Hongfa in Mid Russia

In the industrial city of Tchelyabinsk, we practised exercises in Pushin park and happened to see a gang of beggar children. For some unknown reason, these homeless children had their eyes half-veiled. Seeing us practising exercises, two of them came toward us to learn the exercises, and helped us distribute Dafa materials. They took every act of each exercise very seriously and learned four sets of exercises. Upon having practised four sets of exercises, something miraculous happened. One of the beggar children said in amazement, “My eyes become shining.” Seeing the child have his glimmering eyes wide-open, we felt moved.

On the second day of our Hongfa journey here, we practised exercises in the park again. When we were practising the fifth sitting meditation exercise, more and more viewers were attracted to us. A three-year-old boy dragged his parents towards us, telling them that the Falun emblem in the book was rotating. The young couple were too amazed to believe that. After seeing us practising exercises, another two young men walked toward us to ask for Dafa materials, saying, “This is too great. We will be two of those who first practise Falun Gong here.”

Whatever hardship there was, we were determined to find each of the precious Chinese people

The fourth stop of our Hongfa journey was the Novosibirsk City where there were a lot of Chinese people. To introduce Dafa to the local Chinese was the focus of our truth-clarification. Practitioners heard the news that there was a Chinese town here known for planting vegetables, so we went directly to there. After having walked for a distance of sixty miles, we only found three Chinese families and gave them the information materials and CDs of the truth about Dafa. Happily they received the materials. One kind man told us that there was an early market here with more Chinese people. After learning of the news, practitioners had their return tickets refunded and went to the early market to wait for the local Chinese at around two o’clock in the morning. It turned very cold that day. Practitioners were almost frozen without preparing for any coats or jackets. At four o’clock in the morning, more and more people visited the early market. About 400 CDs and 400 copies of materials were handed out to the local Chinese.

Practitioners’ clarifying the truth of Dafa in the rain moved people

Once we arrived at one park to hand out Dafa materials, it suddenly rained heavily and there was no refuge from the heavy rain. We felt unwilling to leave the park because of the flowing crowd of people here. Therefore, practitioners handed out the materials in the rain. It rained more heavily, and practitioners got soaking wet with the rain flowing down their heads, cheeks, and clothes. Even the four-year-old practitioner, Jinca, was standing there to hand out the materials, only topped with a piece of plastic cover. All the passers-by were moved by the determination of the practitioners, receiving the materials with happiness.

On our fifteen-day journey, we visited five cities and handed out over ten thousand copies of Dafa leaflets and one thousand CDs. Each of the practitioners is doing what a Dafa practitioner should do and is elevating themselves through cultivation and Fa-rectification activities.

The story of the little practitioner, Jinca

The little practitioner, Jinca, spent her fourth birthday on the journey. On the fifteen-day journey, adults walked for a long distance, and so did Jinca. There was some moving story about her. As the train stopped at each station, Jinca’s mum and other practitioners walked out to distribute information materials to the passers-by, and so did Jinca. When Jinca handed out the materials, people always accepted them with passion, saying, “Thank you.” On the train on the return journey, there was a very moving conversation between Jinca and Lida. Jinca took the Dafa book, Zhuan Falun, opened it to the first page and told Lida, “Look! The Falun emblem is rotating. Every word and every punctuation in the book is a Falun emblem.” “This is not an ordinary book; there is something deeper inside and you have to read it attentively and seriously”. She also told Lida that in the train cart there were Falun emblems everywhere, following and protecting the practitioners. Listening to Jinca’s words, Lida was moved to tears, whole-heartedly appreciating the mercy of our great Master. Through the mouth of this little practitioner, Master was encouraging her to read the Fa harder and to improve.
