Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Ren Suying is from Jianchangying Village, Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City, Neimenggu Province. On April 19th, 2011, three police officers arrested her at Xinhua Street in Wudan Town, Ongniud. Liu Caijun, head of Ongniud's domestic security division, took the lead to brutally beat Ms. Ren. One 190 days later, her body was still black and blue. Now Ms. Ren's family is suing Liu Caijun and they have submitted the accusation to the Chifeng City Procuratorate.

However, when Liu Caijun heard about this, he threatened Ms. Ren's family. The day after she went to court, Liu Caijin called Ms. Ren's husband, Ren Liyou, and told him to divorce her. Mr. Ren Liyou told him to stay away from them, and that he would sue him because he brutally beat innocent people. Liu threatened, “You'd better think twice,” meaning that if Mr. Liu dared to sue him, he would not stop harassing him.

Below are the details of the court proceedings on Liu Caijun's brutal beating of Ms. Ren and his extortion of confession by torturing her.

When she was arrested on the street, Liu Caijun took Ren's shoes off and slapped her face with them. Later he took her to the Ongniud Police Department to interrogate her and attempted to force her to admit that she distributed Falun Gong materials exposing the persecution in Wudan.

However she refused to cooperate with the policemen, and as a result, Liu Caijun and several other policemen tortured her with an electric baton, shoved bamboo sticks under her fingernails, punched her head with their fists, kicked her, as well as several other abuses. Ms. Ren was black and blue all over.
Later, she was sent to the Wudan Detention Centre in Ongniud. Liu Caijun brought her out of the detention centre to beat her several times. At one point she was kept handcuffed in a chair for 7 days and nights. She nearly died as a result of the torture.

Early on the morning of April 19th, 2011, policemen from the Ongniud Police Department drove to Jianchangying, broke into Ms. Ren's house and searched it. They didn't find anything they were looking for, so they took an empty paper box. Later, Liu Caijun put a lot of photos into the box and tried to force Ms. Ren to admit the photos were hers. When she refused, she was tortured by Liu Caijun and two other policemen.

Between 10 and 11 a.m. on November 1st, Ms. Ren was brought to the hearing at the Ongniud Court.
During the hearing, Ms. Ren accused Liu Caijun of injuring her by brutally beating her. Her body was still covered with several injuries from the beating. However, when she tried to show the court her wounds, the judge unreasonably stopped her.

At the end of the hearing when the lawyer from Beijing was making a plea for Mr. Ren's innocence, the judge interrupted him by announcing a recess and said he would postpone the sentencing to another date.
