Three weeks before Christmas 2002, practitioners in the German city of Veitshöchheim held a Falun Gong photo exhibition with help and support from the city’s Mayor and the Ministry of Culture. The practitioners were pleased to see that more people had learned the truth about Falun Dafa through the photo exhibition and were able to see through the lies and deceitful propaganda that the Jiang regime has spread all over the world through their state-controlled media.

How can a so-called civilised society, employ thugs in positions of power to tear apart a normal, stable family, and torture to death a father, send a mother to a forced labour camp, break a 13 year-old son’s heart, leaving him alone at home to look after himself, and to bear the weight of unbearable grief on his own?

The associate head of Division One, aptly called himself a devil from hell!.. They did not let the practitioner sleep and poured icy water on his body. Outrageously, they poured 200 basins of water over him without stop in the morning and 200 basins in the evening, as well as torturing him with other means both day and night for as long as 10 days.

At present, over 40 Dafa practitioners are still being illegally detained at the Chatou Female Forced Labour Camp in Guangdong Province. Among these detained practitioners, some were only verbally informed of their two-year sentences of labour education (without receiving any legal documents). Even though their terms have expired, the labour camp is completely flouting the justice system and still won't release them.

A "solemn declaration" is a public declaration to the world that whatever he or she has done or said under duress or deception that was against Falun Dafa is null and void. As more and more people in China learn the truth about how they have been deceived and lied to by the Jiang regime, many non-practitioners are also submitting "solemn declarations."

Several western Falun Gong practitioners went to Brooklyn's Chinatown to clarify the truth to Chinese people. Some practitioners held a "Falun Dafa is Good" banner in their hand while others demonstrated the exercises. They used their own experiences to clarify the truth of Falun Dafa to the Chinese passersby.

"We have made clear on numerous occasions our strong opposition to the detention of individuals solely for peaceful association and assembly. The steps the Chinese government has taken to restrict freedom of thought, conscience and belief are disturbing."

The poetry on Clear Harmony is inspired by the practise of Falun Gong and is intended to allow our readers to understand Falun Gong from another level and perspective.

He saw that Teacher's home was in a very common residential building, and the door had been sealed by the police. He said, "CCTV said that your Teacher owns a villa. What absolute nonsense. It's not like that at all." While saying good-bye, he told me again, "Your Teacher's former apartment is really very ordinary."

He asked, "Why do you come here despite the chilly weather and your advanced age?" I told him straightforwardly, "Our Teacher asked us to clarify the facts. Because they do not know the truth, people, especially Chinese people, have been deceived by fabricated stories and false appearances that slander such a righteous practise. It is not good for them to carry these thoughts and we must clarify the true situation to them. Even though it is chilly it is worth it!"
