| Ukraine: Tourists in Svyartogorsk Learn about Falun Gong and the Persecution [21.06.2007] |
On June 16th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners went to Svyatogorsk a famous re-cuperation resort in East Ukraine. They raised awareness about Falun Gong to tourists there and revealed the Chinese Communist Party’s cruel persecution of Falun Gong in China and organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Many tourists resting on the sands were attracted by the Falun Gong exercise music and came over to see practitioners doing the exercises, read the posters and ask for leaflets. |

| Sweden: Northern European Practitioners Visit Gothenburg to Raise Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong [19.06.2007] |
In June 2007, the head of the CCP visited Sweden and came to Gothenburg. In order to call for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong and remind the public to pay attention to this persecution, Falun Gong practitioners from Denmark and Sweden demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and raised awareness about the practice.

| Slovak Republic: Introducing Falun Gong to the People of Skalica [19.06.2007] |
Falun Gong practitioners visited Skalica, a small town in western Slovakia. In the main square, practitioners set up a petition table and stands with banners about Falun Gong and about the persecution of the practice in China. Many people expressed interest in the Falun Gong exercises and their effect on health and some wanted to learn.

In June 2002, during the Chinese state visit to Iceland, Falun Gong practitioners silently appealed to stop the persecution in front of the very person who ordered brainwash, ill-treatment and torture of practitioners, even to death, in China. The brutality is widely documented and details of more that 66 000 thousand cases of torture have been sent to the UN. Since then the persecution has only become worse, and it is still on-going today. Last year it was revealed that the Communist Party already at that time used Falun Gong practitioners as raw material for organ transplants, a profitable and blooming business in China’s public hospitals today. |

| Germany: Activities During the G8 Summit [17.06.2007] |
During the G8 Summit, Falun Gong practitioners from the Ruhr, Nuremberg and Berlin gathered in Paris Square in front of the Brandenburg Gate, a famous tourist attraction in central Berlin. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and raised awareness about the cruel persecution of Falun Gong in China.

| Sweden: The People of Sweden Condemn the CCP's Disregard for Human Rights [17.06.2007] |
On June 7th, organisations such as the Swedish Service Centre for Quitting the CCP held a rally in Stockholm. They called for attention to the present human rights situation in China and demanded that the Swedish government openly raise the problem of human rights in China when the leader of China comes for a visit.

On the evening of June 8th, 2007, the CCP leader visited Sweden. Some Falun Gong practitioners from Gothenburg participated in the rally held by the Swedish Service Centre for Quitting the CCP near King Square, calling on the Swedish Government and people to pay attention to the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.

Falun Gong practitioners not only have an information stall as before, they also have permission to have large performances on the stage and outdoor “truthfulness, compassion and forbearance” art exhibition. They hoped that the Mayor and all the visitors would be able to personally witness and feel the beauty and peacefulness of Falun Gong.

To raise the awareness of the brutal persecution of Falun Gong so as to put an end to this atrocity, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in Gustaf Adolfs Square to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and distribute flyers. The activity attracted a lot of people’s attention and many came forward to express their support for Falun Gong.

| Finland: Introducing Falun Dafa to Visitors at the Helsinki Mits River Festival [14.06.2007] |
On June 3rd, 2007, Helsinki's Mits River Festival took place on the banks of the river Mits. Helsinki's Falun Gong practitioners wore yellow T-shirts with the words "Falun Gong is good" and "truthfulness, compassion, forbearance" to introduce Falun Gong to the Finnish people. They rented a stall, prepared materials and folded beautiful paper lotus flowers.

| Germany: Practitioners Demonstrate as Chinese President Hu Jintao Takes Part in the G8 Summit [13.06.2007] |
On June 7th, 2007, German Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful protest in Paris Square in front of the Brandenburg Gate to remind visiting Chinese leader Hu Jintao that the end of the persecution of Falun Gong should be the priority of the Chinese government. It was a clear day and there were many tourists taking photos.

| Sweden: Bo Xilai Sued for Murder and Torture by Falun Gong Practitioners Once Again [13.06.2007] |
Bo has been indicted by Falun Gong practitioners for murder, crimes against humanity, and torture in a dozen countries, including the U.S., the U.K., Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Russia, Australia, Korea, Spain and Canada. Evil will not go unpunished. Whenever Bo visits a foreign country, he faces legal action against him.

Practitioners submitted materials they had prepared in advance. After carefully listening to what they told him, Mr. Aziz said that he was shocked at the atrocities taking place in China and felt very sad at the persecution Falun Gong practitioners are suffering from. He said, "Anyone who has a conscience cannot remain indifferent in such a situation".

On June 2nd, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Gothenburg returned to Kongspaortsplatsen Square in the city centre to raise awareness about the Chinese Communist regime’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and to support the great tide of withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party which is taking place in China.

| Czech Republic: Re-enactment of Organ Harvesting at a Rally in Prague [11.06.2007] |
The Confederation of political prisoners and a “T-shirt against Communism” initiative held a rally against Communism on May 1st. The event took place in the Letna Park in Czech capital Prague and attracted thousands of visitors, many of whom signed the petition against organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Two significant guests came to the Municipal Library in Prague at the beginning of May. One of the two personally went through the Chinese labour camp system where prisoners of conscience are detained, the second introduced to the Czech people his revised report into allegations of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners in China.

| Norway: Demonstration at the Chinese Embassy in Oslo [10.06.2007] |
Despite pouring rain, practitioners in Norway held a peaceful protest outside the Chinese Embassy in Oslo on June 1st. They demonstrated against organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and at the same time showed their support for the 22 million Chinese people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party.

| Latvian Version of the Book Falun Gong Officially Published [09.06.2007] |
In May 2007, on the eve of World Falun Gong Day, the Latvian version of the book Falun Gong [the introductory text to the practice of Falun Dafa] was officially published and now it is available in book stores throughout Latvia. Falun Gong has been translated into nearly a dozen languages. Currently there are hundreds of millions of people in eighty plus countries practising Falun Gong, which is considered to be the most popular and widespread qigong practice.

| Czech Republic: Truth Compassion Forbearance Art Exhibition in Prague. [09.06.2007] |
On May 1st, Labour Day, a rally called “May 1st without Communism” took place in the Czech capital Prague. The intention of the event was to expose the real nature of the world's communist regimes. The Confederation of Political Prisoners and a “T-shirt against Communism” initiative was a feature of the rally.

In Stockholm, practitioners let people know about the practice and the eight year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP. Athough it was hard work, practitioners were happy to see so many people understand that Falun Gong being is persecuted and recognise the evil nature of the CCP.

| Switzerland: Introducing Falun Gong in the City of Neuchatel [09.06.2007] |
On June 2nd, over twenty Swiss practitioners from other cities came to Neuchatel again and set up a stall in the city centre to inform people about the benefits of practising Falun Gong and to reveal the Communist Party’s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. They distributed leaflets, demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises, answered people’s questions and collected signatures.

| Falun Gong Experience Sharing Conference Held in Ukraine [07.06.2007] |
On June 3rd, 2007, a three day Falun Gong Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. A dozen or so practitioners from various regions shared their experiences. During the conference, practitioners held a vigil to protest against the CCP's eight years of persecution.

The Finnish Service Centre for Quitting the CCP held an activity to express support for the 22 million withdrawals from the CCP. Many people passing on that day accepted the Epoch Times newspaper's editorial "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" and a special issue regarding the 20 million withdrawals from the CCP.

The third HBL Falun Dafa experiences sharing conference was held in the capital of Belgium, Brussels. The practitioners, with all their hearts, arranged the conference site and created a dignified and harmonious setting. Eleven Chinese and Western practitioners shared their experience of cultivation and raising awareness about the persecution.

Practitioners held activities to expose the facts about the persecution in China to people in Halle-Saale, a small town in Germany with a long history. Petitions calling for putting an end to the persecution and urging the Chinese Communist regime to release the illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners Wang Xiaoyan and Jiang Renzheng were filled one after another.

On May 19th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Stuttgart, southern Germany, held a Falun Dafa Information Day. It was the final day of Germany's football first-class league matches, football fans around the country swarmed into Stuttgart, during a very short few hours; tens of thousands of people heard the truth of Falun Gong.

On May 25th, Falun Gong practitioners went to the Russian Embassy in Stockholm to protest against the Russian Authorities' repatriation of Falun Gong practitioner Professor Chunman Gao. Swedish Falun Gong practitioners at the Russian Embassy warned solemnly that the Russian authorities should not cooperate with the CCP to persecute Falun Gong.

| Finland: Introducing Falun Gong to the Finnish People at the 'World Village' [31.05.2007] |
The World Village, which is held once a year in Helsinki, was held in Kaisaniemi Park near the central railway station. On May 26th and 27th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners took the opportunity to let the Finnish people know about Falun Gong. Though it was raining heavily on the morning of the 26th and the ground was muddy, people still came with huge interest.

| Bosnia-Herzegovina: Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Gong Day in Sarajevo and Inform the Public about the Falun Gong Genocide in China [31.05.2007] |
Practitioners from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia organised two events to inform the public on May 12th and 13th, 2007, in the centre of Sarajevo. The people of Sarajevo were given the opportunity to learn the Falun Gong exercises, to talk to practitioners and to read Falun Gong flyers and posters. Moreover, the people of Sarajevo learned about the genocide committed over the last eight years against Falun Gong practitioners in China as well as about the systematic organ removals from living Falun Gong practitioners in labour camps and prisons. |

Vladivostok is a big city in Russia close to the border with China. There are many Chinese tourists in Vladivostok. To raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong to the Chinese people, Falun Gong practitioners have been passing out leaflets at tourist spots for several years.

| Germany: German Federal President Requested to Lodge a Complaint Concerning the Labour Camp System During his Visit to China [30.05.2007] |
German President Horst Koehler was asked to lodge confidently and publicly a complaint concerning human rights during his May 23rd to 26th state visit to the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The International Society for Human Rights (ISHR), encouraged him to include this subject on his agenda, as well as lodge a complaint regarding China's labour camp system.

On Saturday May 26th, 2007, Slovakian practitioners of Falun Gong visited the city of Banovce nad Bebravou in western Slovakia. They set up a petition table with information material and started to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises, attracting a lot of attention. About fifty people signed the petition against the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

| Poland: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Protest in Front of the Parliament During Wu Bangguo's Visit to Warsaw [29.05.2007] |
During the visit of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Politburo Standing Committee Member Wu Bangguo and his party in Warsaw on May 24th, 2007, members of the Polish Parliament invited Falun Gong practitioners to demonstrate when the CCP delegation arrived. Their presence sent an effective message to the CCP officials.

| Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners from the Ex-Soviet Union Protest against Russia’s Illegal Deportation of a UN Refugee [29.05.2007] |
Large numbers of people living in Germany are from the ex-Soviet Union. With Falun Gong spreading, some of them have also started to practise Falun Gong. On May 15th, a group of German Falun Gong practitioners from the ex-Soviet Union submitted a letter of protest to the Russian Consulate in Berlin condemning the second case of forcibly deporting a Falun Gong practitioner with UN refugee status to China. They called on the Russian government not to submit to both economic and political pressure from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and not to serve as an accessory in persecuting Falun Gong. |

The EU-China Bilateral Human Rights Dialogue was held in Berlin. Falun Gong's banners hung across the road reminding participants that a peaceful cultivation group is still being cruelly persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and that living Falun Gong practitioners' organs are still being harvested for profit in China.

On May 19th, Falun Gong practitioners held activities in the centre of Brussels, the capital of Belgium, to expose the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) brutal persecution of Falun Gong and its corruption of morality. The event called for an end to the persecution. Exhibits in this event included graphics of persecuted practitioners as well as a full length French version of the Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China, a report published by independent investigators David Kilgour, Canadian MP and former Secretary of State for Asia-Pacific, and David Matas, international human rights lawyer. |

On May 14th, 2007, one day before the European Union and Chinese Communist Party opened their human rights dialog, European Falun Gong practitioners assembled at Pariser Platz, in front of Brandenburger Tor in Berlin to request that the dialog should involve everyone's human rights in China.

On May 19th, Falun Gong practitioners from Leipzig, Sachsen-Anhalt, and Niedersachsen raised awareness about Falun Gong in Leipzig city centre.When people learned that human organs are being harvested from live Falun Gong practitioners, they were shocked. The kind-hearted citizens of Leipzig said it was intolerable that human rights abuse nowadays is more brutal than that perpetrated by the Nazis.

There was more than just shopping on the menu during 'no-car-day' in Oslo on May 5th, 2007. Falun Gong practitioners in Norway took to the streets to distribute information about organs being removed from living Falun Gong practitioners in death camps in China, their bodies cremated to remove all evidence and the organs sold for large profits.

On May 13th, Falun Gong practitioners in Hungary introduced and promoted Falun Gong in Margate Park. When people heard that Falun Gong has spread to over eighty countries and is persecuted only in China, some of the local people said that they knew that similar persecution occurred when Hungary was ruled by the Communist Party.

| Germany: Human Rights Organisation Debates the Human Rights Situation in China [24.05.2007] |
On May 14th, 2007, the day before the human rights talks between the EU and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) were held, many human rights organisations gathered in Berlin, Germany, condemning the CCP's violations of human rights. The Asian affairs director of the “Organisation supporting threatened groups” (which is an organisation based in Goettingen, Germany), Ulrich Delius, could not attend the gathering and sent a letter of support instead. In his letter, Delius said that since the human rights talks between EU and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began in 1996, the state of human rights in China has not improved in eleven years. |

| Holland: Falun Gong Marching Band Defies Chinese Regime at a Parade [24.05.2007] |
On the flyers distributed by practitioners supporting the European Celestial Band is an internet link, which reveals the band's background and the name of one of the songs in its repertoire: Falun Dafa is Good. Falun Dafa is another word for Falun Gong, the spiritual movement forbidden in China and persecuted so brutally. One mouse click and we know how harshly: a colour photo shows a dead Falun Gong practitioner who, according to the caption, has been killed for his organs (organ harvesting). Realistic drawings show the torture techniques that China uses against Falun Gong adherents. |

On May 6th 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Holland held activity in Dam Square, Amsterdam, appealing to the EU to use open-door human rights dialogue with China to urge the Chinese communist regime to release all illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners and to condemn and stop the regime’s persecution of Falun Gong.

On the occasion of the eighth World Falun Dafa day and the EU-China Human Rights Dialogue, many activities were organised in the form of an awareness-raising day on the square of Berlin’s Gedächtniskirche (Remembrance Church). Around 250 Falun Gong practitioners from all over Europe arrived for these activities.

Practitioners exhibited posters that attracted passersby. They gathered in front of the petition and carefully read the information on the panels. Many of them asked questions about the essence of the practice and the reasons for the persecution. Many children signed the petition and gladly took colourful paper lotus flowers as souvenirs.

On May 13th, 2007, Finnish and Russian practitioners celebrated World Falun Gong Day in Helsinki. On May 13th, 1992, Master Li Hongzhi introduced Falun Gong to the public in Changchun, China. There are practitioners in over eighty countries practising Falun Gong; the book Zhuan Falun has been translated into more than thirty languages.

| Germany: Hamburg Practitioners Commemorate the Peaceful April 25th 1999 Appeal in Beijing [22.05.2007] |
On April 24th, 2007, practitioners from Hamburg and Hanover gathered outside the Chinese Consulate in Hamburg. They were commemorating the April 25th, 1999 peaceful appeal by 10,000 practitioners in Beijing. Practitioners called for attention to the persecution of Falun Gong and the cruelties perpetrated by the Chinese Communist Party.
