Falun Dafa Practitioner Song Huaping Tortured to Death in the First Detention Centre of Yingcheng City

Song Huaping, a Falun Dafa Practitioner from Yingcheng City of Hubei Province died as a result of torture on July 31, 2002. Song, a 34-year-old man, had been illegally detained on six occasions. The last time he was detained was in the First Detention Centre of Yingcheng City, where he was brutally tortured to a life-threatening condition. The police were afraid of taking responsibility for his death and sent him home. He died one month later.
