Since November 2002, the EFIC has received 43 individual reports of practitioners of Falun Gong being beaten, tortured, and killed by authorities in China. 22 of the deaths reported actually occurred after November 1, while the remaining cases occurred prior to November.

This evening, practitioners gathered outside the Chinese Embassy in London, to call for an end to the killing of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Despite the cold weather, and very short notice, practitioners from different parts of the country came to protest at the alarming number of recent death cases of Falun Gong practitioners in China, and to demand an end to the Jiang regime’s three year long campaign of terror against innocent and kind-hearted people.

Some time ago, some practitioners revealed the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong to the editor of a student magazine. Because the editor-in-chief was so touched by the details given, practitioners were given two full pages to write an article, and also were permitted to use a picture of a practitioner doing the sitting meditation

Even though the members of our “Centre” are not Falun Gong practitioners, we would like to express our deep respects toward practitioners who follow the principles of “Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance”.

Her younger sister could not contain her anger any longer and told the wicked police, "You have tortured my sister to this extent, yet you still have her handcuffed and shackled! Do you still have any human decency left? My sister was in perfect health when you kidnapped her. You have tortured her to the brink of death. You still want to extort money from us?"

The wicked officials exerted great pressure by intimidating Ding Linghong's parents, making the elderly couple's lives even more difficult in addition to losing their beloved son. They were so intimidated that they have still yet to dare to hold a funeral for their son. What's even more outrageous is that sometimes they are forced to say that their son "died under normal circumstances."

Tragically, his own brother who had been duped by the Jiang regime's propaganda, betrayed him and turned Jiang Liguo in to the local authorities...During the time he was detained by the township government, the officials beat him with plastic tubes filled with sand to the point where his feet were too swollen to walk.

More than 700 Falun Gong practitioners are being detained in the Baimalong Female Forced Labour Camp in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. Hoping to force practitioners to renounce their beliefs, the evil labour camp organised a special team to torture them both physically and mentally. Atrociously, three practitioners suffered extreme abuse which lead to their deaths.

Falun Gong practitioners' procession was very colorful. The spectators on both sides waved and cheered to practitioners to express their gratitude. They were very happy to receive Dafa introductory materials from practitioners as they passed by.

Amnesty International calls for a much longer consultation period. We believe that many of the offences outlawed are already covered and there has been a huge rise in penalties in existing legislation, greatly increased prison sentences and unlimited fines, not conducive to encouraging debate.

The poetry on Clear Harmony is inspired by the practise of Falun Gong and is intended to allow our readers to understand Falun Gong from another level and perspective.

"When there's no justice, Falun Dafa practitioners are putting up posters saying: 'Stop illegally arresting practitioners and immediately release all the innocent Falun Dafa practitioners.' Is this violating any laws?" One person replied at once, "It doesn't violate any laws, in fact I also want to learn Falun Gong."

After I saw through the lies of the propaganda of Jiang's regime, I began risking my own career and resourcefully used the opportunity of "taking out the practitioners for interrogation" to let the practitioners read Teacher Li's new articles, which greatly encouraged them.

Practitioners shared their experiences with open hearts. Anything unclear was discussed and understandings were shared. Teacher Li had emphasized several times in the recent articles on the compassion between practitioners, so we all realized it was the problem that we should pay more attention to. Any misunderstandings between practitioners in the past also disappeared because of the kindness everyone had towards one another.

There are the postman, salesmen, fund-raisers, strangers who ask for directions and even the beggars, people from all walks of life. As long as they press our door bell, and when I am kept busy, my husband in his SOS T-shirt will open the door to greet them. Wearing the T-shirt is a more efficient way to advertise Falun Gong than handing out Dafa newspapers or fliers in a hurry.
