Ms. Feng Angui went shopping during the morning of May 10th, 2010. The captain of the Qijiang County Domestic Security Division, Li Guifang, and police officer Hu Zhengchuang followed Ms. Feng and arrested her. Later, other officers from the Qijiang County Domestic Security Division ransacked her house. While doing so, they arrested her husband, Mr. Li Zongyue, and took him to the Qijiang County Detention Centre. They also confiscated Falun Gong books and cash. Her husband, in his late 50s, also is a Falun Gong practitioner. Mr. Li is retired from the Chongqing Railroad Bureau.

Mr. Li was released in June 2010. A few days later, officers from the Qijiang County Domestic Security Division arrested him and imprisoned him in a forced labour camp in Xishanping, Chongqing for a term of two years. Since then, police officers in Chongqing and Qijiang County have searched his house twice.

The Qijiang County Court secretly tried Ms. Feng in August 2010 without informing her family. On December 13th, during another court proceeding, she was sentenced to three years in prison.

Officers from the 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong), the Qijiang County Public Security Bureau, and the Domestic Security Division harassed Ms. Feng's daughter many times. Her daughter was forced to quit her job and leave home to avoid further persecution.
