| Hungary: Mourning the Deaths of Over Three Thousand Practitioners [21.07.2007] |
To mark eight years since the CCP persecution of Falun Gong began, Hungarian practitioners held a protest on July 20th at the Chinese Embassy in Budapest. During the few hours that the practitioners were there, many passers-by stopped and read the posters. Practitioners gave them leaflets and explained what Falun Gong is and why it is being persecuted.

| Czech Republic: Activity in Brusperku To Raise Awareness about the Abuse of Falun Gong Practitioners in China [20.07.2007] |
On May 19th, 2007, practitioners of Falun Gong gathered in the city of Brušperku to let local people know about Falun Gong, which is a peaceful spiritual practice which cultivates mind and body. They also raised awareness about the practice's persecution by the Chinese government, which banned Falun Gong in 1999 largely due to the fact that the then Chinese leader, Jiang Zemin, was jealous of Falun Gong's popularity.

| Russia: Practitioners in St Petersburg have Protested against the Persecution at the Chinese Consulate for Three Years [19.07.2007] |
On July 7th, 2007, as usual, a Falun Gong practitioner with a banner both in Chinese and Russian in his hands was stands in front of the Chinese Consulate in St. Petersburg. A number of Falun Gong practitioners stand on the opposite bank of the canal, protesting against the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP which has lasted for eight years.

| Denmark: Let the Lighting of the Olympic Torch Become a Hope for Improving Human Rights [18.07.2007] |
On the 7th and 8th of July 2007, the Global Service Centre for Quitting the CCP and the Danish China Human Rights Internet Organisation held a joint rally and parade at the largest square in Copenhagen, supporting over twenty three million brave Chinese people who quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organisations. European member of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China Leif Bork Hansen made a speech.

| Switzerland: Stories During Activities to Raise Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong [18.07.2007] |
Luzerne is a famous tourist spot in Switzerland. Many visitors, including more and more tourists from mainland China, are attracted here by its fame. Falun Gong practitioners from Switzerland think that this is a good place to tell Chinese people about the persecution of Falun Gong face to face, distribute the Epoch Times newspaper's editorial “The Nine Commentaries of the Communist Party” and inform people how to quit the CCP. For this reason, Swiss practitioners come here in turns five days a week. When meeting tourists from mainland China, there were many touching stories. |

| Germany: Practitioners Raise Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong during the Free Democratic Party Conference [18.07.2007] |
During the Free Democratic (FDP) Conference in Stuttgart, Falun Gong practitioners handed leaflets to the party representatives at the main entrance to the arena, exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution and organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Some of the representatives have already had a clear understanding of the persecution. On May 10th 2007, Florian Toncar, spokesman for the FDP and member of the Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid Committee had pushed German MPs to jointly submit a resolution condemning the CCP system of forced labour education. |

| Turkey: Raising Awareness in Ankara about the Bestial Crime of Organ Harvesting [16.07.2007] |
On July 7th and 8th, 2007, in the busy city centre of Ankara, Falun Gong practitioners distributed leaflets, talked with passersby and collected signatures to raise awareness about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong in China, including the removal of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. They called on local people to support an end to the persecution.

Buryat Republic is a vast but thinly populated area in Russian Siberia. A villager has a relative who is a Falun Gong practitioner in Irkutsk. One year ago, the villager was lucky enough to learn Falun Gong and started cultivation.

| Czech Republic: Falun Gong practitioners visit Rock for People Summer Festival [14.07.2007] |
Despite unpleasant weather, thousands of people gathered at the Rock for People summer festival in Eastern Bohemia. Falun Gong practitioners were warmly received at the festival. They exhibited several banners informing festival goers about the atrocities their fellow practitioners are subject to in Chinese prisons and labour camps.

| Denmark: Parade Supporting Twenty-Three Million Withdrawals from the CCP During the International Bop Festival in Copenhagen [14.07.2007] |
The first time the Divine Marching Band made an appearance in Denmark was noteworthy for the crowd of people that followed the band as it made its way through town. Musicians playing on street corners stopped and listened while shoppers carefully read the leaflets practitioners distributed.

On a sunny Sunday, July 7th, several Falun Gong practitioners raised awareness about the inhuman persecution of their counterparts in China during the Summer Fest against Drugs where an exhibition football match with famous Czech NHL hockey star Jaromir Jagr took place. Probably all the visitors received information from practitioners about the cruel persecution in China.

The fifth Frankfurt Culture Festival was held in downtown Frankfurt. There were over sixty groups from different countries in their tribal costumes together with their ornate floats. The Falun Gong group has taken part in this activity since the first year of the parade. This year, over 180 Falun Gong practitioners paraded through the streets.

On July 5th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Stockholm and the Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) rallied at the Chinese Embassy to voice their support for the lawsuit brought by Hong Kong practitioners against China's former President Jiang Zemin, who is the leading culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong.

On July 6th, 2007, some Falun Gong practitioners from Copenhagen, regardless of the rain, went to the Chinese Embassy in Denmark to protest against the Wuhan 610-Office’s atrocity of abducting Wuhan Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Weijie and his wife Chen Man, and called on the Chinese authorities to release them immediately.

On July 3rd, 2007, the European Chapter of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) held a press conference at the Foreign Journalists’ Club in London, announcing the start of the European Human Rights Torch Relay. In one month, the global Human Rights Torch will be lit in Athens, Greece, the birth place of the Olympic Games. Mārtiņš Rubenis from Latvia, who won the bronze medal at the men's singles luge event at the 2006 Winter Olympics, will carry the torch for Europe. |

On July 3rd 2007, the branch of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) in Europe held a press conference in London, announcing the launch of the Human Right Torch Relay. The purpose of the relay is to expose the brutality and crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and call upon the international community to prevent the Olympic Games, which is the symbol of peace, from becoming a Bloody Harvest Games. |

| Austria: Falun Gong Exercises Generate a Strong Energy Field in Vienna’s Chinatown [10.07.2007] |
On Saturday, June 16th, 2007, Austrian Falun Gong practitioners organised an information day in Vienna. For about six months, this information day has been organised once a month at the U4 Metro Station Kettenbrueckengasse. This is the location where Vienna’s unofficial Chinatown is located. In addition, this time practitioners also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.

Passersby on their afternoon stroll through the historic ruins and cafes stopped and admired the exercise demonstration.

More than 800 Falun Gong practitioners have been denied entry to Hong Kong in recent days, having traveled there for demonstrations over the ten-year anniversary of Hong Kong’s handover to China. Witnesses say police officers have disregarded standard deportation procedures and used excessive force, including forcefully wrapping detainees in tarps and physically carrying them onto airplanes departing Hong Kong. An email leaked by a Taiwanese travel agency details instructions from the Hong Kong Immigration Department to bar Falun Gong practitioners from boarding Hong Kong-bound planes in Taiwan. |

| Austria: Almost Eight Years Have Passed Since the Beginning of the Systematic and Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in China [07.07.2007] |
Many hold hope for an improvement in China's human rights situation with the promise of the Olympic Games. However, a black list has been distributed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), in which forty-three different categories of undesirable people that should not be allowed to come to China for the Olympics are listed, among them Falun Gong practitioners.

There were photos depicting the dissemination of Falun Gong, photos about the persecution that began in July of 1999, as well as photos about the peaceful protests that call for an end to the torture and murder of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Regensburg is an ancient city in south Germany with a history of 2,000 years. The Citizen Festival is held in this city every two years and attracts thousands of tourists from all the corners of the world. The Citizens’ Festival 2007 was held on 23rd and 24th of June. German Falun Gong practitioners took part in the festival again and they found the difference between this year and last year was that tourists came up to seek the truth rather than waiting to be approached. |

The same happened in the former German Democratic Republic (GDR) under the communist regime.” |

| Germany: The Divine Land Marching Band Makes its debut at Frankfurt’s Great Culture Parade [01.07.2007] |
On June 23rd, 2007, the 20th Frankfurt Great Culture Parade was held on the street near Frankfurt Lake. The parade attracts about 120,000 spectators every year. Composed of 160 Falun Gong practitioners, the European Falun Gong Divine Land Marching Band made its debut at the parade.

On June 23rd, 2007, Swiss Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in front of the municipal government buildings in Zurich. | France: Practitioners Teach Falun Gong Exercises on Qigong Day in Paris [30.06.2007] |
During the annual Qigong Day in France a variety of qigong groups gathered in Vincennes Park to teach qigong for a fee. However, Falun Dafa is always free to learn so Falun Gong practitioners taught the exercises for no cost. Several Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the exercises and distributed leaflets nearby.

On May 6th, Cemgil Arslan, the headteacher of the Bilge Elit Dershanesi school in Mersin, invited two Falun Gong practitioners to hold a presentation about Falun Gong in the school. They introduced the practice and its principles of ‘Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance’ to the students and taught them the five Falun Gong exercises.

| Holland: Falun Gong Practitioners Condemn a Chinese Media's Slanderous Report about Falun Gong [26.06.2007] |
Recently some overseas Chinese media, such as Singtao Daily and Sino-Dutch Business, reported a murder case by a person of Chinese descent in Holland. This was originally a tragic murder carried out by a person with mental problems. However the reports from the above Chinese media, from the title to the content, deliberately connected this tragedy with Falun Gong, and even misled the readers that practising Falun Gong would lead to mental problems. |

| Holland: Trial in The Hague - Criminal's Claim to Practise Falun Gong Dismissed as False by Court Experts [25.06.2007] |
In October 2006, a tragedy in which a mental patient of Chinese origin chopped up and cooked his victim’s body took place in Alphen ann de Rijn. The case began at The Hague Court last week and a sentence was expected to be declared on June 22nd. Recently, the media started to follow the case with interest. Without having investigated and verified the case, Singtao Daily, on June 11th, 2007, and China and Holland Business on June 15th, 2007 ,reported that the murderer (G.L.L) had something to do with practising Falun Gong. |

| Russia: Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong at a Festival in Krasnoyarsk City [25.06.2007] |
On June 10th, 2007, local Falun Gong practitioners took part in a festival in Krasnoyarsk, in the midlands of Russia. Some students demonstrated Falun Gong exercises, which attracted many people’s interest and some passersby wanted to learn the practice straight away. Some practitioners taught people how to make paper lotus flowers while they explained the reasons for the persecution.

Between May 12th and 13th, the city of Sibiu hosted an event to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Falun Gong practitioners from Romania came from different cities to celebrate, on this special day, the introduction of Falun Gong to the general public in China on May 13th, 1992 and also the birthday of the founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi.

Irish practitioners began a seven day car tour to raise public awareness of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. During the seven day tour, the weather was very unstable, creating difficulties for the team. Nevertheless, the practitioners were determined to complete the project so that more people would learn about the persecution.

In the square of the town centre, many stands were erected like a small forest and lots of passers-by stopped to take a look. Falun Gong practitioners from all over Norway gathered in the country's capital during a music festival in Oslo on Saturday June 2nd, 2007. They took the opportunity to inform local people about the Chinese Communist regime's inhuman trade in organs harvested from living Falun Gong practitioners, whose bodies are subsequently cremated to destroy evidence of the crime.

To remember practitioners in China who have been persecuted for eight years, Hungarian practitioners held an appeal in Budapest. At a famous tourist attraction, posters were hung to show how much Falun Gong has benefited people in over sixty countries and the various torture methods used during the brutal suppression of the practice.

Practitioners decided to organise another Falun Gong information day in the human rights city of Graz. The last one was held quite some time ago. | Sweden: Northern European Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong in Gothenburg [22.06.2007] |
On June 9th, 2007, the head of the CCP visited Sweden, and came to Gothenburg. In order to call for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong and remind the public to pay attention to this persecution, Falun Gong practitioners from Denmark and Sweden demonstrated Falun Gong exercises in Gustav Adolfs Torg Square.

| Norway: Raising Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong in a small Norwegian Town [21.06.2007] |
Six Falun Gong practitioners travelled to a small town in Norway called Fredrikstad. This little town has a little over seventy thousand inhabitants and is the sixth largest city in Norway. In the hot summer sun the practitioners gathered to let local people know about the atrocities being committed in China under the Communist Party's dictatorship.
