]

Associated Press reported on Thursday June 15th, that outside the European Commission building in Brussels, Falun Gong practitioners called on heads of the EU member states attending the Commission meetings to help put an end to the Chinese Communist regime’s atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Newspapers in Croatia and Serbia and Montenegro Report about the Horrific Crimes of Organ Harvesting [15.06.2006]

Croatian newspaper Novi List published a large article entitled "Concentration death camps spread across China: Chinese harvesting of human organs". In the subtitle, Novi List states: "Flourishing trade with human organs is the most profitable business in China and witnesses speak about extremely non-human treatment of the prisoners (mostly Falun Gong practitioners), whose organs are taken while they are still alive, with only minimal use of anaesthetics."

The Epoch Times: Almost Sent to a Concentration Camp--My Ordeal [13.06.2006]

On April 26, in solidarity with her fellow practitioners, she told the members of the Chinese Embassy in France about her experiences practicing Falun Gong in an effort to show them that the practice is a good one..."Everyone in the Ministry of Education and Chinese embassies came to know my name because of this incident, and it earned me the hatred of the education minister Chen Zhili. It was she who had my passport and French resident permit revoked."

Agence France-Presse: Spanish Falun Gong Case May Go Ahead [10.06.2006]

Spain's Supreme Court said today a lawsuit brought by the Chinese spiritual movement Falun gong accusing a top Chinese official of genocide could go ahead. That means Falun gong can now appeal against an earlier rejection of the lawsuit by the Audencia Nacional, Spain's highest criminal court...The spiritual movement, which is banned in China, accuses Jia of committing genocide when he was secretary of the Chinese Communist Party's local committee in Beijing between 1999 and 2002.

German Media Reports on Falun Gong Photo Exhibition [03.06.2006]

On May 10th, local media in Furth im Wald, a small city in Bavaria, reported a photographic exhibition depicting the phenomenon of Falun Gong.Koetzting Daily published a story entitled "Pictures make people think about the dark side of China. Falun Gong photo exhibition at municipal hall touches the people; Go see it."

The “Tagesspiegel” (Germany): Death and Games [02.06.2006]

Berlin: An Olympic medallist participated recently in a hunger strike, because of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. Martin Rubenis, who was awarded the bronze metal in Turin Italy for his figure skating performance, joined a protest event outside the Chinese Consulate in Riga Latvia three weeks ago. This was a short-term hunger strike by the spiritual group Falun Gong because their members are suffering cruel repression in China.

The Epoch Times: EU Vice-President Holds Meeting with Falun Gong in Beijing [29.05.2006]

A vice-president of the European Parliament returned last week from a three day investigation into human rights abuses in mainland China. He is the first high-level western official to personally meet with persecuted Falun Gong practitioners inside China. The facilitator of the gathering, a Boston businessman and Falun Gong practitioner himself, was arrested and deported for "hosting an illegal meeting."

Spanish Newspaper El Mundo Publishes an Article about Wenyi Wang’s Protest at the White House and Organ Removals in China [27.05.2006]

"My name is Wenyi Wang.. I was released from the Washington, DC District Court on Friday, April 21st; I will be back in court on May 3rd facing a potential penalty of $5000 and six months in prison. I think it is necessary for me to give to the public an explanation for my protest during Hu Jintao's remarks onThursday morning on the South Lawn of the White House during his visit with President Bush."

Last month, the Chinese Communist Party promised to stop the practice of harvesting organs and the law to ban the organs trade will come into effect at the beginning of July. Nevertheless the organs trade is such a profitable business, that the British Transplant Association is worried that it will be very hard to end the illegal selling of organs. A spokesman for the CCP Foreign Ministry made a speech and admitted that organs have come from executed prisoners.

UK Newspaper: Protest Held Over Organ Harvesting in Chinese Camps [27.04.2006]

"Followers of the ancient Chinese practice of Falun Gong have gathered in Bath to stage a protest. Campaigners collected signatures in Bath city centre on Saturday to raise awareness about the illegal trade of organ harvesting in China. The campaigners claim that followers of the Falun Gong spiritual movement in China are being persecuted and used to meet an international demand for donor organs.
Protesters handed out leaflets outside Bath Abbey and collected signatures for a petition which will be sent to Prime Minister Tony Blair urging the British Government to raise the issue with the United Nations."

Danish Newspaper Christianity Daily Reports on Atrocities in China's Secret Concentration Camps [18.04.2006]

The Christianity Daily, a major newspaper in Denmark, published an article by Pastor Leif Bork Hansen on the 4th of April, 2006 entitled "It is everyone's responsibility to always fight a savage act." The article says that no matter where the secret savage acts were found, in China, Iraq or Cuba, as long as the savage acts takes place on the this earth where we live, we have a responsibility to expose it ... (a) recent report revealed that those organs were all removed from live bodies when people were still alive.

Reuters: U.N. Envoy Looks at Falun Gong Torture Allegations [31.03.2006]

"The United Nations torture investigator said on Thursday he was looking into allegations by the Falun Gong group that thousands of its followers were being held at a Chinese "concentration camp" and some had been killed. The banned spiritual movement alleged this month that up to 6,000 people at a time were kept at a state-run camp in the Sujiatun district of the northern city of Shenyang, where it said some had been killed and their organs sold."

Swedish Newspaper Reports on the Chinese Authorities Suppression of the Rising Human Rights Activists [19.03.2006]

Human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng said, "We have no basic human rights, we have no option but to engage in a hunger strike for a long time. This is a tragedy." Gao Zhisheng was the initiator of the hunger strike. He served as the legal representative for dissidents and Falun Gong practitioners in the past and was almost assassinated.

German Media Reports on a Chinese Lady from Cham Calling for Support for Human Rights [18.03.2006]

Two German newspapers, Chamer News and Chamland Aktuell reported about the call for support by a Chinese lady from Cham. Before the Secretary of State’s official visit to China, Mrs. Teng-Schwägerl sent him a letter, requesting that he bring up the issue of human rights whilst there. At the same time, she told him about the Chinese hunger strike movement in support of human rights and in protest against the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong.

Holland Media Exposes Atrocity of Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang [13.03.2006]

The article stated that information about the camp was relayed via audio recording from a former intelligence agent of the CCP regime. It is the first time news of the secret camp's existence was disclosed to outsiders. The camp is said to hold over 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners at any given time, and 'nobody has yet to come out' from it alive. According to the source, it contains a crematorium, and an unusually large number of doctors work there, reflecting the camp's practice of killing prisoners for their organs, which are then sold for profit.

Italian Newspaper Reports on Attorney Gao and the Relay Hunger Strike against the Persecution [11.03.2006]

On February 23rd 2006, Italian newspaper “Cronache” reported that some Italian Falun Gong practitioners and other non-governmental organisations participated in a Relay Hunger Strike against the persecution in China to support Chinese lawyer Gao Zhisheng. Lawyer Gao is under pressure because he supports Falun Gong practitioners.

Danish National Newspaper Reports on Relay Hunger Strike in China [08.03.2006]

"As a lawyer, Gao has defended in court hundreds of Falun Gong-members, democracy activists and farmers who have had their land confiscated by the state. As a private person he has sent letters to the leaders of the country and criticised their policies. He is even open about calling the Chinese Communist Party ‘evil’. Gao Zhisheng is playing with fire – and doing it even though he lives in Beijing, within the range of China’s regime, which so dreads criticism...From his apartment in the capital Gao has now started a hunger strike and he says that at least 70 other people from across the country have joined in."

Nordland Daily (Norway): Details of the Persecution [28.02.2006]

On February 24th, two reporters from the Nordland Daily, the largest newspaper in northern Norway, interviewed eleven Chinese practitioners who have been recently accepted by the Norwegian government as refugees. Eleven practitioners from four families recounted the benefits to mind and body that Falun Gong has brought to them, and the brutal persecution that they have experienced in China at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.

German Newspaper: Unfounded Inspection Is Illegal [22.02.2006]

German newspaper “Dresdner Neuesten Nachrichten” published an article on February 1st 2006 entitled “Unfounded Inspection is Illegal”. The article reports that Falun Gong practitioners’ lawsuit against German policemen’s violation of their human rights under the Chinese Communist Party’s pressure, which was handed in and dealt with by the Dresden City Administrative Court, was successful. The report says that the Dresden Administrative Court decided in their judgement that the police have no right at all to order an individual of any nationality belonging to any religious group to depart from a certain place.

French Newspaper: Lawyer who Defends Human Rights for Falun Gong Holds Hunger Strike [21.02.2006]

France’s largest newspaper Le monde published reports on 12th and 13th February 2006 entitled “Human Rights Activist in China Initiates Relay Hunger Strike”. The articles point out that China’s declining human rights situation and the Chinese Communist authorities’ escalating violence and persecution triggered off a relay hunger strike for human rights, with lawyers, journalists, law scholars and people of all levels of society taking part.

Newspaper Welt am Sonntag Interviews a German Falun Gong Practitioner [17.02.2006]

"Jing Wang is a follower of the Falun Gong movement that has been persecuted since 1999 in China and she is well informed about human rights violations including abductions, torture, forced labour camps and the death penalty. The penal code allows for arbitrary arrest and sentencing of unwanted individuals under the pretext that they are endangering public security or that they are counterrevolutionary or subversive. Ms. Wang said that the communists feel especially threatened by groups like Falun Gong that have a spiritual orientation and have been extremely popular during the last few years."

"Falun Gong practitioners Anja and Veijo Pekkarinen have found a new lifestyle in this practice, which balances the energies of mind and body. Practising is not easy as one tries to live as a good unselfish person who treats other people with compassion ... "

Article from Main Post Newspaper in Germany: Deportation Topic Discussed in Berlin [10.02.2006]

"The Würzburg Administrative Court rejected Jiang’s asylum request in March 2005. The German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees reversed its decision in November — only after he was persecuted and sentenced in China — and approved Jiang’s asylum request retroactively. However, this delayed recognition of the family’s plight does not do that family any good. Jiang’s passport was confiscated and he cannot leave China."

The Epoch Times: Detained Thailand Falun Gong Refugees Find Freedom in Norway [02.02.2006]

Four Falun Gong refugees incarcerated by Thai authorities for the past month for protesting the persecution of their peers in China took an early morning flight to Norway on Tuesday, January 24. Wang Yajun, Liu Ying, Li Jianhui, and Miao Miao, accompanied by four family members including two children, flew to freedom and permanent asylum in the Scandinavian country.

The Epoch Times: Council of Europe Parliament Condemns Human Rights Violations by Communist Regimes [27.01.2006]

LONDON—The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) condemned on Wednesday the human rights violations committed by totalitarian communist regimes and expressed sympathy, understanding and recognition for the victims of these crimes. The Assembly passed a resolution, which censured violations such as executions, deaths in concentration camps, torture, slave labour, and starvation committed by communist regimes..."Totalitarian communist regimes are still active in some countries of the world and crimes continue to be committed," the resolution said. "The Assembly strongly condemns all those violations of human rights."

Epoch Times Ireland: Spanish National Court to Investigate Genocide Crimes [18.01.2006]

Last week Spain’s National Court announced to the media that Spain will begin the investigation of the crime of genocide against the Tibetan people by the Chinese Communist Party from the 1980s to 1990s. Reuters released the news saying that Comite de Apoyo Del Tibet (CAT) made an appeal to the secondary court against the crime of genocide committed by seven high-ranking officials of the CCP, including its former president Jiang Zemin.

Iceland Review: Refusal of Falun Gong [practitioners] deemed unlawful [05.01.2006]

Representatives of the Falun Gong movement welcomed the decision, and requested that the government pay compensation to those banned from entering Iceland, as well as handing over the list of undesirable people so it could be destroyed. They said that the government had attempted to stifle the voice of justice and bow to the wishes of a foreign dictator. They had gone against the wishes of the Icelandic people and had set a dangerous precedent to other democratic countries in their actions against Falun Gong.

"Many people from this area think that China is far away. Yet, they seek economic and political contacts with China. But, most of the time they have no idea what they are getting into. Germany's Chamer Newspaper: Silent protest against torture and the persecution [28.12.2005]

“Truthfulness – Compassion – Tolerance:” These three words were written on the t-shirt worn by Falkensteiner’s Utz-Reiner Römer during his three-week travels through China. This may sound perfectly harmless to a European, while it gives a political message in China. In China, the words Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance are considered the pillars of the Falun Gong movement.

Falun Gong Practitioner's Painting "Homeless" Draws Attention from German Newspaper [23.12.2005]

The theme of the most recent edition of the “Donau Strudl”, a street magazine from Regensburg, was “Homelessness”. The chief editor adopted Falun Gong practitioner’s painting “Homeless” from the International Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance Fine Art Exhibition and expressed sympathy and concern towards the innocent Falun Gong practitioners and their relatives who have been made homeless by the persecution.

Italian Monthly Magazine: Millennium China: "The path of Falun Gong cultivation" [15.12.2005]

An Italian monthly magazine called “Viaggiand” took “Millennium China” as a topic and published a series of articles about China's five-thousand-year old culture in the November 2005 issue. In a special column entitled “The Spirit and the Rule”, Falun Gong is introduced under the title “Falun Gong, a path of cultivation” The article explains that Falun Gong is a cultivation practice to help people obtain intrinsic improvements.

Report in Finnish Newspaper: Peaceful Mind with Falun Gong [13.12.2005]

Instead of morning coffee the Pekkarinen family in Oulu begin their day with meditation. Without it, the Falun Gong practitioners, Anja and Veijo Pekkarinen don’t feel properly awakened. "The exercise makes you wake up, it cleans the mind and make you alert", says Anja. The Pekkarinen family learned it four years ago."Since then I don't suffer from insomnia...The practise does lot of good things."

Spanish newspaper La Voz de Almeria publishes article about the lawsuit against the Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai [27.11.2005]

"Bo Xilai, who will likely accompany the Chinese President during his trip to Spain from the 13th to the 15th of November, has been subjected to criminal lawsuits in various countries around the world, including England, Germany, Poland, the United States, Chile and Peru, accused of grave crimes against humanity, genocide and torture against Chinese citizens for their spiritual beliefs, where hundreds have died through cruel torture."

Mainpost (Germany): Will there be a miracle for Jiang Renzheng? [25.11.2005]

"For years, Chinese citizen Jiang Renzheng and his wife Ms. Rui Guo fought for their right to stay in Germany, but in March of 2005, the Falun Gong adherents and their two children, one and two years old, were deported from Würzburg. That they would not face any danger was the reason for the refusal of their request for asylum. Until September, the belief was widely held that only Falun Gong adherents that have appealed publicly for the banned group would be in danger."

Westline, Ruhr News (Germany): Protest at the Roadside [24.11.2005]

"Human rights activists from Amnesty International and the spiritual practice Falun Gong demonstrated behind barricades in Eving’s downtown against China’s continued human rights violations. The spiritual movement Falun Gong has been banned in China since 1999, and the regime is persecuting its members. Adherents are sent to re-education or forced labour camps, said Angela Xie- Großjohann, who has lived in Germany for four years."

During Hu Jintao’s Visit to Germany, the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs were to Request the Release of Jiang Renzheng [23.11.2005]

On the eve of Hu Jintao’s state visit to Germany, the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs took measures to help Jiang Renzheng and his family to leave China. Jiang and his family are Falun Gong practitioners who wee deported from Germany after the German Government mistakenly thought that they would not be in any danger. Upon their return to China, persecution started and Jiang was put in a forced labour camp. But after the German Government's intervention, Benxi Labour Camp of Liaoning Province hampered the departure of Jiang Renzheng and his family. The German Ministry of Foreign Affairs assured a local Falun Gong representative that Jiang’s release would be brought up during official meetings with Hu Jintao.

German Media Reports on Chinese Communist Leader’s Visit [22.11.2005]

The Chinese President started his four-day state visit to Germany on November 10th. Hu has been well known for his low profile and the western society knows very little about him. As this was Hu’s first visit to Germany in his presidency, his activities drew widespread attention from the German media. In a news commentary programme broadcast by ARD TV on the day of Hu’s arrival in Berlin, it mentioned: “China is a beautiful country with diligent citizens. But does that mean we have to love the Chinese leader? Our answer is ‘No’. Even Hu can put up charming smiles on his face, Berlin’s red rug is actually laid out for a tyrant.”

Article from Spanish Web Site: A Human Rights Lawyer in China Is Being Persecuted by the Government [17.11.2005]

"The famous Chinese human rights lawyer Gao Zhicheng was forced to close his legal chamber for a year by the Chinese Communist Government because he wrote letters to the government to asking them to stop the persecution of the Falun Gong group. “The Judiciary Office informed me shut down the chamber for one year yesterday. If I opposed, they would limit my personal freedom,” lawyer Gao said."

Article from UK Newspaper: "I begged for water. I heard the agonised cries of someone else being tortured. even one of the guards burst into tears at what he saw." [17.11.2005]

Sleep deprivation was the preferred method of torture by the C.C.P. Li was put in solitary confinement. As soon as he closed his eyes there would be loud shouting and banging and his eyelids would be forcibly pulled open and a violet light shone into his face. Recordings of people denouncing Falun Gong were played at ear-piercing volumes. His face was brutally slapped and he was kept naked in a cell that was continually hosed down with freezing water.

Report in Belgian Newspaper: Chinese Spies in Europe [10.11.2005]

"Falun Gong practitioners held up banners in the street and I found that they were innocent ... At one time, I witnessed a woman over fifty years old taken to the office. She was brutally tormented and beaten by my colleague. Her back was beaten black and blue with his baton. I was petrified because when I talked with that woman, I realised that she was not dangerous at all. I caught a lot of criminals; this woman was not a criminal."

AFP Report: British Falun Gong supporters seek arrest of Chinese minister [09.11.2005]

The case against Bo, who is accompanying Chinese President Hu Jintao on a state visit to Britain, was being filed Tuesday with the Bow Street Magistrates Court in London, the group said. The application for an arrest warrant relates to Bo's time as governor of Liaoning province, northeast China, and his alleged promotion of the torture and ill-treatment of Falun Gong practitioners.

Italian Media Report: Peaceful Meditation Group Undergo Beijing's Brutal Torture [07.11.2005]

Recently, an Italian nationwide daily newspaper IL GIORNALE carried an article regarding the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. This newspaper has carried similar reports several times in the past.

German Newspaper Osnabrücker Sonntagszeitung: Many Goods Come from Countless Labour Camps [05.11.2005]

"Wei Xiong herself has experienced forced labour lasting ten to fifteen hours a day. The range of torture went from brainwashing sessions to forced upright standing without food, drink or bathroom facilities. The persecution of Falun Gong is the most brutal she has seen in China. In addition, it is very common that free Christians, protesting students, dispossessed homeowners, or farmers who appeal government ordinances are persecuted and tortured."
