Falun Dafa practitioner Dou Hejun from Wei County was kidnapped in Zhengzhou City, at the end of 2000. He was sent to the Wei County Detention Centre to be detained. Later, he was transferred to a different location where he died of torture just several months later. The details of his death are yet to be investigated.
