On November 29 2003, about 1500 Falun Dafa practitioners from North America and other countries gathered at the World Congress Centre in Atlanta to attend the 2003 Southeast US Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference. At 2:40 p.m., our respected Teacher arrived at the conference amid practitioners' warm applause and taught and explained the Fa for four hours.

The lawsuit is filed by a total of 39 victims of this persecution, the German Falun Dafa Association and dedicated citizens who support an end to the terror campaign against Falun Gong in China by taking part in this lawsuit. The lawsuit features the personal testimonies of 15 victims of torture, living outside of China. The official documentation contains the cases of over 800 deaths in this persecution, as well as other victims, providing an exposition of the unimaginable extent of this terror campaign, torture methods and persecution of people from all walks of life in China.

A member of the Chinese Communist Party Politburo Standing Committee, Wu is a key figure in the 4-year campaign of brutal persecution against Falun Gong, during which at least 805 practitioners in China are known to have died of torture or ill-treatment. Wu has personally coordinated the persecution in Shandong Province where 93 practitioners are known to have died.

At 10am on Wednesday 15th October 2003, a lawsuit was filed in Spain’s National Court against Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and “6-10 Office” chief Luo Gan for genocide and crimes of torture. The lawsuit had 15 plaintiffs and was filed by Falun Gong practitioners from US, Australia, Belgium and Spain, along with Madrid lawyer Carlos Iglesias.

Luo Gan has been sued during each of his visits to Europe, which has aroused the attention of international and local media. For righteousness and justice, the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong and The Committee for the Global Action of Rescuing Family Members are at present spontaneously cooperating with Falun Gong practitioners to file a lawsuit against Luo Gan in Moldova.

Information from Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, states that Falun Gong practitioners have filed a lawsuit at the court of Yerevan on the 16th September, suing Luo Gan, leader of the Chinese regime’s “610 Office” terrorist organisation, for crimes of torture and genocide. This was the third time Luo has been sued for genocide and torture during his northern European tour.

Is it a crime to want to nurture one’s heart and life according to the principles of Truth, Benevolence and Tolerance? To denounce this flagrant injustice and to alert the world to this brutal repression that has claimed thousands of victims, the eight aforementioned practitioners shared with journalists their decision to bring Jiang Zemin to justice on the accounts of genocide, torture and crimes against humanity.

Falun Gong practitioners from many countries have filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin, attracting the attention of the international community. Here is a summary of news from all over the world in the global campaign to "Bring Jiang to Justice."

Immediately after Belgian Falun Gong practitioners filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin for crimes of torture, crimes against humanity and genocide, the former Chinese leader, who is directly responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong, will face another similar lawsuit in Germany. This will be Jiang’s second experience as a defendant in Germany. In April 2002, during Jiang’s visit to Germany, German human rights organisation “The Society for Threatened People” sued Jiang for crimes against humanity and crimes of torture.

"There is currently a Chinese man who is in his 30s and going by the name of Liu Tao, pretending to be a Falun Gong practitioner. Under the guise of a “person in charge of Falun Gong”, he is swindling people all over Denmark and Europe...The Denmark Falun Dafa Association is announcing that this person is not a Falun Gong practitioner."

'Jiang Zemin must be held accountable for genocide against Falun Gong practitioners and brought to justice for his crimes against humanity, committed over four years of the most despicable persecution in history...Practitioners of Falun Gong in the UK are determined to use any legal means possible to seek reparation and justice for the crimes Jiang has committed against Falun Gong practitioners.'

Ireland is a country with a population of only 3 to 4 million, a small island on the western flank of the European continent. But in such a small country so far away from China, people have still been the victims of Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin’s campaign of persecution against Falun Gong. Falun Gong practitioners in Ireland are working together with a team of prominent Irish lawyers to launch a lawsuit and bring Jiang Zemin to Justice in Ireland.

Falun Gong practitioners were invited for an interview on one of Belgium’s leading radio news programs. Belgian practitioners have already received an encouraging message from a Belgian political party, saying that they support this initiative, wish the practitioners success and hope that the result of the lawsuit will be good.

On Sunday June 22 2003, Dafa practitioners held the Mid-US Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in downtown Chicago. It was a grand occasion: solemn, harmonious and full of hope. Master Li Hongzhi arrived and gave a lecture on the Fa.

The United States District Court Northern District of Illinois ruled to accept the Amicus brief signed and submitted by dozens of members of U.S. Congress. The Amicus brief iterated several legal points, asking the Court to continue proceedings in the lawsuit against former head of the Chinese regime Jiang Zemin on counts of genocide, crimes against humanity, and other charges.

We would like to announce the establishment of the Bulgarian Falun Dafa Association. We, Bulgarian Dafa practitioners will do our best to fulfil our duty in the current process of Fa-rectification.

On May 18, a day after conducting a grand parade to celebrate the 11th anniversary of Dafa's introduction to the public, the 2003 Canada Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was held in the Westin Bayshore Conference Centre. More than 1,500 Dafa practitioners from all over Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia participated.

The first Rostov Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was successfully held in Rostov-on-Don on May 10th 2003. Practitioners’ incessant studying of the Fa and diligent cultivation, strengthened by Master Li’s great compassion, have led to Falun Dafa blossoming throughout Rostov-on-Don.

During the book launch, practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts and practised the fifth exercise, the sitting meditation. This created a very peaceful atmosphere. The audience listened with great attention and asked many questions during and after the event.

In late February 2003, when Taiwan Falun Gong practitioners with officially issued visas went to Hong Kong to attend a Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference that had been approved by the local authorities, about 80 of them were compulsorily detained by the Hong Kong Immigration Office and later violently deported by the police. Hong Kong police injured several female practitioners due to the violent treatment. As a result, the practitioners from Taiwan have filed a lawsuit against the Hong Kong SAR government on the charge of human rights violations.

During the conference, some practitioners talked about the tremendous physical and mental improvements they obtained through practising Falun Dafa. Many practitioners shared their experiences and understandings of how they overcame various hardships to clarify the truth to governments, the public and the Chinese people and to help more people learn about Dafa and the persecution in China.

The large-scale, systematic, and horrific persecution and killing of mainstream and innocent ordinary citizens have persisted for almost four years. It must stop. To restore justice to society, we are launching lawsuits against the former president of China, Jiang Zemin, and others in his group for genocide and crimes against humanity.

The German Falun Dafa Association and several Falun Gong practitioners from Germany and the USA formally announced to the public that, during the period of Jiang Zemin’s visit to Germany in April 2002, Falun Gong practitioners’ basic human rights endowed by the constitution were violated by the German Federal Police in Goslar. To expose the conduct of the police, the German Falun Dafa Association, several members of the German public and some American Falun Gong practitioners served lawsuits to the administrative courts of the areas where the incidents occurred.

Jiang and the "610 Office" are charged with genocide as well as conspiring to deprive a number of individuals in the United States of their civil rights. In conjunction with and in support of the campaign of repression against Falun Gong in China, the defendants extended their efforts to persecute and intimidate Falun Gong practitioners in the United States.

During Jiang Zemin's state visit to Germany in 2002, German Federal agents and the Berlin police infringed upon Falun Gong practitioners’ constitutional rights. Recently, Falun Gong practitioners from different countries have been planning to file lawsuits against the actions of the German Federal police, in the administrative courts in Berlin and other areas.

Recently, Dafa practitioners living outside of China have collated a package of truth clarification materials about the lawsuit filed against Jiang Zemin during his visit to Chicago last year. This package was sent to presidents, foreign ministers, foreign diplomats, government officials, legal professionals and people from various walks of life in many countries, so they could learn about Jiang Zemin's vicious nature.

"The primary focus of the European branch is to investigate the criminal conduct of the Jiang Zemin regime in extending the persecution of Falun Gong to Europe, and to file lawsuits in each European country against institutions, organisations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong."

Whenever a Dafa disciple in Mainland China is persecuted to death at a forced labour camp, brainwashing class, etc, we, all of the other Dafa disciples, will quickly expose those evil people who directly plotted and gave orders for the persecution, as well as those who directly participated in the persecution. We will document and publish to the world the personal information such as names, gender, age, job title, workplace, etc, of the evil people who have committed these crimes.

During the last four years of the persecution, at least 600 Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death. The persecution has extended abroad and it has even affected U.S. citizens who are Falun Gong practitioners. Some practitioners received threats, slander, beatings and had their cars burned, and some U.S. citizens were arrested in China.

"Jiang Zemin...has so far drawn upon an enormous amount of manpower and financial resources nationwide. A great deal of funding has been taken out of the state treasury and other sources to support this persecution. Therefore, Chinese people's money that was earned with sweat and blood through hard labour was instead used to persecute these people themselves. This has caused tremendous pressure on the livelihoods of people throughout China and brought grave consequences to the nation's economic development," said the statement.

The Greek Falun Dafa Association has been established. This wonderful news is another milestone in the progress of the Fa-rectification in Europe and the world, and is a manifestation of Dafa's roots being established ever more strongly in the world and throughout society.

Mr. Grant pointed out that from now on, criminal complaints will be filed against Jiang Zemin all over the world. Jiang will be held accountable for the crimes he has committed. His crimes are extremely serious, and the victims of his persecution are numerous; he could be facing life-imprisonment.

Over the past three and a half years, the "610 Office" has relentlessly transmitted various kinds of secret orders from Jiang Zemin to suppress Falun Gong. For example, in early 2002, Liu Jing of the central "610 Office" held a meeting at the Nanhu Guesthouse in Changchun to discuss the region's suppression of Falun Gong. It was at this meeting that Liu Jing issued the orders of "complete eradication" and "shoot to kill" against Falun Gong practitioners.

The fifth European Falun Dafa Experience-Sharing Conference was successfully held on the 16th of March 2003. Hundreds of practitioners from over 40 countries around the world attended the conference. Of the twelve speakers from ten different countries, those from Spain, Israel and Romania were the first from their countries to speak at an international Falun Dafa conference.

Today we are here together with fellow practitioners from more than forty countries. We have, this time, received numerous experience sharing reports. So many that the limited conference duration will leave many speeches unheard. This Fa-conference will also be unique in that many speakers are coming from countries from which no speech has ever been given before.

In order to uphold justice and to warn those who were slandering Dafa that there actions would not be accepted, practitioners filed a lawsuit against the people responsible for the slanderous exhibitions and newspaper articles, including Shu Maogao, the Consul General of the Chinese Consulate in Milan who published defamatory articles in a Chinese newspaper called “European Chinese Newspaper”. This article incited hatred and threatened Falun Gong practitioners.

The lawsuit against Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office was filed in October of 2002, by seven named Falun Gong practitioners, on behalf of themselves and on behalf of a larger class, for crimes against humanity, torture, improper execution and death, and genocide. The lawsuit encapsulates the systematic persecution of all persons who embrace the spiritual tenets of Falun Gong in China.

After two years of efforts to register, the Federal Registration Administration of Russia has officially approved the founding of the Moscow Falun Dafa Association on February 6 2003. Dafa practitioners in Russia think this is the visible display of specific progress during this special period and of the efforts of Dafa practitioners in Russia.

On June 28, 2002, the Reibinsk Falun Dafa Association was registered with the local government in Yaraslafli, Russia. Moreover, the Reibinsk Falun Dafa Association also registered a branch association in St. Petersburg, Russia.

At the conference, practitioners talked about their experiences in revealing the truth about Falun Dafa to the Chinese people, and their understanding of righteous thoughts and righteous actions. It was a great opportunity for Austrian practitioners to share experiences and progress together. The atmosphere was solemn, sacred and peaceful.

The Hungarian Clearharmony website is published voluntarily by Falun Gong practitioners. Its aim is to reveal the facts about Falun Gong, to give our readers first hand information about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, to display the voices of support for Falun Gong from all over the world, and to let our readers know the efforts made by Falun Gong practitioners to stop this persecution.

In their efforts to destroy Falun Gong's reputation overseas, Jiang's regime often uses strategic propaganda to defame Falun Gong. At the same time, it uses trade benefits to try to spread its despotic power in various countries overseas...it is not difficult to see that the Jiang regime's brutal suppression of Falun Gong has not only violated the constitution of its own country, but it also violates the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (which China has signed), as well as the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

This document contains information about the existing legal cases aimed at bringing justice to Falun Gong practitioners who are being brutally persecuted by Jiang Zemin and some of his officials. It is our wish that righteousness will prevail, the freedom to practise Falun Gong will soon return to China, and that those who have committed human rights atrocities in this persecution will be found guilty by our courts.

The "World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong" hereby announces the establishment of the "Committee to Investigate the Crimes of Chinese Labour 'Re-Education' Camps in the Persecution of Falun Gong," to proceed to systematically and comprehensively investigate the criminal conduct of China's Labour Re-Education Camps in the persecution of Falun Gong.

"We are happy to announce that on the 18 February 2003, the Romanian Falun Dafa Association was officially established. It took the Romanian practitioners more than 1 year to overcome different forms of interferences to bring this process to its conclusion."

Under the banner of advocating patriotism and maintaining political stability, they viciously persecute innocent Falun Gong practitioners and use despicable means to instigate the public's hatred toward Falun Gong. At the same time, they wantonly steal state assets, and in collusion with their family members, they transfer the illicit money overseas or conduct illegal trade at the expense of the country.

When Jiang Zemin visited Berlin, from April 8 to 11 2002, the German police over-reacted and forced Falun Gong practitioners away from certain areas, searched through their belongings, and confiscated their yellow T-shirts. The Chief Officer of the Police Station and the Ministry of Domestic Affairs recently expressed their sincerest apologies for the fact that they "over-reacted in certain details" during these events.

The World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong hereby announces the establishment of a special investigation committee to locate and to use all possible means to investigate the individuals, departments and work units responsible for the killing of Falun Gong practitioners. This is to protect Falun Gong practitioners' basic right to existence and to uphold justice.

Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin is being charged with genocide for his persecution of innocent Falun Gong practitioners. Here is a full text of the complaint submitted to a court in the United States.

The International Education Development (IED) made an official statement at the United Nations on August 14, 2001: "...The regime points to a supposed self-immolation incident in Tiananmen Square on January 23, 2001 as proof" to slander Falun Gong. "However, we have obtained a video of that incident that in our view proves that this event was staged by the government. We have copies of that video available for distribution."

"It is not because the labour camp is compassionate that she was released, but because the International Rescue Committee and Canadian Government exerted pressure on China."

'The European Falun Dafa Association opposes the proposed legislation to implement Article 23 of the Basic Law.'

According to an October 24 report from AP, however, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry denied the existence of the lawsuit...When confronted by reporters as to the exact nature of his denial, however, the spokesman backpedaled, saying the reporter's "understanding is right" when the reporter gave a detailed account of the lawsuit being filed and served in Chicago.

To coincide with North American Falun Dafa practitioners' large scale activities during the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin's visit to the United States, practitioners in Europe will hold peaceful appeals in front of Chinese embassies and consulates in European countries between October 20, 2002 and October 27, 2002.

When the journalist spoke with the Chinese embassy in Israel, the embassy’s spokesperson threatened him saying: "Do not publish this story, otherwise you will have serious problems." This righteous journalist, whose job and honour it is to protect freedom of speech, not only published the article but also described in detail the threat received from the Chinese embassy.

From September 28 to 30, 2002, the third Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in Moscow. It was attended by Falun Dafa practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, and Baltic Sea area nations.
