"I am writing as a European Parliamentary Friend of the Falun Gong to protest the arrest and handcuffing of practitioners who were peacefully demonstrating in the Champs Elysees on Saturday 24th January. There are serious allegations that this was done at the request of the Chinese Embassy. France as a member of the EU and Council of Europe is committed to the fundamental right of peaceful political protest. I find the allegations of giving in to pressure from the Chinese authorities anxious to deny any platform to protesters during the parade deeply regrettable. I do hope that the request by Falun Gong for an apology from the French authorities will be shortly forthcoming."

'Practitioners of Falun Gong will hold a peaceful demonstration in front of Dublin Castle today and on Friday as officials from Europe and China come together to discuss human rights. This dialogue has been cited by governments across Europe as the proper means to pursue human rights issues with China. However, to date, the proceedings of the dialogue have not been openly disclosed to the media thereby putting little public pressure on the Chinese to improve the situation on the ground.'

The British Commonwealth of Nations Summit was held in December of 2003 in Abuja, Nigeria. We were four practitioners from Australia, England and Singapore, who had not had the opportunity to meet before. We first met at the airport. Yet, we were as one body and thus it was amazing in how our coordination efforts allowed us to clarify the truth during the ensuing ten days in a country so dissimilar to our own.

Practitioners in Malmo promoted Falun Gong in Gustav Square in the city centre, to enable local residents to learn about the worsening brutal persecution of practitioners in Mainland China. Many local people asked for the truth-clarification materials, and were attracted by the exercise demonstration.

The International Conference on “Genocide in the New Era”, organised by “Friends of Falun Gong Europe” and “International Advocates for Justice”, took place in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm from January 26th to January 28th 2004. This is one of the conference speeches by Attorney Ning Ye, entitled "The PRC's Massive Persecution Targeting Falun Gong is a Cime of Gencoide", which was given on the morning of Tuesday January 27th.

'Truthfulness, compassion and forbearance are the three virtues Sterling Campbell, the drummer of David Bowie, strives for. He is a practitioner of the old Chinese meditation system Falun Dafa. ‘Falun Dafa keeps me on the rails. It made me into a better person,’ he says, when we meet him in a hotel in Brussels.'

Dafa Practitioner Mr. Liu Zhichen of Dehui City, Jilin Province was detained at the Yinmahe Forced Labour Camp in 2002. He was released on February 6, 2003. Due to the long term persecution he suffered while in the forced labour camp, his health was in poor condition when he returned home. Still, the local police continued to harass him and illegally searched his home. His family did not have any peace. At the age of 32 years old, Liu died in Dehui City Hospital on October 7, 2003. This is another crime the Jiang Zemin's regime has committed towards an innocent Falun Gong practitioner.

During her two-year incarceration in the Duoba Forced Labour Camp, Ms. Zhang Xuefeng was forcefully administered drugs damaging to her central nervous system, and thus became mentally deranged. She passed away within a year of being released. The day she died, Public Security officers tried to shift responsibility to Falun Gong. Her mother responded, "She was persecuted to death! She practised Falun Gong for several years and had always been healthy. Why did she become mentally deranged after she was released from the forced labour camp?" They fled without a reply.

'Imprisoning Wu for more than a two-year illegal extension and unwilling to release him, the labour camp insisted on forcing him to "be transformed". According to my personal experience, after my son started practising Falun Gong, he learned to become a good person. After that, he became very healthy, and became very gentle and docile as well. Furthermore, he also worked more earnestly. I do not understand what could be wrong with this? He hasn't harmed anyone. Certainly he hasn't harmed society. He is an extremely sensible and rational person. I wonder what they want to "transform" him into?'

Before the barbaric force-feeding which was to lead to her eventual death, a policeman in the Jinkou brainwashing centre said to Ms. Xu Yunfeng, "What does it matter if we beat a Falun Gong practitioner to death? The death of Falun Gong practitioners is nothing. At present time only Jiang Zemin's orders count. Even though Falun Gong is good, there is nothing we can do. Jiang Zemin has said that if a Falun Gong practitioner is beaten to death, we will use the story as propaganda and broadcast on CCTV"

As Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples, not only should we break through the constant and regular forces accumulated throughout history at this human level, but we should also free ourselves from the old cosmos's principles. In the process of validating the new cosmos's principles, we should understand the new cosmos's form. Therefore, a true cultivator should constantly understand the Fa-principles, while at the same time constantly assimilate to the cosmos's form.

When the persecution first started, some people in the village tore down truth-clarifying posters. Now, nobody tears them down anymore. Posters with "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" and "Falun Dafa is Good" can be seen everywhere in and around the village. A banner with "Bring Jiang Zemin To Justice Around the World" is hanging on a street lamp pole for people to see. Everyone in the village knows Falun Dafa is good.

The case has gone on for more than two years, and should finally reach a verdict. Dafa practitioners from Toronto and Ottawa, overcoming many difficulties, arrived to work with local practitioners to comprehensively explain the facts to local people and attend the three days of court hearings.

At noon on February 21, 2004, Kansas practitioners arrived at one of the famous tourist spots in Kansas "Plaza Fountain Park" to collect signatures to rescue Falun Gong practitioner Charles Li. Many passersby took signature collection cards and truth-clarifying flyers, and wished Charles Li to return soon.

The practitioners introduced Falun Dafa to the visitors and taught them exercises. They hope more Japanese people can understand Falun Dafa and become aware of the brutal persecution going on in China through the photograph exhibition.

What are dreams? Modern medical science claims that dreams occur as our cerebral cortex experiences changes. Yet many dreamers assert that they have indeed seen the future, or hints of the future, whilst dreaming. Some claim that they saw certain scenes or people in their dreams, and later on these occurrences did indeed become a reality. Modern science has failed to explain such phenomena.
