Local Falun Dafa practitioners recently conducted two Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance art exhibitions to raise awareness about Falun Dafa and the ongoing persecution of this spiritual discipline in China. One exhibit was held in Hyderabad on October 17th, 2011, and another in Warangal (about 150 kilometers from Hyderabad) on October 23rd, 2011.
In both places, many visitors were shocked to see the paintings depicting the brutal persecution of practitioners in China. Many expressed their disbelief that such a thing could still be happening in China today. After learning the facts, they gladly signed a petition to demand an immediate end to the persecution.
Practitioners also discussed the benefits of Falun Dafa, explained the details of the 5 exercises of the practice, and introduced visitors to the main book of Falun Dafa teachings, Zhuan Falun.
Both events were covered in the leading local newspapers the next day.
