Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose 13 Years of Persecution

German Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy in Berlin on July 20, 2012, to expose the Chinese communist regime's brutal suppression of Falun Gong over the past 13 years. Many passersby, including locals from the German capital and tourists from mainland China, stopped to learn the facts about the ongoing persecution in China.

Practitioners performed the sitting meditation and the four standing exercises of Falun Gong, as they peacefully protested against the persecution by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Their banners, stating “Disintegrate the CCP and stop the persecution,” “Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice,” “CCP is torturing and killing Falun Gong practitioners under the view of the whole world,” and “Falun Dafa is great!” attracted many passersby. Locals from Germany, as well as tourists from China, stopped to get information and speak with practitioners.

Ms. Gudrum, a local Falun Gong practitioner, said that all of her informational materials were distributed very quickly, as many people were eager to learn the facts. A group of young people were shocked to hear of the CCP’s atrocious crimes. They thanked Ms. Gudrum for giving them the information and promised to pass the flyers to other people on their team.

German practitioners have held peaceful protests against the persecution every year since July 20, 1999, when the suppression of Falun Gong was launched in China. They are determined to continue exposing the CCP's crimes against humanity until the persecution ends.
