Testimony from a Practitioner in Ireland: Criminals are Often Encouraged by Authorities to Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners in China [26.11.2003]

Their intention is very clear: to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief in Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. Practitioners shared prison cells with criminals charged with legitimate and serious offences, and the guards encouraged the criminals to persecute the practitioners further, telling them that their prison sentence would be reduced if they cooperated. In the case of practitioners being tortured to death, they would simply say it was suicide. The real killer would not suffer any consequences.

Reports and Cases on how the Chinese Consulate in Italy has violated the Civil Rights, Law and Sovereignty in Italy [24.11.2003]

In Italy, reports have given indication that Chinese consulate officials have been instigating public hatred towards Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners are being threatened and harassed. As overseas nationals and residents, practitioners legal activities have also been interfered with by the Chinese consulate. Apart from this, the Chinese consulate has imposed pressure on foreign organisations and communities. The following are some cases in this regards.

On November the 5th,2003, the Primary Court in Moscow once again looked into the case of two Chinese Falun Gong practitioners who have stayed in Russia longer than their visa permit. On November the 6th, the court announced that the two Chinese Falun Gong practitioners would be entitled to file for asylum. This case proves that as long as people understand the truth, their innate kindness will help them to make the right decision.

An Italian Businessman appeals for an End to the Human Rights Abuses in China [26.10.2003]

As far as I am concerned, Falun Gong is the best thing that I have ever encountered in my life and I refuse to deny that I practise Falun Gong. No matter what happens, I was determined to leave a country full of violence, where my fellow practitioners and I have been persecuted. If I continued to run my business in China because of personal interest during this persecution, I would be betraying my conscience.

A Letter to the Editor of Danish Newspaper “Politiken”: Expelled to an Uncertain Fate [19.09.2003]

"In a state where one person can rule everything, it was no use that others in the government were against the ban. Few dare to risk their lives for the truth. Yet this is the choice millions of Falun Gong practitioners face every day, when they, with a knife at their throat, are forced to choose between their faith in Truth, Compassion and Tolerance or captivity, torture and death."

Hungary: The Withholding of my Passport is Another Example of the Jiang Regime Persecuting Falun Gong Outside of China [27.06.2003]

Did they not know that every person with a sense of justice can see right through their pathetic lies? They stated clearly that unless I signed a letter guaranteeing to give up Falun Gong, there was no way I could get my passport back. They wanted to make it difficult for me to stay in Hungary by withholding my passport; they wanted to force me to give up my pursuit of “Truth, Kindness, Tolerance” by means of disrupting my work and my kid’s education.

Netherlands: Letter from Practitioner Denied a Passport by the Jiang Regime, Seeking Help from a Member of Parliament [08.05.2003]

"My nationality is being taken away from me by the Chinese embassy. The reason for this is simply because of my belief in Falun Gong...However, the violations to my human rights are trivial when compared to what had happened in China. You may have heard already heard of how an eight-month-old baby was tortured to death together with his 30-year-old mother because his mother practised Falun Gong. Brutal persecution against this group of peaceful and kind-hearted people is happening every day, every hour and every minute. I also fear that I will be subjected to similar persecution should I be forced to return to China."
