Explaining the Facts about Falun Gong at Tourist Resorts in Thailand

During the long holiday for China's National Day in early October, I clarified the truth about Falun Gong to Chinese tourists at popular destinations in Thailand. I would like to share with fellow practitioners some of what happened there.

At the tourist resorts, many Chinese tourists shouted "Falun Dafa is good!" when they saw us after they got off of the buses. When one person did it, other tourists often followed suit and said, "Falun Dafa is good," while others would smile with understanding.

One tourist saw me distributing newspapers, approached me, and said, "After I quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), my mental pressure was removed, and I became healthier both physically and mentally." He shook hands with me and said loudly, "Thank you, thank you!" Hearing this, I was very happy, and I knew that all of this happened because fellow practitioners explained the facts about Dafa.

Before he left by bus, another tourist turned back to me and said, "Well done. Keep it up. You have my support." As he did, he indicated his support by holding one of his arms in front of his chest with his hand in a fist. One person casually approached me and asked, "How do I quit the CCP? I have been wanting to quit for a long time." I told him, "I can help you with this matter. I will give you the nickname "Good Luck" and quit the CCP for you on the Internet." He said promptly, "OK." Another person, seeing no one else around, asked me hastily, "We are so tightly confined by the CCP. Do you have the software to get through the Internet blockade? Please give me one if you have it." I gave him a CD containing the software and asked him, "Have you read the informational materials about Falun Gong? Have you quit the CCP and it affiliated organizations?" He said, "I quit a long time ago using the Internet blockade-breaking software." He showed no reluctance to tell me that. I said, "Good, very good. You have made the right choice."

I heard one person tell his friend, "Don't bring the newspaper (Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party) back to China. You will get in trouble if they catch you." The other person said, "What is there to fear? I will place it in the box at the bottom of my case. It would be impossible for them to catch me." Some people got off the bus just before they left and asked for more copies of the Nine Commentaries, saying, "I am sorry, but there are many people, so could you please give me more newspapers?" So I handed more to them.

Some of the tour guides were quite friendly to me. When they saw us, they said to their tour groups, "Don't worry. You can take the newspapers and read them." Some were even more generous and said, "Come on, let me help you distribute the newspapers." Some tour guides, seeing only a few people accepting the newspaper, told me, "Don't worry, I will talk with them on the bus about what you are doing."

These stories show that people are waking up and understanding the truth about Dafa. Fellow practitioners are working to clarify the truth in order to save sentient beings. This dissolves the evil and saves everyday people. I know that many fellow practitioners have been explaining the facts about Falun Dafa behind the scenes but don't see the effects of their work, so I have written about these incidents to let them know that their work indeed makes a difference.
