When practicing the exercises and sending forth righteous thoughts, they become drowsy. Some stopped clarifying the truth. Some practitioners forgot that this stage of the human world was set for Dafa practitioners.

If a problem occurs to me, there must be some attachment for me to remove. He is my husband, and our largest pre-destined relationships are with fellow practitioners. I should have compassionate thoughts and look at his merits and difficulties.

The DVD also included footage showing that Falun Gong is popular around the world. I felt as though I had waken up from a nightmare. This film renewed my memory of Falun Gong. I decided to study the Fa and practice Falun Gong again.

Master has passed on such precious exercises to us. We need to understand their importance. Fellow practitioners, do we treasure this opportunity, which came after tens of millions of years of waiting? Do we cherish it?

Before I began to practice, I would have become very angry and grabbed his nose or woken him up. However, remembering that Master told us to be benevolent, I changed my mind, and instead thought, "His snoring is not on purpose." Thinking about my husband this way with benevolence, his snores became softer and softer, and at last even stopped.

The more he listened to what I had to say, the more I looked down on him. But I never considered his feelings, so even my good-looking face became ominous. I made up my mind to eliminate the poisonous elements that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had brainwashed me with and listen to Master's teaching

Although that thought was still one that reflected a a human mentality, I nonetheless began to read all Master's lectures since July 20, 1999. The more I read, the more I felt Dafa's power. I was truly in awe of Dafa. For the first time, I realized that Dafa is far superior to all human knowledge since the beginning of time.

When my brother came to visit me, he brought me Falun Dafa. He told me if I cultivated myself sincerely, Falun Dafa could help me. I learned that the true purpose of being human in this world is to go back to our true selves. I thought it was such a good exercise, that I wanted to learn immediately.

My understanding is that under a relaxed environment, "complacency and laziness" are the biggest enemies to cultivators. At this last moment, if one relaxes oneself, one may be ruined forever and all previous effort would have been in vain.

Such wonderful fellow practitioners! We are one body and cooperate with each other without many words. Although we have inadequacies and make mistakes, Teacher asks us to study the Fa more, and then we will be able to correct ourselves and eliminate all attachments.

As cultivators, Teacher has purified our bodies from the microscopic level, and whatever appears on the surface is just a false image. We should eliminate our fear and maintain our righteous thoughts and actions, because good and bad comes from one thought.

After looking inward, I realized I was not treating my daughter as a practitioner and also did not treat the conflict between her and myself as an opportunity to cultivate and improve. Why did I not find my attachments and the associated bad matter in other dimensions? The fundamental reason is that I was clinging to "self" and that I was wandering around at an ordinary person's level.

One night, my husband read an article on the Internet. It was about Falun Gong being persecuted in China and about how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) harvests organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. At the same time, we found that Falun Gong was persecuted only by the Communist regime. Then we became very interested in Falun Gong, which provided us a good opportunity to learn more about it.

Recently, Master has reminded us again in "Greetings", to study the Fa and cultivate ourselves well. If we neglect personal cultivation, our Fa-study will be superficial, and what we do will merely be completing a task.

I felt I was better than she was and didn't realize that every incident was to help me cultivate. I didn't cultivate my speech and caused other practitioners to have negative opinions about Practitioner A. I didn't realize my selfishness was protecting my notions.

Therefore, isn't it true that all of us are reading and studying Master's Fa no matter if we are fluent or well spoken? How can one say that fellow practitioners who don't read fluently or are not well spoken cannot read out the inner meaning of the Fa?

I have practiced Falun Gong for over twelve years. I would like to give my reasons for practicing and share how Falun Gong has helped improve my physical health.

If other people's kids came to my house and touched anything, I would feel sick to my stomach. I detested them, even when the kids were from my own family. Finally with other people's help, I realized that my need to be extremely clean was an obsession. In order to get rid of this attachment, Master arranged chances for me to improve again and again.

Through studying the Fa and sharing with fellow practitioners, I truly see how those practitioners who solidly cultivate themselves always accept others' views and think of others with compassion. Their understanding and forgiveness deeply moved me and made me see the gaps I have.

Miracles happened - within one week, all of my family members' diseases were cured. In addition, our complexions turned from pale to rosy. Seeing such miraculous changes, many of my colleagues started practicing Falun Gong.

His body has since recovered, and he practices the exercises every day. He firmly believes in Dafa and clarifies the truth when he meets predestined people. Witnessing his experience, his mother started to cultivate Dafa again. His younger brother had cirrhosis and got well after practicing Dafa. Now he practices Dafa every day.

Later I was transferred to prison. I could not practice the exercises in that environment, so I could not relax on my Fa study. I recited the book while I worked, improved my inner nature, and unceasingly told others about Dafa.

I thought it would be enough to only do things to validate the Fa and save sentient beings. I was not strict with myself about cultivating xinxing (character) and doing the exercises. As a result, I had some detours on my cultivation path and I am very regretful.

When I do a good deed, I have a strong desire for fame. And when my desire isn't satisfied, I am disappointed. Sometimes, I've even given up on myself and fallen into low spirits. In my daily life, I seek my parent's approval, my colleagues' approval, and my superior's approval.

In the end, they agreed to push me forward in the process because I was the only one in the school that "never accepted any money or gifts from parents." Even then, the principal was still unwilling to have me promoted. He gave me a half endorsement and asked me to go to another school to compete further.

By the third month of these exercises, I felt my body changing each day. My skin was becoming delicate and reddish-white, and my white hair started turning black. While doing these coordinated exercises, I could sense the energy mechanisms and systems that Teacher had provided us become stronger and larger.

When we read the Fa, we should also have a solemn manner and a respectful heart. We should also slow down and read out every word aloud and clearly, and demonstrate the holiness, greatness, magnificence, and powerfulness of Dafa.

When friends and neighbours heard the news, they appealed to the public security bureau by signing a statement that described how Mr. Liu had changed from a drug addict to a healthy and good person after practicing Falun Gong.

Even though most people don't realize yet why we do what we are doing today, so long as we persist with our efforts for the salvation of others, when the truth reveals itself, they will understand. That is, "the enthusiasm to save others" cannot slow down.

Even though my grandson was only six years-old at the time, he made banners that read, "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!" After he wrote the characters, he painted them and then cut them out. He then pasted the characters on the viscose paper and wrote on the bottom of the banner,

One day, I read an article on the Clearwisdom website about an older practitioner whose living conditions were very bad, yet he donated 100 yuan that he had saved for more than six months to the materials production site, hoping that practitioners would make more materials to save sentient beings.

Just one week after she started practicing Falun Gong, her heart disease was cured. Her complexion changed from dark to healthy-looking. She looks like a different person. She used her own resources to help another practitioner set up a home-based production site to make truth clarification materials.

If any problem were to occur on stage, in the orchestra, or wherever, we would not blame any one individual, and, instead, take it as an omission of our team. I also reminded everyone not to gossip about any shortcomings or mistakes we might notice in the performance. We had to eliminate any such thoughts as soon as they appeared so as to avoid reinforcing them.

I have understood that anything that a cultivator encounters is not accidental and contains elements that the practitioner needs to cultivate. However, only by using the criteria of Dafa to judge and handle any issues and conflicts has one really cultivated him or herself and walked along the righteous path, that is, had righteous enlightenment.

In early 2000, as the police arrested my father, they shouted angrily, "We just want to make difficulties for your child! She will have no school to attend and no food to eat! Just see if you still want to practice Falun Gong!" Nine years later, I have grown up and matured. Dafa forged and created me.

Group Fa-study is a process of cultivation through which we can improve as one body. Group study helps us to regard the Fa as Teacher, to be more strict with ourselves, and to be more diligent. In this way, we will be able to let go of human notions like fear or seeking comfort.

Even though I knew it was bad, I was loathe to quit these games--after all, I'd already been doing this for seven years. While playing, when other people congratulate you or admire how you can play well, I get happy. The feelings of showing off, caring about reputation, and all the attachments of validating oneself are thoroughly exposed.

A few days later I told them, "Do you know why I treat you like my family members and don't view you as enemies? It's because I know that it is not by your own free will that you monitor me. You are being used by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) because you want to make a living. You are also victims."

One day in 2004, I steeled my will that I would go out to clarify the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong. I prepared a small bag and put some water in it. After eating lunch I shouldered the bag and went out. That afternoon I clarified the facts to a number of people, and they all agreed to make the "three withdrawals"

"Have you heard about Falun Gong?" When he said he didn't know about it, I asked, "You don't know or you don't want to know?" He replied, "I don't want to know." I said, "This is such a big issue that I think you should know the facts about Falun Gong

There is no skipping in cultivation. If I fail to pass one test, it will come back again until I pass it. Now that I understand the problem, I pay special attention to arranging my schedule, eliminating my attachments to anxiety and fear of bad job performance and make sure I study the Fa well.

Since Master has made it clear that, for a cultivator, divorce is an omission in cultivation, I didn't dare to divorce, and thus maintained the marriage, but I didn't regard my husband as my husband, and I also intensely resented my mother-in-law.

I realized that practitioners who haven't done well in the past should reflect on themselves and fully understand that cultivation in Dafa is serious. They should realize the great importance of this problem and review the paths that they have taken with all due seriousness. If they have done something wrong, they should correct themselves quickly.

When I studied the Fa well and kept cultivating myself, the interference gradually disappeared. My mind could not be interfered with anymore. The environment was also changing. I started to actively clarify the truth and do work to save sentient beings. I helped fellow practitioners to pass through sickness tribulations and saved detained practitioners

Regardless of what kind of shortcoming a practitioner has or whether one wants to change it or not, we should still work well with them. We don't look down on them, complain or point fingers at them, or feel unfairly treated.

If I refused to listen to them, they would get very angry. I never lost my temper, no matter how much I felt wronged. I always endured them. Whenever opportunities arose, I would tell them how glorious and sacred Dafa is, Dafa's broad and profound content and the meaning of cultivation practice. Gradually, they stopped interfering with my Dafa practice, but they would still keep a close watch on me.

Subconsciously I thought, "I have done so much for so long. And I have been persistent when doing things, surely Master will let me reach Consummation." Then when Master said, "If you fail to improve and achieve Consummation, where will the sentient beings that you save go?"("Fa Teaching at the 2008 New York Conference"), I started to realize that there was something wrong.

A person is like a container, and he is whatever he contains. All of what a person sees with the eyes and hears with the ears are: violence, lust, power struggles in literary works, struggles for profit in the practical world, money worship, other manifestations of demon-nature, and so on.

. We can't just say or do anything at will. Instead, we should communicate with others based on their acceptance and think about how they could learn the truth and be saved. Only by looking within can we get rid of our omissions. Such is true cultivation that can lead to great compassion and help remove all the barriers among practitioners.

Old Sheikh and I conversed for some time while walking to my house. I invited him into my home and as soon as he came inside, he said seriously, "Falun Dafa is so good, I am going to learn it. Do you have books or materials for me to read?" After he watched Shen Yun, he praised Dafa and started practicing Falun Gong.
