  • Ukraine: Ukrainian Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Gong Day

    When the Ukrainian people learned that the CCP is harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners to make huge profits, many people came to sign practitioners' petition in succession condemning the Chinese regime. They encouraged practitioners, saying, ‘‘This is a very important and very urgent thing that needed to be done’’.

  • Ukraine: Celebrating World Falun Gong Day

    On May 13th, Falun Gong practitioners in the Ukraine held an activity in Mariinsky Park, in front of the Chinese Embassy, to celebrate the 8th anniversary of World Falun Dafa Day and mark the 15th anniversary of the introduction of Falun Dafa to the public. During the celebration, practitioners raised awareness about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong in China.
  • Germany: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day

    On May 13th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from different European countries gathered on Pariser Platz in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Germany. They wanted to display the beauty of Falun Dafa and celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Many people along the way watched the parade and praised the Falun Gong practitioners' efforts to expose the persecution.
  • Austria: The People of Salzburg Understand Falun Gong

    On May 12th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Salzburg, Austria, held an information day in the old city to celebrate the 8th World Falun Dafa Day. On the day the weather was glorious, the old city welcomed tourist groups from all over the world. Many tourists and local citizens stopped to watch and expressed their support for Falun Gong practitioners one after another.
  • United Kingdom: London’s Leicester Square Celebrates Falun Dafa Day

    Despite dark skies and, at times, heavy rain, London’s famous Leicester Square Gardens were bright and cheerful, lit up by the colourful costumes and smiles of those celebrating Falun Dafa Day. Overlooked by a statue of William Shakespeare which stands in the middle of the gardens, an audience remained permanently throughout the day.

  • Latvia: Falun Gong Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

    On May 13th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Latvia assembled at the plaza in Riga, the capital of Latvia, to celebrate the eighth annual World Falun Dafa Day. The Latvian version of Falun Gong [Falun Dafa's introductory text] was published a few days earlier so practitioners turned the event into a duel celebration.
  • German Parliament Condemns the Chinese Communist Regime’s Forced Labour System

    On May 10th, 2007, the German parliament passed a historic resolution condemning the Chinese Communist regime for its forced labour system. In the parliament, all parties unanimously and strongly condemned the Chinese regime’s inhuman forced labour system and called on the German government to seriously investigate the allegations that the regime is harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Austria: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day

    On May 12th, 2007, Austrian Falun Gong practitioners came to Stephen Square in Vienna to set up an information desk, a picture exhibition and celebrate the 8th World Dafa Day, which is on May 13th. Many tourists’ attitude changed after viewing the picture exhibition and listening to explanations from practitioners.
  • Ireland: Falun Gong Practitioners Hold Parade to Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

    On May 13th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Ireland held a parade and a rally on Parnell Plaza to celebrate the Eighth World Falun Dafa Day. As well as banners, there was a float, on which practitioners demonstrated the exercises. "Celestial maidens" danced after the float. The traditional Chinese dances were welcomed by the spectators.
  • URGENT ACTION: 73-Year-Old U.N. Refugee Seized in Russia, Believed at Imminent Risk of Repatriation to China

    An ethnic Chinese adherent of the Falun Gong, Mr. Gao Chunman, has been seized by Russian authorities and is believed to be at imminent risk of deportation to China, the Falun Dafa Information Centre has learned. Gao, age 73, was taken from his St. Petersburg home on Sunday by Russian immigration officers, who entered his home on false pretences and cut telephone lines. It is believed Russian authorities were acting at the behest of China’s communist regime, raising fears for Gao’s safety and welfare; if returned to China, Gao will likely face imprisonment and possible torture.
  • Holland: Dutch Falun Gong Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

    May 13th 2007 is World Falun Dafa Day, the 15th anniversary of the introduction of Falun Dafa to the public and also the birthday of the practice's founder Mr. Li Hongzhi. In order to celebrate this special day, Dutch Falun Gong practitioners held activities in front of the World Court and in front of city hall in the morning and afternoon respectively.
  • Slovakia: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day in Bratislava

    The passers-by on the square could not only see the five sets of Falun Gong exercises, but also a dance presentation accompanied by traditional Chinese music. Many passers-by stopped and admired the beautiful costumes and slow movements of the dancers. Colourful balloons were given out to many children and even some adults.
  • Norway: "I support you!" People in Stavanger Condemn the CCP's Illegal Organ Harvesting

    Practitioners from Norway distributed information about organ harvesting in the city centre of Stavanger on the 27th and 28th of April. They wished to inform people in Stavanger about the Chinese Communist Party and its regime's atrocities of removing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and selling them for profit.
