Information Blockade on Death By Torture of Jilin Province Practitioner

On November 13, 2002, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Guiqing, about 40 years old, address unknown, was tortured to death by police officers from the Second Squad of the Fourth Brigade of the Jilin Provincial Female Prison. Currently, the prison is rigorously blocking all information out of fear that its crime will be exposed.
