  • Russia: People Show their Kind Sides on the Streets of St. Petersburg

    From July 28th to August 4th 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in St. Petersburg held activities in the busy streets near Prospekt Bol’shevikov and Chernaya Rechka metro stations to introduce the beauty of Falun Gong and to expose the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution and its atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Germany: Commemorating Eight Years of Persecution Against Falun Gong

    North German practitioners organised an information day in downtown Hamburg to commemorate eight years of persecution against Falun Gong. Practitioners set up a booth under a brilliant blue sky and sunshine. At the same time, the first interested people stopped by to see the photos exposing the torture used against practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party.
  • Sweden: “I am very happy today. I feel wonderful! It’s a gift from God.”

    As soon as the exhibits were set up, many people came to ask, “What is Falun Gong?” “Why is Falun Gong persecuted?” Having learned the truth, many commented that it was grossly unjust to suffer such torture simply for not giving up on one’s beliefs. People eagerly signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.
  • Germany: People of Dusseldorf Shocked by the Brutality of the Persecution

    Because many Westerners do not know how severe the human rights situation in China is, practitioners in Germany frequently hold Information Day events to raise awareness of the Chinese Communist regime's brutal persecution of Falun Gong. On July 28th, practitioners held an event of this kind in downtown Dusseldorf to let more people know.
  • Germany: "An Olympic Games Without the Communist Party Should Be Held"

    Many politicians and VIPs accepted leaflets from the practitioners, including German Chancellor Merkel, the incoming governor of Bavaria, the Minister of Ministry of Interior, the EU President, the former German Foreign Minister, the former Mayor of Bayreuth and leaders of all political parties. Some asked for two copies, saying that the extra one was for their friends.
  • Finland: People Act to Rescue the Kidnapped Parents of a Chinese Student in Helsinki

    On August 4th 2007, Helsinki Falun Gong practitioners held an activity outside the central railway station to call for the rescue of the parents of Helsinki Chinese student Sunny and to expose the eight year persecution that the Chinese Communist Party has inflicted on Falun Gong practitioners. Sunny’s parents were kidnapped by the Chinese Communist Party.
  • Sweden: "You are our Hope!"

    Practitioners from Sweden did the exercises together, sent forth righteous thoughts and raised awareness about the persecution near the famous Shipwreck Museum in Stockholm. At the same time, they also told people about the tide of quitting the CCP resulting from the circulation of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party
  • Ukraine: People from Lugansk Condemn the Chinese Communist Regime's Cruel Persecution of Falun Gong

    On August 4th 2007, Falun Gong practitioners held activities in the downtown area of Lugansk, Ukraine to expose the Chinese Communist regime's eight-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong, including its atrocity of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Many Lugansk residents signed the petition condemning the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities
  • Slovakia: Falun Gong Introduced in Velky Krtis and Rimavska Sobota

    Soon after the Falun Gong practitioners set up their information stand, people started to come to find out more and sign the petition calling for an end to the persecution. The petition was signed by about 200 people in Velky Krtis. Small children offered to help with giving out the flyers and were also interested in learning the five sets of of Falun Gong exercises.
  • Bulgaria: Hundreds of People Signed a Petition Calling for an End to the Persecution

    Many locals and tourists gathered before the posters and asked many questions about the persecution and what Falun Gong is. Hundreds of petition signatures were gathered in only a few hours from people who wanted to call for an end to the persecution. Many people were shocked by the cruelty of the persecution. The event continued until late in the evening.
  • Greece: Athens Forum Asks How Crimes Against Humanity can be Allowed to Continue in a Nation about to Host the Olympics

    On August 7th 2007, experts gathered in Athens to attend an international forum entitled, "The Olympic Games vs. Crimes Against Humanity in China." The forum was held by the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, the International Society for Human Rights, and the Association for Asia Research.
  • Ukraine: Exposing the CCP’s Crimes Against Humanity

    On July 28th 2007, Ukraine Falun Gong practitioners held activities in Constitution Square Harkov, to expose eight continuing years of cruel persecution against Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Two journalists from local television and radio station interviewed practitioners.
  • Slovakia: Remembering Eight Years of Persecution Against Falun Gong

    On Saturday 20th July, an information day with the goal of informing people about the persecution against Falun Gong in China took place in Bratislava, Slovakia. This was the 8th anniversary of the start of the persecution in China. The practitioners set up banners and posters detailing the persecution and demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.
  • France: Introducing Falun Dafa in a Park in Lille

    To introduce Falun Dafa and let people know about the persecution being waged against practitioners in China, I decided to demonstrate the five sets of Falun Gong exercises in Parc Barbieux. As soon as I started, people came over to find out more. They wanted to learn the truth and sign their names on a petition to protest against the persecution.
  • United Kingdom: Parade and Press Conference in London Shines a Bright Light on the Persecution

    The parade included banners, music, waist-drummers dressed in gold, and many female practitioners dressed in white holding photos of those killed in the persecution. The tail of the parade included a float and banners exposing the atrocities committed by the CCP and highlighting the harvesting of organs from prisoners of conscience.
