Representatives from the European, Nordic and French Falun Dafa Associations visited the offices of the French President, the French Premier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office to tell them the facts about Falun Gong. They talked about the French Police Force’s recent unreasonable arrest and mistreatment of Falun Gong practitioners on the streets of Paris during the Chinese New Year celebrations.

"We agreed that the continuing persecution of some hundred million Chinese citizens by the government of the People's Republic of China for their moral beliefs is a most serious manifestation of genocide as defined in Article 2 of the 1948 Genocide Convention and is unacceptable in the world today, prejudices the development of cooperation and trust between nations and warrants further efforts by governments with a view to its termination."

It was learned that more Falun Gong practitioners were recently unlawfully arrested, tortured and even killed in China recently. On the afternoon of February the 13th, Falun Dafa practitioners from Ireland unfurled banners in front of the Chinese Embassy. They called upon people from all walks of life to jointly resist and expose the evildoings of those who persecute Falun Gong.

I showed them the first exercise, explaining the purpose of this exercise as I practised. By the time I finished the demonstration they were ready to have a go themselves. Towards the end of the session, I told them that Falun Gong is based on the principles of ‘Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance’ and briefly explained how practitioners try to follow these principles in everyday life. They immediately said everyone should learn it and then there would be no war and the world would be peaceful.

Mr. Peng's head and body were black and purple. There were bloodstains. His face was covered with marks caused by electric shocks. Some of his bones were also fractured. Peng's family had thought to seek justice from the authorities, however, they were frightened by the representative, who threatened them by saying, "If you don't follow the government's arrangements, we will have your whole family lose their jobs and go broke. You will have no way to survive."

After the Spring Festival of 2002, when two Dafa practitioners in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province came to Jianping County to obtain truth-clarifying materials, they were followed by the police. Mr. Wang Zhiguo, a 40 year old Dafa practitioner and winner of a weight lifting silver medal of the Asian Games for the Disabled, was abducted and illegally sentenced to 8 years imprisonment. He is currently imprisoned at the Dabei Prison in Shenyang City.

After those officers left, the police instructor, brigade leader He, and group leader Zhou beat her up together. They kicked her, slapped her face, and knocked her down to the ground. Then they pulled her up and beat her again until they were exhausted. Zhang Xiaodan said, "It's too good for her if we prick her only with small needles, let's use larger needles." They continued to beat her until she collapsed. They wanted to assure that she would no longer dare to report them

On January 3, 2000, since Qu Ping and Han Junhong did not give up the practice, COE sent two administrative teams of 5 people each to their post. The teams read the college's punitive decisions to them, and requested them to wrap up personal possessions and leave immediately under the teams' supervision. In addition to removing them from the post, COE also stopped their bonus pay.

My younger cousin said, "Before, I was so afraid of uncle. I was scared that he would beat me. After uncle began practicing Falun Gong, he changed completely. He would not hit or shout at people anymore; no smoking and drinking anymore either. Now, uncle is healthy and his temper is good. He smiles all day. Even when he was hit by a taxi in the street, he still just told the driver he was fine. I also drive a taxi, but why have I never met such a good person? Nowadays, uncle is really good."

On the afternoon of February 14, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners from Ottawa and Montreal went to the Chinese Embassy in Ottawa and unfurled banners that read, "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice".

At the beginning of February 2004, several Falun Gong practitioners visited Vietnam for three days with a tourist group. They clarified the truth to many people including a lot of mainland Chinese whilst visiting several tourist attractions in Vietnam.

One day an old man showed up uninvited at the party. He wore rags and was painfully thin. The ten friends were in a good mood and they felt sorry for the old man. So they allowed him to remain and shared their feast with him. After the old man finished his dinner, he left.
