From January 2nd to the 9th, 2004, Italian Falun Gong practitioners appealed outside the Chinese Consulate in Milan and mourned the death of Changchun Falun Gong practitioner Liu Chengjun. Liu died on December the 26th 2003 after being viciously tortured and abused by police officers following orders from the Jiang regime.

"The cold night falls on Germany. It is so peaceful and tranquil. However, my thoughts find no way to stay calm. Tomorrow morning, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Wang Weiyu, who is a Tsinghua University alumnus and a good friend of my husband, will stand on illegal trial in Beijing with two other Tsinghua University alumni, Mr. Yu Chao and his wife Ms. Chu Tong, because of their belief in truthfulness, compassion and forbearance."

Several weeks ago, Swiss Dafa practitioners started contacting the newly-elected Parliament members via telephone or through personal meetings to talk to them about the brutal persecution against Falun Gong in China. They then got the opportunity to distribute materials and deliver a letter of appeal at an event held by the political parties.

On December 29, 2001, Yilan County police conducted a mass arrest of practitioners. In order to avoid further persecution, Song and his wife had to leave home, leaving his 76-year-old mother and 16-year-old daughter alone. While they were wandering around, the police station police forced his village government to finance their hunt for Song. Due to torture he suffered before at the detention centre, Song had stomach problems and he could not eat much. During the homeless life, he finally collapsed and became bedridden.

Since her body had been severely injured, her hands and feet started twitching involuntarily on the morning of July 17. She almost fainted twice. A criminal in the cell, Liu Xian, called the staff many times, and told them that Cui was in critical condition. The heartless policemen did not care and didn't bother to come. I stood by the door and yelled, "Someone is about to die. Do you care?" At that moment, I thought about the days that I spent with her. I saw her solid faith in Dafa. And I saw her compassion and kindness from cultivating Dafa. I started to cry.

The hospital authority did not ask me to sign any documents when they accepted me and rejected my repeated requests to see my family. Ten days after I was sent to the hospital the doctor told me, "The female labour camp has found your husband and asked him to sign your admission form, which he did, therefore, don't expect your husband to come here to take you back home. You have to stay here. If you don't break with Falun Gong, you will stay here until you have served your term. If you are not obedient, you will stay here forever till you die. In any event, your work unit is willing to pay the cost."

The police sent people to take turns watching him. At night there was a police car blocking the entrance. Within one month after Sun was released, the director of the Fengrun Public Security Bureau Li Chunyuan, along with Zeng Xianghai and Qi Lianfu, as well as several dozens of people from the public security office and other government offices, broke into Sun Jianzhong's house and tried to arrest him again. After cutting through the security door with a welding torch, the police broke into his apartment. Sun threw himself against the wall. The police dragged him out by force despite Sun's mother loud weeping. The brutality of the police shocked the whole residential area and people started to think again about the entire campaign of persecution against Falun Gong.

Pure Benevolence (Shan) has no notions. It is a natural expression and the manifestation of one’s true nature. Pure benevolence is not fragile, yielding or intentional. It has no restriction or apprehension. Pure benevolence is the harmonious unification of matter and spirit. Pure benevolence encompasses and understands everything, and communicates with all matter and existence.

Falun Gong practitioners and the "Chinese Press Freedom and Human Rights League" held a memorial in San Francisco Chinatown to remember Mr. Liu Chengjun. Liu was a Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun City in Jilin Province who was tortured to death by the Jiang regime.

About 3000 Falun Dafa practitioners gathered in Taipei and assembled to form the characters "Falun Dafa is Good" in the stadium of Taiwan University as a greeting to Master.

Ancient Chinese books recorded that between 770-475 BC, in the Spring and Autumn period, Lu Ban created some flying machines. This led Lu Ban to be acknowledged as the father of all craftsmanship. In Mozi·Luwen, it reads “Lu Ban cut up some bamboo and wood and made a wooden bird. It stayed in the sky for three days." Lu Ban also made a big wooden kite in order to spy on enemies during war. In Hongshu it reads, “Lu Ban made a wooden kite to spy on cities in the State of Song."
