Zurich is the sister city of Kuming in China. Falun Gong practitioners in Zurich are very concerned about the practitioners in Kunming who are suffering beatings, torture, illegal imprisonment and even death at the hands of Jiang Zemin’s regime. They have drafted a petition to request the Zurich City Council to pass a resolution to appeal for an end to Kunming’s persecution of Dafa practitioners. 20,967 people have signed this petition. |

Dafa Practitioner in Coma from Beating by Police
The vicious policemen injured Shen's eyes. Instead of stopping the torture, the policemen escalated it by hanging the practitioners with handcuffs 24 hours a day while torturing them with various gruesome instruments. A Call for the Rescue of My College Classmate, Mr. Cong Zhongxiao
Mr. Cong Zhongxiao is 39 years old and received his master's degree from the Dalian Science and Technology University. Before 1999, he had worked for the Dalian City Beida Vehicle. He took up Falun Gong in 1997 and became a very good citizen and hard worker. After the persecution began, due to his steadfast belief in Falun Dafa he has suffered much at the hands of Jiang Zemin's regime.
