A policeman from the "610 Office" (responsible for persecuting Falun Gong) came to a workplace where a Dafa practitioner worked and intended to take her away and put her into a brainwashing class. The leader of the workplace and his colleagues all told the policeman that that Dafa practitioner was a very good person, and they would not allow the police to arrest her. The policeman had nothing to say and slipped away.

One day some fellow practitioners and I came across two Chinese people who worked at the Chinese consulate. I seized the chance to clarify the truth about Falun Gong to them. After listening for a while they said, "We already know the truth. Although we work for the government, we understand you." They then said, "We already have these materials, save them for other Chinese people."

When I clarified the truth to a resident, she told me that practising Falun Gong was good, and that she used to have a friend who practised Falun Gong and that his illnesses were cured, and he had become a good person. She doesn't believe the television propaganda. Whenever someone talked about Falun Gong in front of her booth, she wasn't afraid of saying, "There are still so many people practising Falun Gong under such severe persecution -- Falun Gong is great!"

Many Chinese practitioners in Germany have telephoned the labour camp in China where Lin Wenrong is being wrongly imprisoned. Surprisingly, western practitioners often achieve better results than Chinese when phoning labour camps in China. The labour camp authorities are astonished when they hear the truth from western people.

The Falun Dafa practitioners sent the information about the truth-clarification website to these young people to allow them to come to understand the true facts about Falun Gong. My cousin also said, "Many people received phone calls from Falun Dafa practitioners from overseas. Falun Gong is splendid. Under such suppression, they still dare to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. People really admire Falun Gong."

The second time, I was taken away by the police from my home. My mother asked my elder sister to hide all of Teacher's books and other Falun Gong literature at her home, but my elder sister was so badly frightened that she did not dare to take them. My mother instead delivered all the literature to my younger sister's home again, and she immediately received and hid the literature.

Seeing that he had such a steadfast belief in Falun Dafa, I replied, "Let me give the book to you as a present." He firmly declined the offer, saying, "I have read countless books but none is as precious as this and I cannot accept it without paying for it." He said from the bottom of his heart, "I will keep this treasured book with the utmost care."

It's very difficult to read Falun Dafa books in the labour camp. Some of the guards with compassionate thoughts will secretly help practitioners. One practitioner often "borrows" Falun Dafa books from a guard for everyone to share. When the officials do a search in the cells one of the guards will warn the practitioners beforehand.

After having been deceived by the Jiang regime's fabricated propaganda, a policewoman committed many wrongdoings against Falun Dafa practitioners. After she had the chance to get to know the practitioners, she began to feel guilty and started to treat them with kindness. One day near the beginning of winter, she heard that many practitioners may not have winter clothing, so she gave them her own coat.

Mrs. Liu, a Falun Dafa practitioner in her sixties who lives in Gansu Province, is faithfully diligent and never lets up in her cultivation. Through practising Falun Gong she now looks like she's in her thirties. Though her retirement annuity is only around 5000 Yuan, she understands the urgency in revealing the true facts about Falun Dafa and doesn't hesitate to help financially with the production of Falun Dafa materials.

There are now many international organizations condemning the persecution in China and who are closely watching the situation. We must tell people about the truth of Falun Dafa and the persecution in China. Please help us to inform more Chinese people about the truth facts of Falun Dafa." The girl said, "Absolutely."

"Our locality also has been harassing and arresting Falun Gong practitioners. Some people who are old enough be my grandmother were detained in a middle school during the summer. They took off their clothes and forced them to run around the playground. What is this? I would say that it's a moral disaster! Who does not have any parents? What have they done? Did they rob anybody? Did they kill anybody? Those who really kill or rob people are left alone!"

The secretary and tax collectors went to every villager's home to collect the tax. When they came to a practitioner's home, the practitioner was busy making a huge banner reading "Congratulations: The Anniversary of [city name omitted to avoid persecution] City's Falun Dafa Day." He immediately paid the required agriculture tax. The tax collectors said to him with a smile, "Keep making your banner, we won't bother you."

Gradually, my father brought up the topic of Falun Gong. The owner right away said, "Who would believe what they say? More and more people are practising Falun Gong. Is it really good?" My father replied, "Of course it's good! I have done research on qigong and martial arts for so many years. I can clearly judge whether it's good or not."

The manager added, "Falun Gong must be amazing, otherwise why is Jiang trying like crazy to beat it? They are just practising exercises. Just let them go all out to do the exercises, what would be wrong with that? After thousands years of advocating the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, why is it banned now? I really can't understand it!"

I was in charge of capturing Falun Gong practitioners in their homes before I retired. I appeared to obey orders, but I was actually helping practitioners. Whenever I received an order from my superiors to ransack someone's home or make an arrest, I would secretly inform the Falun Gong practitioner before I actually went to their location with my staff. Purposefully, I would never find anything. I know that Falun Gong is good and I wanted to help them."

He told the woman, "Right after you walked in, I thought you might be a Falun Gong practitioner. Otherwise, how could such an elderly person appear to be so young? Later, I realised I was indeed right. There must be some good points about Falun Gong. Otherwise, why can't Jiang suppress it no matter how hard he tries? Today, I have met you. Please tell me more about Falun Gong."

She was very upset by this and said, "I have read Zhuan Falun. It merely teaches people to have a heart of compassion. You are all good people. In my city, they also arrested people who practise Falun Gong. I said to the persons who were responsible for the arrests, that they should not be so excessive, that Falun Dafa practitioners are just good people acquiring good health through practising. If you continue like this, you will lose the support of the citizens."

A Falun Dafa practitioner was posting truth clarifying materials on the trees along the river, and was noticed by two plainclothes policemen. After taking down two of the posters, the two policemen began to chase the practitioner by bicycle. After letting the practitioner pass by, the elderly man stood in the middle of the road and blocked the policemen.

A detained Falun Dafa practitioner shared a cell with several criminal inmates. A few of them made disrespectful comments about Falun Dafa. The practitioner immediately stopped them. The cell head, who is not a practitioner, also told them, "You don't have to believe Falun Gong. But you must not oppose or hate Falun Gong."

I won't do illegal things any more. In the past, I saw a person reading Zhuan Falun near my home, I did not know what it was at the time. When I get out, I will go and find him; I want to learn Falun Gong too!" In the days following, she even started learning the five sets of Falun Gong exercises from the fellow practitioner.

In contrast, Falun Dafa practitioners in this village donated money to him, without regard to his past behaviour of tearing down Falun Dafa materials. The compassion of these Falun Dafa practitioners moved the party committee and the villagers. The party committee specifically praised Falun Dafa practitioners over the loudspeaker. From then on, no one in the village has ever torn down Falun Dafa materials.

The guards in the detention centre asked her, "Why do you practice Falun Gong? You have already been sentenced to death. Can Falun Gong stop you from dying?" She told the guards how good Falun Gong was. She had been given the death penalty because she killed another person, and it was only fair to repay that life with hers. If she had known of Falun Gong earlier, she would not have killed anyone.

At a famous tourists' site in Melbourne, a middle-age man from Beijing went to take a picture with some Falun Gong practitioners. Before he left, a practitioner asked him, "May I tell you some facts about Falun Gong?" He turned back and replied loudly, "I know the truth! Don't you simply practice the exercises without interfering anyone? Jiang is looking for trouble where there is none!"

During an English lesson for 6th grade students at a primary school, the students were not well behaved and were very noisy. The female teacher at the lectern sternly told the students, "Everyone please sit down quietly, listen to the lesson seriously, and behave peacefully--just like a Falun Gong practitioner." This female teacher is not a Falun Gong practitioner but perhaps she has experienced the peace and goodness of Falun Gong's Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

He said, "These days only Falun Gong dares to speak up for themselves. Everyone nowadays knows that Wang Jindong who set fire on himself in Tiananmen Square wasn't a Falun Gong practitioner, and that Falun Gong practitioners don't cross their legs like that." I asked him, "How do you know about this?" He replied, "Everyone says so."

After a while, Article 23 of the Basic Law in Hong Kong came up in our conversation. He said, "Don't believe the propaganda. They are trying to put the people of Hong Kong in bondage too."

While they were cutting up the banner, a dozen people stopped and watched them. Some of them applauded when they saw the young couple getting rid of this banner that slandered Falun Dafa.

Teacher asked us to be good persons according the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. I became a good and healthy person both in body and mind. Everyone who saw me said it was like I had changed into a different person, and my family was greatly relieved. Also I've saved several thousand Yuan of medical expenses every year since then.

Early the next morning she said to me: "Now I believe Falun Falun Dafa is good. Are you reading the Falun Gong books everyday? Can I read those books too?" I said: "Of course. There is a photograph of Teacher Li in the books too." Then she took a book anxiously, looked at Teacher Li's picture and said: "Teacher looks so kind, how could they say bad words against him?"

When they were in the US, they could only look at the posters from far away; they dared not to approach the posters or accept materials. Even with this restriction, they were greatly awakened. The classmate said with sincerity, "'Truthfulness, Benevolence, Tolerance' is extremely powerful; Jiang has no way to block it."

A Falun Dafa practitioner told a Chinese tourist, "Please come again! And remember that Falun Dafa is good; please let your families and friends know!" The tourist said, "When I go back I will definitely tell my family and friends!"

Also, on the high voltage wire, there hung a huge banner with words, "Falun Dafa Is Good." All the people who went to the market saw the huge banner. Some person said, "How can they make that huge banner hang on such a high altitude electric wire? It's magic."

Hearing what I said, the people in the store were touched. The storeowner then saw me to the bus station and offered me a cash card that was worth 10,000 Yuan to support our truth clarification efforts. He said to me, "I want to help because this is a just cause. I hope you can think of me a Falun Dafa practitioner too."

He said, "The reform centre is supposed to be a place where bad people are reformed, but it has become a place where good people are forced to commit brutal deeds. It seems that the real criminals are the policemen who persecute Falun Dafa practitioners!"

He said, "The social security situation has been so bad recently. Who would dare to drive a customer to a place so far away from town? I wouldn't dare drive you there unless you are a Falun Gong practitioner...Presently I don't trust anybody but Falun Gong practitioners."

The 3rd Falun Gong practitioner went for the interview and told the reporter: "I benefit from practising Falun Gong. My health was poor, but after I started practising, I became healthy." But the reporter said: "I cannot write this down; I have to say that you were 'deceived'." The Falun Gong practitioner pointed out his wrongdoing and refused to cooperate with him. In the end, nothing was published.

He saw that I really would not write it and said he would seek the advice of his superiors. In a short while he came back and asked me, "How do you do the exercises?" At that time, I was very surprised. I said that there were four sets of standing exercises and a sitting meditation. He then told me, "You can go home!"

A party secretary's work unit employed several Falun Dafa practitioners that had been transferred from other units. After hearing about the injustices that the practitioners had endured, the party secretary was very angry and immediately went to talk with each respective manager responsible for the unfair treatment. After the party secretary's efforts many things were resolved.

One day, my colleague, 'A', came to ask me for Falun Gong information to read, so I gave her some information including the "Minghui Digest" newsletter. The next day, I saw 'A' discussing the true facts of Falun Dafa with a few other people. Colleague 'B' took the materials for reading after listening to 'A'. When I went to her for the materials, I saw that she was telling a few other people about a touching story that was mentioned in the newsletter.

"I am already thankful to you now! You are making big sacrifices, and viewing this in the context of history, you are pushing China in the right direction. Your unyielding spirit is admirable."

The doctor then asked her, what treatment she had received and what medicine she had been taking. She replied, "Nothing, I took no medicine." The doctor said: "If you did not receive any treatment the tumour cannot disappear by itself. Oh! I see. You must be secretly practising Falun Gong at home." The doctor continued to say: "You'd better go home and continue to practise your Falun Gong in secrecy. Your disease has been cured."

An old man who delivers firewood said, "I can hardly believe it. How can it be against the law to practise exercises, cultivate one's body and mind, and be good people by following the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance? Like the old saying goes, 'The truth will come like a landslide. When the axe is sharp, the hard wood is nothing to be afraid of.'

When I arrived at Tiananmen Square, two policemen stopped me and demanded that I curse someone on the spot. One of them said, "If you will not curse people, then you must be a Falun Gong practitioner and I will arrest you." I told him, seriously, "You want to arrest me for not cursing against people? That would be against the law."

Seeing Falun Dafa practitioners braving the cold wind in the winter and the cruel heat in the summer to distribute truth-clarifying materials, he sighed with emotion, "Falun Dafa practitioners are really amazing, and I admire them." Seeing practitioners uniting into one body and contributing their effort selflessly, he said, "Truly extraordinary, there is not a single organisation able to reach such a state."

Since this practitioner's boss has a correct understanding about Falun Dafa, he told them angrily, "She is a good person, and you are wrong to come looking for her. We will not send her to any brainwashing class."

A Falun Dafa practitioner who was forced to leave her home and become homeless due to the intense pressure from the police was abducted in a Chinese city in November 2001. A lot of people witnessed the event. One woman in her 20's said angrily, "I know she is a good person. Nowadays, how could such a good person be arrested while the police act so evilly!?" She told other Falun Dafa practitioners in the area, "I'll alert you if they come again."

"Thank you. In this world, there are still people who go to such trouble to return a lost wallet. It is really difficult to believe." The Falun Dafa practitioner said, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner. We practitioners all follow 'Truthfulness, Benevolence, Tolerance' and we do not keep possession of the things that do not belong to us."

"When there's no justice, Falun Dafa practitioners are putting up posters saying: 'Stop illegally arresting practitioners and immediately release all the innocent Falun Dafa practitioners.' Is this violating any laws?" One person replied at once, "It doesn't violate any laws, in fact I also want to learn Falun Gong."

After I saw through the lies of the propaganda of Jiang's regime, I began risking my own career and resourcefully used the opportunity of "taking out the practitioners for interrogation" to let the practitioners read Teacher Li's new articles, which greatly encouraged them.
