Kidnapped Whilst Visiting Friends, Then Tortured to Death

Wang Jinling, was a 53-year-old female Dafa practitioner from Hebei Province. On April 26, 2002, thugs from the township government kidnapped her while she was visiting her friend’s home. On July 6, 2002, Wang Jinling was tortured to death at the county detention centre. Her body had bruises and there was blood on the corner of her mouth. Following are the details.

On April 26, 2002, Wang Jinling went to the home of Zhao Fuqin, who lives in Lizhuang Village. The two families were good friends; Wang Jinling was going to give Zhao Fuqin a present for her son's wedding.

On July 6, 2002, Wang Jinling, a widow, passed away in the county detention centre due to severe torture. On July 8, her family received a death notice. On July 11, her daughter and son were allowed to take a brief look at her body at a crematory in Mancheng County. Wang’s body lay on its face with two arms stretched out. There were black and blue marks on her body.

People familiar with Wang Jinling knew that she was very healthy. However, she was tortured to death within a short period of 70 days. Currently the details of her death are under investigation.
