Falun Gong followers wishing to demonstrate in Western Europe against persecution in China confront a problem. A follower was made to land in Stockholm instead of Reykjavik. The obvious reason was that Jiang Zemin was expected to Iceland, said Swedish Falun Gong.

The software engineer Li Guodong, a Chinese resident in the USA for the last ten years, landed on Arlanda [airport in Stockholm] In the afternoon yesterday since he had been prohibited to stop over in Reykjavik on the way home from Helsinki to New York.
