In 2003, “Beijing - Tel Aviv” published articles containing incorrect information on February the 2nd, July the 27th and September the 19th. These articles are negative, and have shaped a criminal image of Falun Gong practitioners. The publisher would like to apologise to Falun Gong practitioners and all others who may have been harmed by these articles. We would also like to deliver an apology to the readers who have been misled by incorrect coverage.

The children in the intermediate class learned how to make paper lotus flowers and other art skills from the art teacher. They also read Hong Yin. When the children were doing the exercises, they were very careful and always helped each other to ensure that everyone’s exercises were correct. The children’s purity, eagerness and attentiveness moved everyone.

Policeman Zhuang Huaidou was a very vicious individual. He had beaten practitioners many times. Once, he handcuffed a practitioner for a long time. Even two years later, marks were still visible on this practitioner's wrists and he still suffered from numbness in his hands. Zhuang pulled Ma Lizhi's hands all the way up behind his back and cuffed them to the back of a chair. He then forced Mr. Ma to sit on the floor and swing the chair. This torture caused excruciating pain. Zhuang claimed, "Jiang Zemin does not allow you to practise! Whoever practises will be arrested!"

This was a torture beyond human language. They put some medicine on me to continue their torture under the disguise of treating me. They again forced me to write the "four letters" which I signed under pressure. I now declare that it was against my own will and I was forced to do this. Afterwards, my heart was filled with sadness and sorrow that was beyond words. After that they didn't allow me to talk to anyone until August 2003. Staff member Li called me for a talk, and I told him that I had been tortured. He yelled at me "Who tortured you? Who witnessed it? If you don't accept our management, we will force you to!"

There are four sub-sections at the Sanshui Forced Labour Camp. The Fifth Brigade of the third sub-section is called the "Special Brigade," and it is mainly used for detaining Dafa practitioners. During the periods of December 3, 2000 to January 22, 2003 and March 23 to September 13, 2003, a torture chamber was set up at the second sub-section and used to torture Dafa practitioners. The torture chamber was inside a hidden, high-walled, two-story building with an independent courtyard and had a guardroom 50 metres behind it . It's hard for outsiders to comprehend the brutality of the torture that occurred there. There were scores of Dafa practitioners tortured and made to suffer greatly.

On July 20, 1999, the Jiang regime began a brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners throughout China. Falun Dafa practitioner Fan Wenfang has been abducted to detention centres on seven occasions, held at the brainwashing centres twice and jailed in forced labour camps three times. We appeal to all compassionate people to come forward and pay close attention to the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners-- in view of Fan Wenfang's situation, please raise your voices, condemn the evil persecution and protect the kindhearted people.

One day, when Ms. Shu Na was crossing an intersection on a Boulevard, a car hit her and as a result of the impact, she was flung 7 or 8 metres. Her body was tossed around in the air after which she landed on her right side. At the moment, she said that her mind was very clear, and she vividly remembered a similar story mentioned by Master Li. As a result, she was not scared at all.

After learning from the DC Minghui school and exchanging experiences with practitioners from other areas, Atlanta practitioners who are experienced in education volunteered to organize a school administration board. After two weeks of preparation, Atlanta Minghui School was established and held a simple but solemn opening ceremony on the evening of January 9 2004.

In the relentless official Chinese suppression of Falun Gong, the outlawed spiritual [group], Sam Lu counts his wife as one tiny but significant victory. After more than three years in a labour camp, Zhou Xuefei was released Tuesday. "I am very proud of my wife," Lu said in a statement. "My wife is brave, because she was jailed for standing up to defend the right of the millions of persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in China."
