Wen Jiabao visited Germany and attended the Chinese Festival held in Hamburg, along with many high ranking CCP officials, including the Minister of Commerce of the PRC Bo Xilai, who directly participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. German Falun Gong practitioners appealed for attention to the persecution of Falun Gong

"It has been seven years since thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have died a violent death, as decreed by state sanctions. The investigative report on Falun Gong practitioners by the former Canadian Secretary of State, Parliamentary and State Attorney David Kilgour and the Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas shows clearly that living practitioners serve as organ donors that are held in an organ bank. This report shows clearly that Falun Gong practitioners are systematically murdered in China by unscrupulous Chinese officials."

On August 23rd, 2006, practitioners in Austria held an activity in front of the Singapore Consulate to protest the Singapore police's indictment of Falun Gong practitioners under the charge of "illegal assembly." The Falun Dafa Association of Austria handed over an open letter to the Singapore Consulate.

During the state visit by Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, German Falun Gong practitioners arranged several activities to expose the persecution of Falun Gong by the Communist regime in China. Among Wen's entourage was Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai, who is heavily involved in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Falun Gong practitioners came to the Helsinki train station to set up an exhibition. Finnish Member of Parliament and Chairwoman of the Green Party Tarja Cronberg came to the site. She warmly talked to practitioners and said that she has seen the peaceful efforts of Falun Gong practitioners and supports practitioners’ actions in stopping the persecution.

“Yes, I have already heard that people in China and in other places sell organs,” said a middle aged woman, who just finished reading with her girl friend the information about the organised organ removal and organ trade by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). “No,” responded a Falun Gong practitioner. “You must have understood it wrongly. These Falun Gong practitioners do not sell their organs out of their free will. They are being kept in special camps until their organs are taken from their living bodies and sold in the market. This absolutely is done involuntarily.”

Regarding Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai’s visit to Sweden, Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in a park on September 14th to inform the media, government and Royal Family that Bo Xilai committed crimes of murder and torture as part of the persecution of Falun Gong when he was the mayor of Dalian and governor of Liaoning Province.

A Falun Gong human rights working group in Germany sent an open letter to the German Government, media and citizens, appealing for attention to China’s human rights conditions on the eve of Wen Jiabao’s visit to Germany, from September 13th - 15th. The letter mentions Gao Zhisheng, a prominent Chinese lawyer and active human rights campaigner who has been illegally detained by the Chinese Communist Party since August 15th, 2006. He openly wrote letters to the CCP leaders disclosing the situation of innocent Falun Gong practitioners being cruelly persecuted.

On Friday September 8th, practitioners of Falun Gong visited Levice city in Slovakia. Although to begin with the weather was rather cloudy, they put up a table with a petition against the persecution, erected the banner stands showing the scenes from the persecution and started to practice the peaceful Falun Gong exercises. The next day, practitioners visited Kremnica.

On September 9th, 2006, volunteers from the German Centre for Quitting the CCP held a Nine Commentaries (an editorial published by The Epoch Times newspaper) picture exhibition in Bayreuth. The pictures focus on the CCP persecuting the Chinese people during different political movements.

On September 9th, practitioners organised an event to let people know about the on-going persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, the brutality of the Chinese Communist regime, and the violence perpetrated against innocent Chinese people who believe in the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance.

Czech and Slovak practitioners of Falun Gong wanted to help Hungarian practitioners to inform more people about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The Hungarian practitioners in particular were thankful for a chance to meet such a big group and be able to talk to them about cultivation.

One of the main focuses of the practitioners' protest was the recent organ harvesting atrocities that have been exposed worldwide. Practitioners held banners that called for organ harvesting to stop and also handed out Falun Gong Today newspapers that gave the public detailed and undeniable evidence that these atrocities are ongoing.

"While you are attending the Hamburg China-Europe Summit today, we, German Falun Gong practitioners, would like to particularly urge you to make a shrewd decision immediately on Falun Gong issues: Seriously penalise the prime culprits persecuting Falun Gong, so as to put an end to this evilest persecution in human history as soon as possible."

The Swedish Falun Dafa Association filed a criminal complaint against Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai during his visit to Sweden on September 15th. The complaint accused him of the murder, torture and abduction of Falun Gong practitioners in China, in accordance to Swedish national laws and the United Nation Convention against torture.

I hear often, “This is terrible, I will sign immediately. How can anyone do this terrible thing to other humans, just like during Hitler’s time! Something like this can’t be happening again.” Many people are deeply horrified and ask, “Why are they doing this to Falun Gong practitioners, especially since they only want to practice their spiritual belief?” The recognition of the irrationality of the inhuman persecution of peaceful people is imprinted on the face of these people.

On the first weekend in September, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners participated in an annual cultural festival in the old city of Liesel. There were more than one hundred organisations taking part in this activity. Practitioners introduced Falun Gong to people and told them about the persecution launched by the CCP against Falun Gong.

After their trip to Sweden, David Kilgour and David Matas, the two Canadian independent investigators and authors of the Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China, came to the capital of Finland, Helsinki. In the morning of September 6th, 2006, they introduced their report to the media.

When the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) was held on September 9-11th, 2006, in Finland's capital, Helsinki, Falun Gong practitioners from 13 countries in Europe as well as North America gathered there and formed a 'Great Wall of Courage' exposing the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) inhumane persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Falun Gong practitioners held a photo exhibition in Amsterdam's Chinatown on September 9th, 2006. They exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and at the same time supported the 13 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

On August 15th, 2006, the "Truthfulness, Compassion & Tolerance” art exhibition was held in the Lord Rank Room of Wesley House in Cambridge. A proclamation was written for the exhibition by practitioners who organised the event and signed by Mayor of Cambridge Robert Dryden and Cambridge MP David Howarth, who also gave a speech at the opening ceremony. On September 9th, 2006, at the time of the EU summit meeting held in the Finnish capital Helsinki, Friends of Falun Gong, volunteers from The Epoch Times newspaper and Falun Gong practitioners held an assembly and parade activity supporting the thirteen million people who have withdrawn from the CCP and protesting against CCP organ harvesting.

During the last weekend of August, the coastal town of Dun Laoghaire hosts a "World Culture Festival". This year, Irish Falun Gong practitioners brought to the festival a Falun Gong exercise demonstration, Chinese traditional dances and beautiful folded paper lotus flowers. They were well received by visitors.

Two exhibitions were held in Egertorget square in Oslo, Norway, in July and August 2006. With an operating table and hospital personnel, the exhibition re-enacted the practice of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners taking place in China. Many people signed a petition which asked the Chinese regime to stop this illegal practise.

On September 10th, French Falun Gong practitioners disclosed the brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP to passers-by in Human Rights Square in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Various inhuman means are used to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, including torture, illegal detention in labour camps as well as long prison sentences.

On September 2nd, the Finnish Service Centre for quitting the CCP, the Epoch Times newspaper and Falun Gong practitioners held an activity near the train station in the city centre of Helsinki to support the thirteen million Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organisations, and expose the CCP's crimes.

The fifteenth provincial celebration of Germany’s Sachsen County was held in Marienberg. By invitation of the County Celebration Committee, Falun Gong practitioners attended the float parade and performed traditional dances in Chinese style, displaying the beauty of traditional Chinese culture to the people of Sachsen.

Practitioners in Kreuzlingen held a day of fasting in connection with the worldwide hunger relay that had begun on February 5th of this year. During the 82 days of the continuous relay, 2,781 fasting days were held throughout the world. To alert people of the human rights problems in China, Erich Bachmann and the Chinese lady Wang Xiaoyang who studies in St. Gallen went on a 24 hour fast in Kreuzlingen. The objective and aim was to bolster the persecuted practitioners of Falun Gong living in China.

Two exhibitions, organized by HR in China (a Norwegian NGO), were held at Egertorget Square in Oslo. Falun Gong practitioners in Norway and HR in China hoped that their reenactment would help Norwegians and tourists become aware of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) large scale practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Before Wen Jiabao’s visit to Germany between September 13th and 15th, the Falun Gong Human Rights Working Group in Germany sent an open letter to the German Government, media, and all its citizens, appealing to them to pay attention to China’s human rights abuses. In the letter, practitioners mentioned Gao Zhisheng, a prominent Chinese lawyer and active human rights activist, who has been illegally detained by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) since August 15th, 2006. He wrote three open letters to CCP leaders to expose the brutal persecution of innocent Falun Gong practitioners.

On September 2nd, 2006, Russian Falun Gong practitioners went to the square near the Nevsky Metro Station in St. Petersburg to expose the Chinese Communist regime's cruel persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. There were a lot of tourists at the square, and many of them came to view the display boards and listen to practitioners’ explanation.

On September 2nd, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners participated in the annual national cultural festival at Maastricht, where the practitioners exhibited photos, demonstrated the five exercises and taught people how to make paper lotus flowers. They brought Falun Gong to the ancient city, adding colour to the festival.

On September the 7th 2006, the European Parliament unanimously passed a resolution for a report of the EU-China relations, calling on the Chinese regime to release Falun Gong practitioner Bu Dongwei, lawyer Gao Zhisheng and other human rights defenders. The resolution was initiated by Charles Tannock MEP, Edward McMillan-Scott MEP and Simon Coveney MEP.

In the morning of September 8th, a representative of the Finland Falun Dafa Association delivered a letter and other related documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Prime Minister, requesting the Finnish government to ban Bo Xilai from entering the country. Bo is directly responsible for carrying out the persecution of Falun Gong. A press conference was then held to announce that the association will file a lawsuit against Bo Xilai for torture based on the Finnish criminal code. A representative of Falun Gong practitioners said, "It is unacceptable that criminals like Bo Xilai who have persecuted so many people are still at large."

Darmstadt organised a demonstration exposing the organ harvesting from practitioners in China. Additionally, the organ harvesting and torture of practitioners in a cage was re-enacted. Falun Gong artists brought pictures that depict torture scenes suffered by Falun Gong practitioners. This demonstration was taking place in a busy pedestrian zone opposite the white tower.

On 2nd September, Swiss practitioners held some activities in Biel, a German-French bilingual city in Switzerland to promote Falun Gong and tell the facts of the persecution. As they were setting up the posters about the persecution against Falun Gong, some passers-by stopped to read and then more and more people started to read.

The Fifteenth Sachsen Anniversary Celebration was held in Marienberg, a well-known mountain city in Germany, between September 1st and 3rd. At the invitation of the celebration committee, Falun Gong practitioners presented a Chinese traditional dance performance and participated in the parade.

The Second Annual Hamburg Summit will be held on September 13th. The Prime Minister of the Chinese Communist regime, Wen Jiabao, will attend the meeting. Falun Gong practitioners in Germany call for a focus on the human rights situation in China. RFA reported on September 4th that Falun Gong practitioners from Hamburg and nearby areas have staged a series of events for the Summit since mid-August to call on the German people to pay attention to human rights in China.

The practitioner shared with the ladies some stories of the benefits people have received from practising Falun Gong, how practitioners try to incorporate the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance into their lives and the remarkable healings that have occurred from practising the exercises and embodying the principles. One lady bought a video with the founder of Falun Gong, Li Hongzhi, teaching the exercises. They all were happy to receive leaflets and newspapers telling about the benefits of the practice and the cruelty of the persecution.
