On February 3, 2010, the International Truth-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition opened at the Hampstead Museum in Burgh House. This was the third time that the exhibition has been held in London. A total of 16 paintings were presented to show the beauty of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance and to depict the brutal persecution against Falun Gong in China.

Visitors enjoy the paintings

Ms. Jane Standing is a designer for stained glass in churches. She was deeply moved by the artwork's beauty and spirituality. "The paintings are marvellous. I can see the spirituality in them," she said. "It's not easy to manifest sorrow, spirituality, and transcendence in a single painting."

Emmet Conlon O'Reilly studies Chinese in the School of Oriental & African Studies. He thought that the art exhibition was a great way to convey the principles of Falun Dafa. "Works of art speak for themselves. I think that after seeing this exhibition, people will feel the benevolent message and understand what Falun Gong is," he said.

Ruth works at a news agency, and she was moved by what she saw. "When people see that others are suffering, they can't help but display their own humanity." She thought that the exhibition was a good way to promote Falun Dafa and expose the persecution in China.

Eddie was in charge of the exhibition, and he was glad to see the visitors' positive feedback. "The purpose of holding the exhibition is to help people understand what is happening in China," he said.
