Some Hungarian people talked to us for as long as 30 minutes. There were others who were outraged upon hearing about the persecution of Dafa practitioners. One person took many leaflets and petition sheets, saying that he would tell everyone he knows about the persecution, arrange media contacts for us and urge people to sign our petition. Another person took several Chinese flyers and VCDs to give to his Chinese neighbours.

While in detention in Qianmen station, Mr. Trought met three international journalists whom the police had also detained. Mr. Trought commented that “The journalists were there to have their footage inspected by police to ensure no details of the appeal, or the treatment of western Falun Gong practitioner during their arrests was documented.”

With the approaching of New Year, Dafa practitioners in Britain express their genuine appreciation for everything that Master has done. The following poem is written by the Dafa practitioners in Britain to express their gratitude.

She was unconscious when she was carried back to her cell and could not take care of herself. She had bruises and two-centimetre-deep wounds in her shoulders that were caused by the rope. The cuts had swelled and abscessed, and did not start to heal even after two months. She suffered greatly.

Gao declared, "If you do not reform, I will kill you." They kept torturing me, without restraint, until I lost consciousness. Both of my legs could not squat down for half a month as a result of the horrific torture. They beat me for several days. My face became swollen and my teeth were broken. I could not eat for half a month.

In the freezing cold winter the callous and depraved abusers showered her with icy water, forced her to eat human excrement, shocked her feet and body with electric batons, and forced her to take psychotropic (mind-altering) drugs. During sleep she was often dragged into the hallway to be severely beaten, and in a few instances she was beaten unconscious, with an egg-sized chunk of hair and skin torn from her head.

In front of the National Taiwan University Stadium, the Taiwan Falun Dafa Association held a candlelight vigil entitled "With Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance in Mind, a More Peaceful World Will Be a Reality." Five thousand Falun Gong practitioners, mostly from various places in Taiwan, lit up candles in the wind and rain. They sat quietly to remember their fellow practitioners who have been tortured to death in China.

The fireworks show is a traditional way to celebrate the New Year in Melbourne... and local practitioners decided to utilise this opportunity to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and distribute truth-clarifying materials by the Yarra River..

I recently overheard a neighbour disciplining a child. When the child wasn't listening, the parent said, "If you keep behaving so badly you won't make it to heaven." Although the child was naughty, he knew that Falun Gong is good. He said confidently, "As long as I do not persecute Falun Dafa, I can still go to heaven."

Practitioners hope that it will allow more people to learn about the practice of Falun Dafa that has already benefited 100 million in almost 60 countries. The board also reveals how Jiang's regime have persecuted Falun Gong, brutally murdering over 540 practitioners and beating and torturing thousands more.
