Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Guo Xiaojun from Chongqing has been missing since the afternoon of December 15th, 2000. Over the past 11 years, his family has not known his whereabouts.

Mr. Guo Xiaojun was born on April 6th, 1970 in group 4 of Fengchan village in Tongnan county, Chongqing. He stands about 5' 3''. Mr. Guo started practising Falun Gong in 1997. Upon graduation from the Chengdu Science Institute in 1993, Mr. Guo went to work at the Qijiang Gear Wheel Factory and later went to Chongqing. He obtained an advanced programmer certificate and worked at Huier Technology (65 Shazhong Road). The company later relocated to 11-5#, Unit 1, building B, in Yugao Square, Shiqiaopu Community. His boss was Wang Qiang, and his telephone number is 86-23-68622763.

On October 1st, 2000, Mr. Guo was arrested by police from the Xietaizi Police Station in Chongqing, and was detained for seven days. Mr. Guo went back to work after he was released but disappeared again a few days later. Mr. Guo's family did not learn of his arrest until after October 20th. Mr. Guo's mother went to see Mr. Wang Qiang, who told her that Mr. Guo had run into some trouble and was sent to jail for a few days.

After Mr. Guo's release, his face and feet were all swollen. Then, once again, he disappeared. Mr. Guo's mother went to the Xietaizi Police Station and found station chief Guo, who admitted arresting Mr. Guo Xiaojun – allegedly releasing him after a few days. Yet, no one has seen Mr. Guo Xiaojun since.
Mr. Guo's mother lives in poverty today, and nurses 11 years of heartache and pain.
