"Those who abuse their authority and consider themselves above the law, by administering yet abusing the law are the guilty ones. How can practitioners be guilty for revealing the truth to the public? What kind of guilt is that? Maybe the law does not currently punish your evil deeds because of your power and influence. However, there is justice in this world. Those who have done wrong deeds will surely suffer the consequences.”

On average, there were 4 policemen for each practitioner. The practitioners reported that during the forceful arrest, they felt nausea, dizziness and shortness of breath. Nine practitioners, including one Swiss, were denied medical treatment afterwards. During the event, most of the practitioners were still sitting in a meditation position, with both legs folded on top of one another.

On April 8th, 2002, the "Focal Point Talk Show" program of China's CCTV network introduced Wang Bo's family case to bring a false charge against Falun Gong and deceive the viewers...The lawless officials in Hebei Province proceeded to post several warrants for his arrest.

Falun Gong practitioner Wang Hong'gang was cruelly tortured to death during an interrogation at the Harbin City Police Department's Detention Centre Province on June 18, 2002. The police department blocked this information and has not yet notified Wang Hong'gang's family of his death.

Practitioners were forced to stand outside for long periods of time under the scorching sun. They were also forced to run, squat, and hold the same position for long periods of time, in addition to being verbally abused and humiliated by the guards. The practitioners were often beaten until they were on the verge of death.

A policeman named Li Jianmin brutally beat her with a rubber nightstick. Sun Xiucai held firmly to her righteous thoughts. She did not speak one word. The police were at their wits' end, so they sent her to a detention centre.

Practitioner Mr. Iga, who had driven for 11 hours to get there said, "We know that 537 people have been tortured to death because of practising Falun Gong in Mainland China...We can't enjoy New Year's Eve and disregard the suffering of our fellow practitioners."

The National Palace Museum located outside of Taipei, Taiwan is famous worldwide, a must-see for many Chinese tourists. Recently a billboard with the words "Falun Dafa is Good" and pictures of practitioners serenely meditating was set up beside the road near the museum.

Falun Dafa practitioners being detained in a detention centre of a certain city persist in studying the principles of Falun Gong. They follow Teacher Li's words carefully and clarify the facts about the persecution. They have greatly changed the impression that the guards and people around them had towards Dafa.

I am further moved by the fact that these lovable people are being steadfast in their faith in Falun Gong and persistently spreading the truth of Falun Gong. Some people repeatedly curse Falun Gong practitioners on the bulletin boards of web pages.

This is not merely a lawsuit, but is one of the vital actions taken by Falun Dafa practitioners. The fact that we lodged a complaint, open and aboveboard, in a federal court of a foreign country, against the head of the evil regime for the crimes it has committed in persecuting people who practice Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, really shocked Jiang and his accomplices.

Practitioners hope that it will allow more people to learn about the practice of Falun Dafa that has already benefited 100 million in almost 60 countries. The board also reveals how Jiang's regime have persecuted Falun Gong, brutally murdering over 540 practitioners and beating and torturing thousands more.
