Practitioners have become more and more conscious of not waiting, not relying on others and getting rid of more ordinary concepts that constrain one’s capability. Instead, practitioners now believe that they should take the initiative. As long as it is beneficial to Fa-Rectification, they will learn how to do it.

There is an old saying in Chinese: “children are the future.” Jiang Zemin has spread lies to slander Dafa in China’s schools. When he heard that Minghui School had been established in foreign countries, he was so angry that he shivered from head to toe. Why is the evil so afraid of Minghui Schools? It is because they teach people to be good.

Through studying Master’s lecture, I realized that so long as there is a conflict, no matter if it’s something big or small, regardless of who should be blamed for it superficially, there must be some gaps inside us. If we only pay attention to other practitioners’ shortcomings, and feeling indignant when seeing them doing something not according to the Fa, it also shows that we don’t have a kind heart of forbearance.

Filing a lawsuit against Luo Gan is a most effective way to clarify the truth at the moment. The lawsuit against the evil representative in the human world itself is a manifestation of righteousness restraining the evil, and arouses people's sense of justice. The lawsuit also provides us with a very good opportunity to clarify the truth to the media, through which more people may come to learn the truth.

The lawsuit against Jiang in Chicago is not over. The final decision as it progresses through the court system is yet to be determined. While we continue to clarify the truth through bringing the lawsuit against Jiang in Chicago and other areas all over the world, we need to clearly remind ourselves that the significance of bringing lawsuits against Jiang is not limited to inside the courthouse.

People often ask me how I have benefited from practising Dafa. I usually reply by talking about how it has helped me to become more relaxed, how I used to be nervous and worry about things, and how since practising Dafa, I am able to take things lightly, not get stressed and accept things as they happen. I also will talk about how Dafa has given me great health and a clear mind and helped me to gain a clearer sense of right and wrong.

Each one of the three things Master told us to do is very important. Every diligent Dafa disciple should do all of them well and they are all inter-related. We should study the Fa with a pure heart to assimilate to Dafa, not with the pursuit of solving any problems.

The more I study the Fa the more I feel the urgency of time. We can't miss the opportunity for which we have waited millions of years just because of one impure thought or some attachment. Study the Fa everyday until the end; send forth righteous thoughts everyday until the end; clarify the truth everyday until the end. This way, the past three years seem to have passed in the blink of an eye.

If the Primordial Spirit does not exist, the physical body in terms of anatomy is just a piece of meat. A person cannot live without the Primordial Spirit. Some people think they have deciphered “God’s secret code of human life” after mapping the human genome. This cannot be taken seriously. In fact, human being will never know the most fundamental essence that constructs human’s life.

Recently I felt very clearly the situation is changing, people’s hearts are changing, they are no longer numb and their hearts show their hopes for Dafa. Below are a few stories about clarifying the truth, stories similar to those listed below are happening more and more frequently recently. They are encouraging me more to follow Master’s words, “Lose no time and save them, hurry up and tell them.”

Some practitioners in North America who are unable to go in person to protest are suggesting that more fellow practitioners take action, using various ways such as telephone, fax, and email to clarify the truth to the European countries' media, government, police, etc. Their hope is that these actions will expose Luo Gan's crimes and the cruel persecution against Falun Gong in general, and call attention to the lawsuits against Luo.

To make the phone calls is actually to face the evil directly. It requires a lot of courage and very good communication skills to make a good call. Whatever practitioners say, it conveys our way of thinking and will directly reflect our state of cultivation. When our state of cultivation is not good, what we say is not strong, and it is not easy to touch or hold people's interest. Sometimes, it may even arouse our attachment of competition.

Over the past four years many practitioners in China have been illegally imprisoned, brainwashed, and forced into homelessness to different extents. Some practitioners are continually being arrested, beaten, detained, and closely monitored by their local police unit. Other practitioners have heard the stories or have witnessed incidents of practitioners being persecuted. The torment and suffering caused by all this have led to the situation of "enlightening along an evil path" and betrayal of Dafa.

When I began reading the book Zhuan Falun, which I had downloaded from the Internet,what was shocking for me was, though I could not understand what was said in the book, I found with surprise that tears kept flowing down my face. I was extremely shocked. I had seldom cried before in my life. But why was I crying in such a way just from reading a book? It was incredible!

After a while, I heard an announcement that the Central Committee would ban Falun Gong. I was shocked and immediately sat in front of the screen to watch carefully. In the evening, my parents got home. We talked about this and I told them, “It is not necessary to watch any more. It is all false. I watched it earlier today.” I also proudly told my mum that “Even if the whole world was against Falun Gong, I would still believe in Master.”

During February of last year I had the chance to go to China and reveal the true facts about Falun Gong to the people of China and the Chinese government. My mind contained no qualms about going and I knew deep in my heart that it was the right thing to do. The plan was for practitioners from all over the world to meet on Tiananmen Square and protest as a group against the wicked regime’s persecution against Falun Gong.

In the process of suing Jiang, has every practitioner truly joined the global grand trial from the heart and clarified the truth on this subject? If we have, the whole situation will make an enormous leap forward. Every practitioner is a plaintiff. Therefore, how to bring Jiang to justice in the court of conscience, in the court of morality and in the court of law is every practitioners’ concern.

They read the materials and asked me questions at the same time. I gave them my answers one by one. I said, “You guys need to read carefully to understand the truth and to analyse correctly the current situation. Those of us who practise Falun Gong do not get involved in politics. We cultivate to be good people based upon the standard of “Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance.” What was reported on TV about Falun Gong is fake. Do not believe in one-sided statements."

Clarifying the truth to the Chinese is a really important area of Dafa work, but I rarely had the chance to talk to everyday Chinese people face to face. Whilst I had no problem with handing out fliers, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable about approaching Chinese strangers in the street and attempting to start a conversation about Falun Gong. I would prefer to introduce the subject within a context that felt more natural.

“Why such slow and leisurely steps?” “Hurry up and tell them.” Master's words had been coming to mind. It was now a case of waiting for people to emerge from the Consulate entrance. They could either turn left or right. In order to allow them to clear the Consulate entrance by a couple of yards so as not to be to conspicuous to the Consulate cameras, I had to do mini-sprints to catch them up on the Consulate side of the road. “Hurry up and tell them” took on a real meaning for me and leisurely steps became a thing of the past. The

Let us work together to expose the real head of the evil in the world for what he is. Let us call upon every member of the media and the public all over the world, through each of their own unique roles in society, to bring Jiang Zemin to justice with the sense of righteousness and conscience in their own hearts.

I also learned that building a trusting and friendly relationship with media reporters without pursuing any outcome has a great result. To build a solid foundation with the media requires personal contact and it is also important not to overload them with the issues we want to cover all at once. In many respects, quality can be more important than quantity. One good relationship with a reporter is worth more than sending out many press releases with no personal contact.

In the ordinary human society, there are all kinds of people. When we distribute truth-clarifying materials, some people will not accept our leaflets, and some Chinese people even exhibit irrational and bizarre behaviour. Having constantly improved through cultivation, I no longer allow myself to be affected by such things and I also avoid making definitive comments on them. At the same time, I make sure I search my own heart to examine whether I have got attachments or bad thoughts that I need to get rid of using righteous thoughts.

I went to Heathrow to meet an Air China flight from Beijing. I sent forth righteous thoughts before starting to hand out Chinese leaflets, but the only response I got was a shake of the head. I thought perhaps they didn't like the pictures of injured practitioners on the bottom of the leaflet, so I folded the leaflet - but this didn't help. I left the airport feeling very downhearted after not giving out a single leaflet.

The lies that the regime in China have used to poison so many innocent Chinese people are despicable. When I look at how many benefits I’ve received from practising Falun Dafa, I feel heart-broken that so many good people in China are not able to know the truth and may even have bad thoughts about Dafa, due to the relentless propaganda. I would like to share with you one way I have found to let many precious Chinese people learn the truth about Falun Dafa.

Going to Washington this summer was my first time abroad since I started practising Falun Dafa about 3 years ago. As soon as another practitioner mentioned Washington, I felt in my heart that I should go and validate the Fa there, so I followed my heart in Fa-rectification. Later, I had strong doubts of whether to go or not, as I failed some exams at university and would have to re-sit them over summer. Failing to pass meant that I would have to withdraw from the course.

I obtained the Fa before July 20th, 1999, but what constantly confused me was that no matter how I cultivated myself, I could hardly feel any progress, and my xinxing level wasn’t improved much either. I seemed to be enveloped by something very thick, and couldn’t assimilate to the universal principles “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance.” As for the sayings such as “once in a thousand years” or “the only chance throughout the ages", they didn’t seem to have any impact on me.

After [promoting Fa at the wedding feast], there was even misunderstanding between my family and me. They complained that I dared to promote the Fa regardless of the occasion or place, and then paid no attention to me. My daughter said with anger, “You aren’t afraid that XX Party would come to give you a hard time?” Then I told her, “People should not be too selfish. You understand that Dafa is good. Why don’t you want to help more people to understand Dafa?”

One day, I decided to increase my Fa study. I started to read Zhuan Falun peacefully, and read 3 or 4 chapters in a row. When I closed the book, and thought about what I’d just read, I found only one sentence shone brightly and deeply in my heart: “look inward, improving xinxing”. I felt a feeling that I’d never felt before. All the cells in my body and soul seemed to wake up at that moment and say “cultivate with your heart”.

When clarifying the truth to everyday people, I realised that we can not just send a one-off email and think “Ok, that is all, job is done.” We should use our hearts to communicate with them. We can first listen with patience to their comments or opinions or even nasty abuse before telling them the truth with a compassionate heart. If once is not enough, we can talk to them a second time. If that still doesn’t work out nicely, we still shouldn’t feel disheartened or give up on them.

At the very beginning when I started to prepare material on the trial against Jiang, there was a lot of information about legal procedure and the procedure of lawsuits. Later on, I found that none of these are important. What is important is to get people to understand Jiang’s crimes, and they will be saved accordingly. Right now, the court in the human world has not yet passed judgement in the trial against Jiang. However, we can bring Jiang to justice in the court of morality and people’s hearts.

A year has passed since I was forced to leave home. Looking back at the past year's experiences, I found that by being with fellow practitioners in an environment that encouraged us to compare what we have studied and cultivated, I became more mature in understanding Fa principles and my xinxing [character; mind or heart nature] elevated essentially (compared to my past); however, this was nowhere near the requirement of Fa-rectification, and I also needed to be diligent and upgrade myself in some xinxing matters.

With practitioners performing various tasks, gradually a channel or pattern is formed, similar to vehicle traffic or blood flow. In understanding energy channels from this point of view, I felt that "using one channel to drive hundreds of other ones," meant a few people drive a large group of other people. It is the same process as before July 20, when veteran practitioners led others in Fa-study and performing the exercises, encouraging others to elevate in cultivation.

What is Fa-rectification work? Whether we can righteously walk the path of Fa-rectification depends on our hearts. That is, no matter what we do, we need to pay attention to where we direct our innermost feelings and where we base our hearts. We should not render judgement based on superficial forms whether or not we should do something. Practitioners are cultivating in ordinary society. We need to maximally conform to ordinary people while cultivating.

I gradually find out that whenever our heart is moved by something, there is something wrong within ourselves. What moves our heart is the thing that is related to our personal gains and losses or postnatal notions. What we lack at that time is our righteous faith to cultivate ourselves and save sentient beings with a great compassionate heart.

When sitting on stairs or standing under some shade for a rest, many Chinese tourists often quietly read Dafa materials. It was going on like this again and again. I could feel how much these Chinese have longed for the truth of Dafa. Sometimes as soon as I wanted to talk to them, they approached me and asked me for the materials. It was a common occurrence that those who didn’t get the materials would rush all the way back to us for materials, or requested other kinds of materials.

Clarifying the truth to the precious Chinese people through the use of TV broadcasting is a magnificent act, worthy of respect from the world's people. The criminals are none other than the Jiang's regime. In a dictatorial society, lacking democracy, religious freedom, and the security of basic human rights, under severe persecution and risking their lives to protect their most fundamental right to life, Falun Gong practitioners used TV media to explain the facts of the persecution to the public in order to stop the persecution and to stop the brutal murders.

Recently some practitioners have talked a lot about how to create momentum. Personally I feel that this is not something that can be understood at face value and mechanically carried out. This is because for practitioners, the Fa has been taught to us and the principles have been laid out, so after we understand the Fa principles, we should determine a plan of action based on our fundamental goal of clarifying the truth and saving people as much as possible.

Many differences of opinion are still prevailing among practitioners. These are due to notions which we have not yet abandoned. That is the reason for many of them still assuming that their ideas, their projects and their comprehensions, and other things, are indispensable for the Fa-rectification efforts and must therefore be put into effect, no matter what. Anything that blocks their progress along the way is considered “interference”

One day, I lay down on the sofa and fell asleep after studying the Fa in the morning. In the dream, there were young kids playing beside the sofa. Some of them came towards me to pull my hand until it hurt– they wanted to wake me up to continue Fa-study. I had no idea where those kids were from. In another dream, I saw a group of kids crying loudly because I did not give up my attachment.

The Dafa practitioners in China put aside their own lives, and devote themselves to clarifying the truth so as to save the people of the world. Although I reside in Europe, where no dangerous situations exist and there is no need to risk my life, I fail to strive forward within the Fa, to be responsible for the Fa. A while ago, in particular, I used to think Dafa practitioners in North America and Taiwan were doing a good job, so just let them handle it...

I analysed all significant events that occurred since July 20, 1999. I noticed that the mindset of seeking outward is widespread among practitioners. It's expressed as follows: One always has the hope that a certain organisation, government, or person will be of more help to us. This mindset has lasted for a number of years. It also has been a favourite excuse for the old forces to persecute practitioners more severely. It has caused major losses for Dafa. We should have learned our lesson by now.

All things on earth have life. Then they also have their specific features and ways of existence, which is called the position of one’s life in ancient Chinese culture. Each being has their own position particularly created for them by the universe. The universe not only creates our lives but also the surroundings for our existence: i.e position. Once humans leave the living environment on earth, they cannot survive. As important as our living environment is, it is our position which is in fact the component of our lives.

Due to the fact that it’s summer vacation now, I meet many students and teachers in the chatrooms, and lots of chatrooms are crowded with people. Almost as soon as I get in the chatroom, there are automatically some people asking me to chat privately, and I feel there is so much truth clarification needed. The best advantage of clarifying the truth on the internet is to give them the URL about the facts. While they are watching, we’re explaining.

To persecute those who want to improve their character through following Truthfulness, Kindness, Tolerance is to persecute morality, goodness and the essence of humanity. Jiang Zemin is trying to destroy human nature and make it illegal to be a good person. The people of the world must take whatever peaceful actions they can to stop him continuing his reign of terror. The courts of our just and democratic societies were actually created to deal with such wicked and brutal people. Now is our chance to use them to save the people of China.

In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

The Fa teaches us to "gain things naturally without pursuing them," ("Learning the Fa" from Essentials for Further Advancement) "Do but pursue not --Often stay in the Dao." ("In the Dao" from Hongyin, unofficial translation) We should pay attention to the process of saving people instead of pursuing superficial and specific results. However, the mentality of doing things is doing just the opposite and encourages people to seek a grand and dynamic scale of the process as well as specific goals.

We needed to constantly keep powerful righteous thoughts and righteous actions. Actually, our pure righteousness itself was a good way to clarify the truth to people. As a result, our actions won the trust and support of the people we met. Gradually, the police officers started to trust us and lend us genuine assistance. Starting from Andong City, the police stopped following us around. They were completely convinced that we are good people. We always went to the police station to clarify the truth to the police in each city we visited.

As Dafa practitioners, we cannot use any pretence as an excuse for seeking romantic partners to cover up our real attachments, such as “I need to have a girlfriend to fit into everyday society” or “if I date a Chinese girl, it is a great chance to clarify the truth to her and all her friends.” Dafa practitioners are leaving a cultivation path for the people of the future and everything we do needs to be the purest and most righteous. We cannot use any excuse to allow attachments to control our actions.

The behaviour of my husband is a clear manifestation of the mighty power of Dafa practitioners' clarifying the truth, and represents the attitude many kindhearted people have towards Dafa. They know that the innocent Dafa practitioners are persecuted by the evil, and that the authorities have been trying all possible ways to attack and defame them. Moreover, they are willing to help Dafa practitioners with their righteous actions.
