Fu'an City 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong) head Chen Zhong recently manipulated the legal system in the city to sentence Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Guo Yaowu.

Mr. Guo, from Saiqi Town, Fu'an City was arrested on February 12th, 2012. Participating were more than ten officers from the Saiqi Police Department led by Zheng Xiang from the Fu'an City Domestic Security Division, and town government staff. They ransacked Mr. Guo's home and held him in the Fu'an City Detention Centre for more than 30 days. Instructed by the city's 610 Office head Chen Zhong, Fu'an City police, procurators and court officials intended to sentence Mr. Guo to prison.

Mr. Guo was previously arrested in May 2001 as he posted messages of “Falun Gong is good” in high visibility areas. He was sentenced to three years and held in Minxi Prison in Fujian Province. He was subjected to severe physical abuse and torture, including being hung up as well as other tortures.

After Mr. Guo was released, his employers fired him from his job.
