Crimes Committed Against Innocent Dafa Practitioners

Wen Genyin a deputy Party Secretary in Xinji City of Hebei Province. Since the persecution of Dafa practitioners began on July 20th 1999, he has often led a gang of hooligans to harass Dafa practitioners. When practitioners tried to reason with him, he said, "We have specific orders from the highest source. No laws will be applied in handling Falun Gong practitioners: you have neither freedom nor rights. We will ruin your reputation, bankrupt you financially and destroy your physical body. We can torture you in whatever way we want!"

Over the past three years, hundreds of Dafa practitioners in Hemu County have been harassed, kidnapped, beaten and fined. In September 2002, several practitioners were kidnapped and beaten. They were illegally detained and fined of amounts as high as 10,000 Yuan [Chinese currency, the average monthly income of an urban worker is 500 Yuan]. Their homes were ransacked affecting their family members. Even now these practitioners continue to be harassed because they want to peacefully practise Falun Gong. They live under the constant threat of torture, death and imprisonment because they want to improve their health and try to be kinder and nicer people.

We remind those officials that heaven will not permit these crimes! Do not assist Jiang Zemin in his wicked campaign of hatred against Dafa practitioners: choose your own future.
