  • United Kingdom: Events During the 2010 European Organ Donation Congress

    The European Organ Donation Congress took place in, Cardiff, the capital of Wales, from the 24th to the 26th of September, 2010. Falun Gong practitioners came to the Cardiff City Centre to hold a series of events demonstrating Dafa's goodness and exposing the atrocities of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Germany: Introducing Falun Gong to People in Wilhelmshaven

    On October 2, 2010, a Falun Gong Information Day was held in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. Many people came to learn about Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution by reading flyers and viewing poster boards for the first time. They heard about the CCP's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners as well.
  • Norway: Promoting Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution at a Health Exhibition

    In the Norwegian city of Stavanger, a group of Falun Gong practitioners participated at a health exhibition to inform people about Falun Gong and the ongoing 11-year persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in China. They were also given the opportunity to hold a course where they demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.
  • Falun Gong Supporters Rally Against the CCP's Persecution During the EU-China Summit

    Falun Gong practitioners held a rally to protest against the Chinese Communist Party's brutal persecution of Falun Gong in front of the European Council during the EU-China Summit in Brussels, Belgium on October 6, 2010. Vice President of the European Parliament Edward McMillan-Scott sent a representative to show his support.
  • United Kingdom: Exposing the CCP's Organ Harvesting Crimes During the European Organ Donation Congress

    The European Organ Donation Congress of the European Transplant Coordinators Organization (ETCO) was held in Cardiff, Wales, from September 24 to 26, 2010. The Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners received widespread attention.
  • Switzerland: Buchs Residents Express Shock and Disbelief at the Persecution of Falun Gong

    To celebrate its 200th anniversary of the city's founding, the Swiss city of Buchs held a series of outdoor cultural activities every Friday and Saturday from May to September. On September 17 and 18, the residents of Buchs learned about a spiritual practice rooted in China's traditional culture: Falun Dafa.
  • Germany: Chinese Tourists Quit the CCP in Munich

    On September 18, the Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party in Germany held activities in downtown Munich, supporting the 80 million Chinese people who made their withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and associated organizations.
  • Germany: Weekly Falun Dafa Activities Have Been Held in Regensburg for Years

    On September 11, 2010, local Falun Gong practitioners held their weekly Falun Dafa Information Day at Neupfarrplatz Square in Regensburg, Germany. The sunny weather brought many people to the practitioners' display table in the Square.
  • Poland: Practitioners Introduce Falun Gong at Polish Multicultural Festival

    Among the many processions in the parade, a novel and unique boat-shaped float caught the attention of spectators. A large banner with the words "Falun Dafa, Truth-Compassion-Forbearance" on it was on top of the nicely decorated float. Practitioners wearing golden exercise costumes demonstrated the peaceful and harmonious five exercises of Falun Gong.
  • Spain: Activities in the Maresme Region of Barcelona

    In the small region of Maresme, situated in the province of Barcelona, Falun Dafa practitioners took advantage of the good weather to promote the practice and let people know about the human rights abuses happening to practitioners in China.
  • United Kingdom: Falun Gong at the Kingston Carnival

    The exercises of Falun Gong attracted many people who had come to the festival. People gathered to watch the gentle movements and the sitting meditation. The stall featuring more information about Falun Gong was in the busy central area of the market square. When passing by the stall, many people were interested in learning the exercises and coming to the free weekly sessions.
  • Finland: Introducing Falun Dafa at Art Night in Helsinki

    On August 27, Falun Dafa practitioners in Finland took part in the 21st Helsinki "Art Night", demonstrating the beauty of Falun Dafa at Hesperian Park in the downtown area. They also exposed the CCP's crimes and called on people to collectively help stop the human rights abuses against Falun Gong. The people who saw the exercise demonstration all wanted to learn more.
  • Rally in Sweden Commemorates Victims of Communism

    On August 23, the Swedish NGO "Upplysning of Kommunismen" hosted their annual rally in downtown Stockholm to commemorate the victims of communism, Nazism and other dictatorships. The Falun Dafa Association of Sweden was invited to the rally, and practitioners passed out fliers exposing the persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Germany: Mayor of Offenbach am Main Pledges Support to Daughter of Falun Gong Practitioner Imprisoned in China

    On July 18, 2009, 62-year-old Ji Guizhen, a Falun Gong practitioner from Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, was arrested for her beliefs. Her daughter, Xu Anlan, and other family members haven't seen her since. After being illegally imprisoned for a year, Ji Guizhen was handed a two-year labour camp sentence for possessing Falun Gong informational materials calling for the end of the persecution.
  • United Kingdom: Exposing the Persecution in front of the Parliament Building in Scotland

    On August 8, Falun Gong practitioners from Scotland held activities in front of the Scottish parliament building to let people know about Falun Gong and expose the brutal persecution in China. Practitioners demonstrated the exercises, passed out informational materials and talked to tourists. Many people signed the petition against the persecution.
